When I got to the "office" I wasn't greeted by anyone which is fine because they have a nightshift/early bird box and I called Joe who walked me through signing the paperwork and leaving my keys. I then was greeted by Kevin who did the actual tinting and then I left and took a uber to the local mall which was great. I was gone for 4 hours until they called but it worked out because I like to shop. Everything was perfect at first glance, professionally crisp, no bubble, no waves...there was a small incident but after a discussion with Joe everything was discussed and handled very appropriately. Considering the texts and etc. All in all the work is worth the rate, pay more for good, clean work. Would I come back? I parked at my apartment, they tow my car and I find out that my parking pass was taken off the window that got tinted. I had to pay $400 to get my car out the tow place. When I called eclipse all I got was a "yeah everything has to come off man". I didn't even know the parking pass was taken off nor did anyone mention it or give me a heads up. I think it should be a lesson learned and anyone can read this and just make sure to cover all basis when getting their windows tinted. And window tinters can read this and make sure to communicate when things get removed from a vehicle. But like I said the tint is great, I just have mixed feelings since getting my car towed made me late to my new job and I unexpectedly lost $400.
