She makes sure to explain everything that needs to be done and why. She's makes sure that you understand what the next steps are for your mouth care. She's an amazing dentist and I'm super happy she is mine. The office is clean and there are numerous chairs to sit on and fill out paperwork if need be. The office is also very clean and organized. The dental receptionist, dental technicians and everyone there is nice and polite. Raphael the Registered Dental Hygenist (I think that's his title) is personable, polite, nice and gentle (even with my deep cleanings and all my after cleanses.) He explains what he is doing, why and what has to happen during the visit and there after. His movements are gentle and he lets you know what else needs to be done and when. He also lets you know if you're doing a great job with your care. He is amazing and he also works at both the Santa Ana office on Tustin and the Tustin office on Hope.

Turn right INTO the first driveway you see which has a banner that says "HURTT FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC ------". Pull into that driveway and park, go up to the gate and press the button and someone will buzz you in. Walk straight ahead, towards the middle go all the way down the hallway and make a right and you are there. Michelle and Martha the medical assistants are always helpful and polite. The office has a lot of chairs and it's nice and clean. There's also a padded play section in the corner with some books, toys and things for the little littles. Rafael the RDH (registered dental hygienist) does such and amazing job at deep cleanings and perio-maintenance. He is super thorough and explaines everything he is doing and lets you know what else has to be done to maintain a healthy smile. Rocio my dental technician was super nice she took my blood pressure (which is always higher than normal when I have appts anywhere especially at the dentist office.) I was getting fitted for some implants and she needed to do some initial impressions (molds) which she did a great job at letting me know which impression would work or not. She was very gentle and let me know exactly what she was going to do before it happened. She made me feel less anxious through the whole process. And they give you orange stuff on a little pad thing to clean off the excess plaster off yourself. In my case i used it to clean off the area around my mouth but hahahahahah that stuff was allllllllll over my face! YIKES!!!! I have to go back for some more fittings and things but so far so good.

But they gave me an estimate payment of $50ish for physical, $50 ish for TB and $30-40 for the drug test. Towards the end the 9panel test was going to cost me $350. The young lady taking my payment was very rude, unfortunately I did not get her name. I asked her for a copy of my paperwork and said I needed to bring in my own forms. I made it clear when I signed in I did not have any paperwork, that they would need to provide. I also told the doctor the same. I came back for my TB test reading and staff was very unorganized. I was being charged again and my paperwork was not ready. Second visit for TB test and to pick up my paperwork took over 45 minutes. And I still had to come back a third time for my clearance form. It got so bad I Went to the ER a few days ago & Was told it was a 6 hr wait. Went to THREE health care clinics and the consultations alone were $215- $275!!!!! This place consult was $45! I was able to be seen right away, get antibiotics and cough syrup there, nebulizer treatment, blood sugar test, and work note for $190! If I want to, I can come back within the week to opt for an antibiotic shot without a consult fee. I immediately feel better after the breathing treatment and just took my first pill of antibiotics. Many communities/ the whole country needs more places like this. Staff was very helpful and kind and Dr. Nguyen was awesome.

Labs are always incorrect because when I had quest doing my labs with better insurance, the results were always correct but somehow with LabCorp they're always incorrect so something is wrong with our system. I'm really frustrated right now. Dr. Kim was a great doctor. I appreciate all his help and everything but I don't appreciate the incorrect labs from LabCorp again when it's showing one thing when I take my medication every single day and its showing I don't how is that even possible?? This entire thing makes no sense. Do you guys not want to help people with anxiety? Do I recommend this medical facility maybe I like them I did like them but today I'm very upset so I'm not happy with my appointment. How can somebody with severe panic attacks and anxiety not be given their medication just because the results are incorrect. Makes absolutely no sense to me at all, I'm very unhappy and frustrated beyond belief. My dr, surgical assistant, anesthesiologists, my pre-op nurses and after-op nurses all the way to the ladies in the front desks and everyone in the building are earth angels. God bless each and everyone of them. They took such good care of me and made me so relaxed, happy, and comfortable the entire time. I was pretty doped up after the surgery and took a while to come to, but I remember bits and pieces of my conversations with the nurses and they were oh so sweet and accommodating and checked in on me frequently.
