I booked a 60-min Thai/Swedish combo, and she incorporated stretching throughout that honestly felt like a mini body reset. She was very professional and attentive, checking in on my problem areas and adjusting pressure as needed. The stretching portion was especially helpful ...walked out feeling more open, refreshed and noticeably less tense. I'm currently about 7 wks post-op from abdominal surgery and this session was exactly what my body needed. I would absolutely request Tanya again. This is a great massage parlor. I've only been there for the first time and got an amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage. They had a combo with Swedish and Thai mixed in. I needed it after catching some large bluefin tuna and fighting these fish for long periods of time just killing my back, my arms, my legs, my whole body, so coming here was the ticket. There is easy parking and is on the second floor of a strip mall. Between the unit itself is quiet enough although I agree that if there's a conversation going on in the next room, you'll be able to hear it easily. They should probably play some soft music a little bit louder perhaps or better yet bring earplugs as one reviewer suggested. I think one important thing to recognize is after looking at a bunch of the reviews there's a common theme with the manager really trying to push you to give a higher than usual tip. Since their prices are quite reasonable and essentially a dollar per minute, right a 60 minute massage for $60 and a 90 minute massage for $90 and just figure you're gonna toss in a 25 to 30% tip on top of that and that way you can get by the feisty lady at the front desk. Meaning I would come back recognizing I'll just give them a little bit more tip because it is still very competitive with other massage parlors and this one of the best massages I've gotten in the area these past few years. I'll be back and simply ready to drop another $10 or 20 in addition to the usual 15-20% tip. Thus expect to drop 25-30% and you'll be fine. read more

My friend got a Swedish with hot stones, she also very much enjoyed her services. We were greeted by the owner who recognized me from a prior visit and quickly shown to our separate rooms. I was not too keen on the open ceiling I could hear chit chat and comings and goings of others which made it hard to truly relax. The thing that drops this review is that I was told how much I was "allowed" to tip. I'm not sure I have ever been told what an acceptable tip is by an owner before it was quite awkward, initially my friend and I tipped the same but my masseuse told the owner how much we gave and she then corrected us on what was "appropriate", my friend said I'm comfortable with the tip I gave and walked out and I was caught so off guard I just gave her the extra money... Love this massage parlor. The owner is a super sweet but feisty lady. Some of her team staff departed during the pandemic, which is a major bummer. However, the ladies that work there all are well qualified and do a good job for the money. If there is any downside, it's the street noise and some of the noise of the other rooms can't be heard during your massage. Worst massage EVER! The woman was awkwardly massaging me and the way she was pressing on certain areas of my skin felt like I was getting a rug burn!! This place is terrible, they are so concerned with tip that they will even question you if they feel the tip is less saying that the amount is not the standard tip amount (there is no standard for tipping) I absolutely hate how they tell you how much you should tip. Will not be coming back here. Also make sure to look at the time they start and end. They purposely put the the clock in the room about 10-15min ahead so that when the massage ends and you look at your phone you think that they took the full hour but in reality they cheated you out of 10-15min. I have been here a couple times before and I'm always a little underwhelmed. After a final effort, last night I decided I would not come back here due to the lack of effort made on my masseuses end. It was a very light massage and she kept hitting the same places over and over. I kept waiting for her to do the bottom half of my body and she never did, only worked on my feet for about 2 minutes. When she started to do the stretches at the end I felt like she didn't know what she was doing and was moving my body at very awkward angles. Just ok in my book. The rooms are not fully enclosed; you have a curtain instead of a door and you can hear the people around you. My masseuse was nice enough but as others have noted, I felt like an inordinate amount of time was spent rubbing oil onto my back and she didn't focus on my lower back like I requested. It's $40/hr and I got a 90 minute Swedish but it just felt very unbalanced. I'll probably come back when I'm desperate like I was yesterday (esp because you don't need an appointment if you don't have a particular masseuse in mind) but it's not at the top of my list. read more
