I like that Boutique La Lune carries a variety of items in a wide price range ($5- $189 etc) so there's something for everyone's budget. I love that it offers a true boutique shopping experience without the boutique price tag, and I can usually count on finding something I love. Unfortunately, my experience today (3/18) fell short of what I've come to expect over the years. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which is something I've always appreciated in the past--it really sets a welcoming tone. Jocelyn eventually helped me into a dressing room, but along the way there were several missed opportunities for basic customer service. I was browsing with my arms full, and at no point was I offered help holding items or starting a fitting room, which would have made shopping easier. When I was ready to try things on, I was asked to sort and count my items due to the 6-garment limit. I completely understand and respect that policy as a way to manage inventory in a small business. However, during that process, a few items fell behind the counter and weren't addressed at the time. Once in the dressing room, there was no check-in to see how things were fitting or if I needed different sizes or colors--something I've consistently experienced and appreciated during past visits. I did ask to swap out items, and Jocelyn was helpful and pleasant in doing so. At checkout, the items that had fallen behind the counter were brought up again, and I was asked if I wanted to try them on. Since I was already dressed, I declined, but it would have been helpful if those had been handled earlier. There was only one other customer in the store, who had already checked out by the time I was in the fitting room, so it didn't seem particularly busy. I've always associated Bombshell Boutique with attentive, thoughtful service--being greeted, having items held, and receiving support in the dressing room. That level of care makes a big difference and is part of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. This visit just felt a bit lackluster in comparison. I'll definitely be back, but I hope this was just an off day.

Emilia, the general manager, emailed me when it arrived and said I could pick it up or they could ship it to me. I picked it up today and it looks gorgeous. I'm very happy with it. I also purchased a small jewelry box and some caramels when I was there today. I'll definitely be back to shop there some more. Update #1: I emailed customer service about the flawed chain, as the owner suggested, and they replied the same day. They offered to send me a label to ship it back or I could drop it off at the store. I chose to drop it off at the store today and the staff member I dealt with was very helpful and nice. They are going to contact the vendor for a replacement or repair and get back to me. Will update again when that happens. Original review: I was looking online for a 23" gold-plated chain necklace and found one at She She Boutique in Los Gatos. I was happy to see I could order the chain from their website and have it shipped to me, avoiding having to drive there. Easily placed my order online. It arrived three days later in cute pink packaging. Right away I noticed the chain had a flaw. It looked like several links were bunched up in one place and wouldn't straighten out. It was disappointing because the 23" length is hard to find, plus it was kind of pricey for costume jewelry. The She She website isn't showing any more of this particular chain, so I'm not sure I will be able to exchange it. I guess I'll stop by the boutique and see what happens. Maybe they can fix it.

The sales clerks are always so helpful in guiding you to what's new in the store and their fantastic sales. Today they had a huge selection of Christmas items they were trying to move out the door with slashed sales prices. They have such a great selection of shoes, sweaters and handbags. I love they carry some of the designer brands in handbags and shoes. They have a nice selection of sizes and styles. It's a great place to grab a few wardrobe refresh items as they always have the current looks and style suggestions. I always leave happy and well taken care of by their associates. It's an excellent boutique in Los Gatos!

I was wandering this Grand Century Mall with Yelper Wanugee and I thought I came in to shop. They have Dolce Gabbana, Versace, Dior, Rayban, and more. They also offer some sandals, accessories like belts, hair clips and lot of fashion jewelry. I got a few cute earrings from them especially the fashion rings and earrings. They are quite cute. Good service, a small family owned, and the price is HALF of what you would pay at the mall, Macy's or Nordstrom for fashion jewelry and sunglasses. It's such a BARGAIN boutique. Check them out when you visit Grand Century food court.
