They're located on the corner of Western and Pico and they are in the middle of a bunch of other businesses in a plaza. Parking is small and was actually okay when i got there. I forgot to take a pic of the pricing list, but i asked for a combo massage and paid $51 something including credit card charge. Thought it was weird that they asked for payment before the services was provided, but I'm glad i gave them the benefit of the doubt because Mary was amazing! They had us pay for the messages in the beginning which was strange, we didn't know how to tip, usually do it by how well the experience/massage was. I had a decent massage, she asked throughout how the pressure was. My partners masseuse was very light with pressure and didn't ask if he wanted it adjusted at all. New massage joint in the Westlake Area. It's pretty spacious - and very clean. They are very kind and they are very accommodating. I did a 90 minute massage and it was very relaxing. I wanted a harder pressure and she catered to what I needed. I had a lot of tightness in my shoulders and traps - she worked on them constantly and I'm feeling a lot better now. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is rude and demanded a $20 tip upfront, before they gave me a massage. I have no issue tipping, but I should determine the tip amount, based on service. Moreover a $20 tip for a $50 massage, sounds a tad excessive. Perhaps, this business has a bait and switch approach for the masages. I walked out and told them nevermind-- I'll go to another place that won't demand in a rude way a $20 tip upfront-- they lost a customer. I received a lousy massage from here in the past. I was informed that the lady giving me the massage, didn't understand English and didn't know what type of massage I wanted. I tried to go again to support this business, but the first time was a warning, that I didn't heed. The place is also unprofessional-- they charge $1 to process a credit card, this may not be legal. The younger woman I had was very attentive, checking in consistently to make sure I was ok. Very thorough and personable. She did stretches on me and used hot stones. I have been under severe stress with all that's going on in today's world and Massage Here has been what's helped me cope with today's reality. My masseuse was a woman first she looks weak she has skinny fingers but she's absolutely one do the best person I've ever had. She is strong in e you tell her stronger and bc of her keen sense of touch she definitively knew where to press which areas hurt etc She got all my Back and shoulders knot out using her arms and fingers I felt bad bc I like my massages too hard but she was absolutely awesome and so skilled!! I did not have a good massage here. I looked at the reviews and they looked pretty good but that was not my experience. I walked in and two employees were going back and forth arguing while I just stood there, they didn't provide me any direction to sit down until several minutes later. It was uncomfortable. It's one of those places where it's a group setting, so you do have clothes on. A masseuse started to massage my head, then left for several minutes, then another masseuse came and did the same massage area on my head and started one arm, then another masseuse came and finished that arm and completed the foot/body massage. The massage overall was very week. It seemed as if the masseuse was inexperienced and very timid to touch. It was like constantly waiting for the massage to actually start...for 90 minutes. There was no pressure and pressure was mainly applied with the open palm of the hand, so just weirdly pushing me into the massage bed. There was no attempt to massage individual muscles at all. It was not a relaxing experience and feel as if I didn't get a massage at all. read more

I'd give this place a one star but since my bf had a decent massage I will give it two. The lady who massaged me was a tiny Chinese lady who didn't massage with any pressure, like she just rubbed my skin. I finally caved and asked for it harder. She didnt have any pressure in my foot so I just told her to stop. She didn't do my right foot bc i felt she would just be waiting minutes on my hour massage just rubbing it. She started on my shin and finally decided to give me pressure there but ended up giving me pain in my shin thats similar to shin splints. She then worked on my back, still no pressure. I was watching my bf get the same massage by a guy and he was doing things that my masseuse was definitely not doing. He was going a slower pace, providing pressure, and stretching. No stretching for me. I mentioned that and she didn't do anything, no did male masseuse, She flipped me over and started taking my shirt off in front of the male masseuse. Already really stressed, making me really uncomfortable. (By the way my bf was not asked to remove his shirt) She kepts massage my spine which hurts like crazy. She also did this weird thing where she was just moving my hair around. It didnt feel good or bad, just moved my hair in circles and getting whatever product was on her hands now in my hair. She also kepts pressing down directly on my bone behind my neck, also really painful. She then wiped me down with a cold and startchy towels and rubbed me down really roughly making me shake on the table, even causing my head to come out of the hole. The towel was so rough it hurt my skin. I've never wanted a massage to end as badly as I did this one. I was so tense most of the time, it was the opposite of stress free. What a wonderful experience! I am a Tourist guide and fund myself in a new city/state every 3 months searching for a place like this. The therapist listened to my needs, positioned my body just right to get to the hard to reach muscles and trigger points which give me so many headaches and wrist pain.
