Let's Twist again diner is in a small town in upstate New York family owned and very giving and caring. The food is fantastic and there are daily specials that will blow your mind. All the servers there are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Bridget who's always smiling. I came here with my family on Friday! I love the vibe and atmosphere of this place. It was like you took a time machine back in time and entered a true 50s feel to it. Our waitress Sara was fantastic and very attentive to us. The food was delicious! The portions were hearty and you definitely did not leave hungry. Cute little diner! Kept seeing signs for it, and it's been a while since we ventured out for breakfast. This place was definitely worth the visit! The themed diner has an eclectic old school feel and I love it. As for the food, I was impressed! Their pancakes are humongously perfect. Kinda crispy edges, soft and fluffy... my kinda pancake! I did however find it weird they put whipped cream on top of them, so I removed it from mine before eating. Everyone else enjoyed their pancakes, omelettes, eggs, French toast, etc. No complaints all around! I even appreciated that they had stevia packets to put in your coffee instead of the sweet n low most places offer. Portions were rather big considering the low cost, which was another bonus. We will for sure be visiting the place again and hope it stays around for a long time! read more

First time trying Let's twist Again and the review is decent. First the atmosphere is very friendly, the staff working were very polite and very attentive to our needs. The food is your typical breakfast fare though prices seemed high for what you were getting. Though the size of the pancake "over the plate" I'm sure is the cause of the higher price. The pancake I got with added blueberries was very good, my boyfriend who is not a pancake person actually enjoyed the pancake. The rest of the food you could pick up other flavors from the grill (could taste peppers and onions) in my hasbrowns and eggs. Complete Discrimination! Unacceptable treatment! Waited for a table for five and chose to sit the a family waiting behind us before us even though they kept telling them we were there first. Party of five as well. When I questioned the issue I was told a reservation comes first but those that sat before us didn't have a reservation. So long story short reservation table stood empty and the available table was given to others. As a Hispanic business owner all my customer are treated equally and with respect. My money is worth the same as others. I will be sure to let this issue be known. read more

Highly recommend. Treat yourself and give this place a try. I grew up around Philly and we always got cheesesteaks from Gino's and Pat's Steaks. This place has the best cheesesteaks I've ever had outside of Philadelphia. My wife got the Reuben sandwich. No prepackaged corned beef hear. It was hand sliced and in generous portions. Both dishes came with fries which were also hand cut on the premises. The quality, freshness and portions remind me of home cooking. When we go back my wife said she wanted to try their open face hot Turkey sandwich. I'm getting the cheesesteak again. While we were their we met the owner and she's a terrific person with a passion for great food and great service. read more

Edit: I am dropping this from a 3 star to a 1 star for being harassed by staff. Staff and owner can not take criticism what so ever!!! I was demanded to remove my review on google (which I did not do) then myself along with my husband and father ib law were all harassed by a waitress and her husband!! I would like to give this diner a 5 star but because of one waitress I can't. This bigger woman with Blonde hair (don't know her name no-one wore a name tag) ruined it for me, she was so rude, and over all had this unpleasant attitude and air around her like she didn't want to be there what-so-ever. We sat for a little bit before she eventually came over to took our orders. Her attitude I may have been able to get over and Let go, but her actions I can't. I saw her take another co-worker's tip from his table and pocket it. She actually stole his tip! Like what kind of person does that?! That's incredible rude. I told one of the other waitresses who was actually extremely nice. All in all only that one waitress was awful, but the food was great and other workers there, were amazing! Visiting LTA is always a pleasant experience. I have never had a bad meal there or an unpleasant waitress. During Covid I'd often order by phone & pick up & they always got right. It's also very clean. Certainly worth by-passing the big place on 30 closer to Amsterdam. read more

I been here a few times since they opened, can never seem to get an order right. There's been many times I've asked for things like home fries to be cooked well done, only to come out regular or almost raw. Other times they didn't service coffee and you had to walk up and get a refill yourself. Today I decided to try the steak special with eggs. I asked for the steak to be medium rare and was delivered a small well done steak with a 1/3rd of it fat and a bone in the other side that nearly chipped my tooth. When the waitress asked how my food was, shortly after delivering it, I told her my steak was very tough, and was not medium rare like I ordered. She just stared at it, seeing it was obviously overcooked and just said "I'm sorry, I'll let the chef know", no offer to cook me a new one, no offer to take it off the bill and disappeared for the rest of the meal until it was time for the check. When I went up to pay I was again asked by another waitress how my food was. I said "to be honest terrible, I'm charged $14 for a piece of tasteless shoe leather when I ordered on the rare side". The girl just said "I'm sorry", quickly grabbed my card and ran it through as quick as possible, again no attempt to modify the bill or make things right. I'll never be going back here. I always like to try a place a few times incase they're having a bad day, but obviously not the case here. Also everything on their menu is overpriced compared to all the other local cafe/breakfast places. Not worth the extra money for poor service. read more

Had lunch here today with my husband. He had a burger with fries. I had Ruben with onion rings. We both had a malted. Wow - food was great. Hamburger cooked med -well & hand cut fries were crispy on outside & soft on middle. Perfect. My Ruben had lean corned beef on rye with sauerkraut & Swiss nicely grilled. We will definitely come back & try breakfast. Only thing this restaurant needs is a big sign on Rt 30. read more

This diner is local for me. I had a great blueberry pancake there and, most important of all, the coffee was very good as well. I will definitely be returning . It is true that the waitress seemed a bit harried, but it seems she is the only one. I think folks should be a bit more tolerant.
