Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

The furniture was delivered badly damaged, which the delivery team noted and they said they'd start a remediation process. We didn't hear anything and called, only to learn that no one had started anything to fix our issue. Throughout the process Watsons has said they'd call us within a timeframe and they never do. You have to practically beg for information. They will not do even the bare minimum required to pass as successful customer service. We still have no resolution, no eta on a replacement, and they just keep putting us off and telling us to call again later. Truly awful experience for what we spent. I will not do business at Watsons in the future and I highly recommend avoiding them if you're considering them.

I contacted and met with quite a few pool companies. When Dave at SunSpot came out to assess our backyard, we felt confident that he and his crew could handle the task. He also built a beautiful retaining wall, required due to the grade of the yard, which ran along one side of the pool. Our saltwater pool turned out beautiful and we highly recommend SunSpot Pool for a pool installation. Their staff was also very helpful in walking me through how to use the equipment, proper maintenance, etc. We unfortunately were relocated this past year and miss our backyard oasis that SunSpot created.

Our chemicals & water are is great shape. Our leak is a known hot tub issue. What upsets me is fact that this leak was not any fault of ours on AND trip charge is $149 up to 20 miles and $3.0 every mile after! Our trip charge was $242 + service charge 1 hour $120 and part $35... total $424.79.. that is not a price you'd think of receiving when it's under warranty! After making a few calls and explaining this, no one seems to care! With that said I wouldn't buy from them nor recommend! I bought this for health reasons; I'm in total shock And very upset! ( how can a garage door company just down street from them only charge $178 for a trip charge and not price gauge you for not having their product!!? or being out of their range for service?!)

They have a rock climbing wall, kiddie pool, a lot of shallow areas for safe kid swimming in the main pool, and plenty of chairs and places to stay in the shade. We bought a $11,747 spa for my wife's arthritis at the Kemper Rd. location - upon delivery they dropped it off with an instruction packet and that was it. We used the frog system to keep it clean, soon after we had major heating problems where it would get up to 108°, we even got a email from Jacuzzi telling us not to use the tub until the problem is corrected. Eventually the tub started leaking and a perfect 4 to 5 inch circumference around the tub. Technician came out SEVEN different times over a 5 month period - seemed to clear the water up at times however it would still not stay at the temperature we put in the keypad. They called the leak a moisture ring however it was a leak, it went all the way to our window well in perfect radius. We documented all with pictures, text messaging, video, a log of the entire ordeal. They sent a message today basically blaming us for having dirty water in first month and that's why the problems are here six months later. Dishonest, will not accept responsibility for a defective even though the technician admitted he could not fix the tub. Just forewarned if you buy from them they will not refund or replace the only want to keep trying to fix it. After seven visits at what point do we say enough is enough? we had to hire our family attorney to start a process against them. We drained the tub and now they're telling us to fill it back up so they can come back out for the eighth time. Always heard good things -one of the most disappointing experiences as a consumer I've ever had. It's a shame they are trying to put it off on dirty water the first month six months later when they've been out seven times and have said they can't fix it. Horrible purchase on our part. Don't fall for the smiles in the retail store.
