My wife had a dent on the lift gate of her 2022 BMW X5 and we got some eye-opening quotes from several body shops we found online. A couple of them even suggested we might need to replace the lift gate entirely, which would have been an enormously expensive route. I reached out to Bruce at Top Tier, who had previously done a PPF install on my 2004 E46 M3, just to get his opinion. To my surprise, he told me he could fix it. What I did not realize is that Top Tier is much more than a PPF shop. Bruce and his team took care of the dent and the lift gate came out looking absolutely perfect. On top of that, they went ahead and fixed several other light scratches on the lift gate at no additional charge. Nobody asked them to. They just did it. The end result looks like it came out of a professional body shop at a fraction of what those other shops were quoting us. The quality of the work, the honesty, and the level of care they put into it is something you rarely come across anymore. Top Tier has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.
