Daniel and his team are the best movers my family has ever worked with. We've moved more than 20 times, ranging from intra-city to coast-to-coast, and never have we had our stuff packed as efficiently and as securely. This most recent move was 2,400 miles to the east coast and everything was stable the second we hit the road. We also downsized our truck this move, from a 22' when we moved to Vegas to a 16' for this trip and he was able to maximize the volume of the truck without risking any boxes or furniture being crushed. Moving is completed and everything we wanted was moved to the garage and successfully placed. Eddie, Frank, Ash, and Daniel were exceptional. We underestimated the amount of furniture and boxes, or, over estimated the size of our garage; however, they managed to get everything in the garage. Even more impressive was the fact that they managed to leave an aisle way for access to our dressers, clothes rack, and my tool chest. Granted it was very very narrow but it worked. I was amazed. I reached out to several movers to help my parents with their recent move. I let all of them know I was just looking for pricing and would contact them when I had a specific date in mind. A few weeks later, Daniel was the only one who reached back out to me to see if I had any further questions. Of course, that sold me and I booked with him as soon as I had a date, which happened to be on Memorial Day. I hated to book that day, but it was the only day I had off to help my parents. The two movers arrived and quickly got to work. They were efficient and had the truck loaded in no time. Both of the movers were so kind to my parents. Do not ever do business with this company. Level 15. They will steal your belongings, they will damage your belongings, and when you send them an email with photos included indicating that only damage to your items, but that you have missing items of value including your deceased fathers ashes who is a veteran. Dan Schrader the owner of this company doesn't even take the time to respond to the email. In his words which were related to me through an attorney. His guys did a stellar job. I will include the photos so you can judge for yourself what they consider to be stellar. They did a job, but it wasn't stellar far from it. And yes, I've lawyered up as well. Dan Schrader, who is hired by my realtor, who is a friend of a friend, who had no written contract. I guess he just pulled a number out of the air in my Realtor paid him via Venmo. That's questionable business practices right there you need an invoice you do have to pay taxes on your income if your business. This is how level 15 does business they send two people to your home that look like they came from the Lowe's parking lot in a U-Haul. They have no business cards they have no shirts that show any affiliation to level 15, they don't introduce themselves because remember I didn't hire them. They don't even state that they are with level 15. I have no clue who these men are. their job is to load boxes into the U-Haul drive them no more than 4 miles up the road. Into a gated community and into a secure garage. Upon seeing the condition of my items, my parents belongings, my grandparents belongings. I am in utter shock. Therefore, I immediately took photos before anything was touched. The items were hurled into that garage to the point. It wasn't even safe to have a vehicle in there or for anyone to try to move anything unless it was on the ground. I was so upset at just the condition of things not only did I send the email, but I had friends and family that volunteered to drive out here from Arizona or to fly in from out of state to help me go through boxes upon which I realized my father's ashes are missing and numerous other items were missing. As I said, Dan Schrader didn't even have the decency as a reputable businessman, which he is obviously not to respond to a customers email. I even contacted my realtor Who when he saw the photos said "oh sorry, I was only trying to help". Even my Realtor is saying it's not his responsibility it's the movers. As I said, I've had to lawyer up because that's the only way that Dan Schrader will respond to anyone who has a complaint. And he must not be a various stupid business person, because instead of trying to resolve the matter between us, he would rather go to trial, he, in fact, has requested to go to trial. I don't know any business person that would risk their reputation to go to trial, because that will be public record, and anybody that does business does not wanna do business with the company that regardless of whatever the outcome may be had to go to trial. People don't want to risk the same nightmare that I'm going through. They will to go with a reputable company to avoid this kind of nightmare that I've been dealing with since June 13 of 2023. We're now in August almost September. He won't even disclose the names of the two men that came to my home. Anh took my belongings which were working and were all there intact in my home, and suddenly they can't be found and at least six very expensive items. Don't even work anymore. This man must not have insurance he must not be bonded I highly recommend anybody that does not want to deal with the nonsense And the shady practices of Level15I suggest you find a company that will follow through that will have contracts that will be ethical that will be responsive to the customer that will take care of the customers belongings and not just sit there and play dumb. read more

I had to move in a short time period. Daniel was quick to respond and work in my time frame with no extra charge or problems! I moved from a 1 bed 1 bath apartment into a home. I did not have many items but the items I did have were high value. The day of the move I could not be on site and I informed that my girlfriend would be there to help instead. They made sure she did not have to lift a finger and ensured all my belongings got to the house safely. Updating me as they went.
