I'm so happy with the help that I received from Level15 for my move! I was moving everything out from my 1br apt into a local storage unit, and Level15 made it as easy as ever. They arrived on time, and got everything finished in the estimated timeframe. When I was looking for movers, I was reading reviews of *other* companies that hired too old or too weak of movers and couldn't get the work done v efficiently - my gut told me to trust Level15 and sure enough, 2 strong guys showed up for the job and I was very impressed with how quickly they worked and how well they took care of my furniture, I didn't need to lift a single finger! They even helped me deconstruct my bed frame and couch legs, and wrapped everything free of charge, so that everything could fit perfectly and safely into my new storage unit. The only extra thing I paid was a tip at the end for their incredibly top notch service which was so well-deserved and for a mattress cover, which was slightly less buying from them than buying it from my storage company. If we could give Daniel and his crew--Ash and Eddie--10 stars, we would. They answered and provided a quote so promptly for our last-minute move out of storage request in Henderson. Their pricing for the quality and experienced service they provide is quite reasonable. They arrived early, and then efficiently --but with great care to avoid damages--proceeded to haul our boxes and furniture (much of it wrapped, thankfully, saving all of us many hassles) out of storage over to our U-haul moving truck. They brought their own hand-trucks and dollies, too. Once inside the truck, Dan expertly, yet neatly and tightly packed our belongings to avoid shifting in transit. He even allowed us to borrow 2 of his straps (which we returned the following day). I need to add that this move involved 2, 10 x 20 foot units and the way Daniel packed our stuff in the truck, we were able to fit 1.5 of those storage space contents into the truck--saving us a trip. Ash were punctual, let me know 15-20 minutes prior to arrival they will be coming in. They walked around the house and we told them what to take. They have amazing memory...they knew more of what we had than we can remember. They were highly efficient and fast. They had such a great attitude and was upbeat and smiling despite moving heavy furniture They had amazing teamwork and you can tell they work very well with each other. I do recommend getting at least three movers. It makes it much faster They laid out carpet and mats in the new home to minimize dirt and walking directly in the house. These guys are great! Helped me clear out my previous home and my storage unit in one clean sweep when moving into my new home last week. Very friendly and more than efficient in what they do. Made it look easy! They kept great care of my items while they were in their possession in transit. Provided the truck and all supplies for the job and even disassembled/reassembled my furniture for me. Dan and his crew were incredible to work with. They gave me a very fair price with no late or hidden fees and worked efficiently and protected all of my personal belongings.
