I wish we had had the experience the other reviewers had, unfortunately ours was much the opposite…read more We had a stamped concrete patio put in in 2015, and I'm truly not even sure where to start on describing the experience. - Was condescended to and berated (literally yelled at) multiple times by Frank Zeibel, once because we wanted to be home when the crew was working- a normal request by any standard, another time when questioning the FOOTPRINTS that were gathering water when it rained - Was told by the crew that the footprints in the stamped concrete were "part of the design" and only after threatening legal action through a certified letter and daily calls did they come out and redo the concrete. There are still imprints from the workers shoes in the part of the patio that was not jacked up and redone (see photos) - Concrete slurry was left all over the brick after multiple promises to clean it up - Our fire pit was supposed to be 3' x 5', they made it 4' x 6' and we now have a comically large fire pit I would warn anyone to think twice before giving ACR your hard earned money.

Love my fountain but we have alot of wind and the fountain would run dry in an hour. Their response was to unplug it when not out there. They sent a guy out to try and fix it ... one guy. . The fountain weighs 500 pounds when its empty. He said he could handle it but he couldnt budge it. Later we found they put it together wrong and even the second time out didnt catch the mistake. My husband had to help him and it still ran dry. My husband figured out a solution .. we hooked a small hose up and a floater system ... when the floater goes down it refills. Love my fountain but would not be satisfied with unplugging it unless outside.

My husband never heard back from him so he texted him at 4:40pm. Ken replied he wasn't going to make it because he got stuck at another job, and he didn't offer another date/time. I just looked to see where he lives/runs his business out of and it's very close to us, but I guess it would be after 5:00 when he got here and apparently he doesn't work after 5:00, regardless if he has a commitment or not. If he doesn't want it, there are plenty of other people out there that would take/earn our money.

We also paid a significant fee--50% of the plant cost--for delivery and installation, bringing our total investment to over $2,500. Unfortunately, the plants never thrived. They turned yellow during both summer and winter and showed little to no growth. Over time, they have all died. I recently reached out to the nursery to discuss replacing them with arborvitae (at our expense) and asked if they would consider offering a discount on removal and installation. I was disappointed to be told, "there is nothing we can do." Given the outcome and lack of support, this was a frustrating experience, and we won't be returning as customers.
