Adam at AAWC is a con artist. This has been the worst experience. I took my car there after they called me saying they would repair my car, cover half of the deductible and cover the additional 20% that I would be charged. Insurance covered the full repair of my vehicle and I decided to let them repair previous damage to front light on my passenger side. They smiled in my face and told me they would cover it. 5 months later, they are saying they are done with repairs and that to get my vehicle it will be $8,000 which is way above what was originally discussed. Do not go to them they will scam you. Now they are saying they no longer want to speak with me and have started a repossession with my lienholder. I regret ever trusting AAWC Collision with my car. Here's my experience: After my catalytic converter was stolen, I was told by AAWC that they could replace it in about 2 weeks. When I followed up after that time, they said the converter was on back order and that it would take another 2 weeks. I accepted this and waited, but after another 2 weeks, I called again. They still had no converter. By this time, I had been paying for a rental car for over a month and told them I needed my car back because I could no longer afford the rental fees. They returned my car but assured me they'd reach out once the converter was available. A month later, I received a call from them telling me it would still be another month or two before they could get the part. At this point, I was frustrated and no longer had the time or resources to continue waiting. I took my car to a different mechanic, who was able to replace the catalytic converter without any delay. No back order, no waiting--just a fast and efficient repair. When I contacted my insurance company, Geico informed me that AAWC had already cashed the check for the converter, despite never providing me with the part. When I requested a refund, they insisted the money was for "storage fees." This whole experience with AAWC Collision was frustrating and unprofessional. They consistently misled me, failed to follow through, and took my money without completing the repair. Geico has confirmed that AAWC is no longer a preferred vendor and has been blacklisted. I would strongly recommend finding a more reliable and honest shop for any repairs. Save yourself the stress and inconvenience. read more

Horrible service! Do not bring your car here. My cars were not left correctly in the areas they supposedly fixed. After they are done with the cars they don't answer even though they tell you, you have lifetime warranty. Kevin and Juan whom are in charge of the billing have very bad attitude when all I wanted was to have my vehicles fixed. Please consider other options before coming here. Argus repair shop really values their customers. No run arounds, no BS, straight to the point. I recently had my GR86 fixed after a hit and Run, however these guys took care of it. Although it took a while to get the vehicle, they were always communicating with me to keep me updated without me having to reach out. I understand that for the automotive industry time plays a huge roll when it comes to completing jobs. So it was super justifiable why it took a little longer than what I thought at least and for the price, I was truly amazed I'm definitely coming back to get my car painted a different color. Garbage company, they wasted my time for nothing. I dont know if it was the son of the owner or what but It was a young guy who I delt with. All week I had scheduled that sunday he would wrap my roof and then on sunday I drove 20 miles and had my girlfriend follow me to give me a ride home. When I got there the guy showed up with a little peice of wrap and then told me that it was not enough. The guy had all week to prepare and then takes a little bit of wrap that someone probably gave him and it wasnt enough so I went all the way there and turned down other places just for this. A few weeks ago my car was backed into while I was inside the Home Depot parking lot. I was so frustrated and after going through my insurance I set up with advanced auto Works. They were extremely responsive and I got an appointment for the next day. They made sure that I was in good hands and Juan was the man who was going to make sure my car was taken care of. Although it did take them a little longer than originally proposed they were extremely communicative, helpful with all my questions, and made sure that I had a premium rental set up for me before leaving.
