They well Canada Goose coats that have coyote fur trim on the hoods. Canada Goose has a history of using fur they obtain from trappers. Animals who are trapped in the wild can suffer for days from blood loss, shock, dehydration, frostbite, gangrene, and attacks by predators. They may be caught in steel-jaw traps that slam down on their legs, often cutting to the bone; Conibear traps, which crush their necks with 90 pounds of pressure per square inch. They certainly don't need to sell fur at Escape Outdoors. I will never buy anything at this horrible store that support animal cruelty.

What's frustrating is that Escape Outdoors took the time to verify the coat's authenticity but still knowingly shipped a damaged product without notifying me. Customers shouldn't have to pay shipping and handling fees to return defective items, especially when purchasing a premium brand like Canada Goose. For an item that is advertised at full price, the customer expects the item to be in "pristine" condition. I like the products they offer but may have to reconsider other retailers for my next purchase.

When I entered I informed the young lady who greeted me, her reply was that the owner of the vehicle worked there. I explained whether they do or don't they are blocking the wheelchair access. "Well she's only parking there for 5 mins, the owner does the same thing when loading her car." I explained I work with the special needs community and what she is doing is wrong. Her response was "well good thing nobody in a wheelchair is coming in." I declined to make an appointment for a drop off of my items. Excusing anything like that is not somewhere I am interested in doing any sort of business with.

Worst customer service ever…read more They were at Seattle Center on 8/19 so people whose kids attend Pacific Northwest Ballet school could go there and purchase required items for lessons. We purchased some items, and one of them was a cute neckless for our daughter - but when we arrived at our house, we noticed that the neckless was not in the bag they gave us. We called them immediately, and Bailey answered. She called the owner Melanie who was still at the Seattle Center. Melanie told Bailey that she handed the neckless to "our daughter" and the daughter walked out with it. We told Bailey that could not be us because we didn't have our daughter with us. So Bailey called Melanie again, and called us back to tell us that if we returned to the Seattle Center with our receipt, Melanie will give us the neckless. So we drove all the way back there - but instead of giving us the neckless, Melanie took our receipt and phone numbers and told us she'd get back to us. Two days later (8/21), no word from them. So we called their store and left a message requesting that they call us back to let us know what was going on. 8/26 (M), still nothing from them. So we emailed them with details of the situation, and again, requested that they contact us. Now it's 8/31, and still no word from them. At this point we don't thing they have any intention of giving us the neckless back or ever contacting us. If this is not the worst customer service or business (for possibly selling the same thing twice and ripping us off), I don't know what is. It's a shame that we have to use this business to obtain items required for PNB school, I wish the school contracts with someone else.

Takes the time to look it up and finds four of them in the warehouse.. unfortunately it looked like I was interrupting something more important. Begrudgingly he did go get them. Then checked out by a different associate. It was not busy. If I didn't have gift card I wouldn't have stayed. Bunch of kids looking for employee discounts and the customers are an inconvenience. Will not go go back! If you choose to use them, know exactly what you want because after the initial greeting from across the store you may not get any help.
