After finishing, I thanked her and asked her name (I was going to her manager with this issue right after), she ignored me completely and stormed inside. I approached her directly inside at the hosetess stand and apologized if we'd offended her somehow, and asked what was wrong. Her response: "I'm just doing my job." That's not service... that's arrogance and caught me so off guard I couldn't comprehend where this energy was stemming from. All we did was show up for dinner and we were treated with hatred. My girlfriend went in to address it. Not one staff member asked what happened. No apologies. No attempt to make it right. Just silence and dirty looks. We left without ordering. Management had a chance to fix this and chose not to. That's a failure at every level. Whatever reputation Bluebeard has, this killed it for us. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.
