I am updating my review just because it's been a few years. This is still my and my best friend's favorite boutique (even though we both live in/near downtown LG ). The thing I love about shopping here is they seem to always have exactly what I'm looking for. I went in recently hoping to find a blouse for my 70 y/o mom as a gift and found two equally perfect, trendy yet tasteful options. And they both look great on her. They always have my last-minute amazing date night outfit or summer dress. I am pretty much guaranteed to find my next favorite pair of jeans for a steal any given day. A lot of my work wardrobe is from Bombshell. The only "cons" would be maybe the parking (during peak downtown busy hours or farmer's mkt), and I wish they were open earlier and/or later, but it's not unusual for a small business. read more

I've been shopping at Bombshell Boutique for about 15 years and always make a point to stop in when I'm in Downtown Campbell. I love that it offers a true boutique shopping experience without the boutique price tag, and I can usually count on finding something I love. Unfortunately, my experience today (3/18) fell short of what I've come to expect over the years. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which is something I've always appreciated in the past--it really sets a welcoming tone. Jocelyn eventually helped me into a dressing room, but along the way there were several missed opportunities for basic customer service. I was browsing with my arms full, and at no point was I offered help holding items or starting a fitting room, which would have made shopping easier. When I was ready to try things on, I was asked to sort and count my items due to the 6-garment limit. I completely understand and respect that policy as a way to manage inventory in a small business. However, during that process, a few items fell behind the counter and weren't addressed at the time. Once in the dressing room, there was no check-in to see how things were fitting or if I needed different sizes or colors--something I've consistently experienced and appreciated during past visits. I did ask to swap out items, and Jocelyn was helpful and pleasant in doing so. At checkout, the items that had fallen behind the counter were brought up again, and I was asked if I wanted to try them on. Since I was already dressed, I declined, but it would have been helpful if those had been handled earlier. There was only one other customer in the store, who had already checked out by the time I was in the fitting room, so it didn't seem particularly busy. I've always associated Bombshell Boutique with attentive, thoughtful service--being greeted, having items held, and receiving support in the dressing room. That level of care makes a big difference and is part of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. This visit just felt a bit lackluster in comparison. I'll definitely be back, but I hope this was just an off day. read more

I've been here a number of times, and I'm not too sure why I've never written a review but oops! I honestly love all their bright colors, textures, and styles at this particular boutique! They always have a great sales rack out in front and their prices aren't too extreme even though inflation has been ridiculous Some of the styles fit differently, so sometimes I need a small, and sometimes I need a large, but that doesn't really matter as long as it's cute, right? This particular day I got a great deal on some high waisted leggings, I take it they were from winter, but they were on the sales rack for $12!! The lady at the register was incredibly helpful and friendly and told me she also has to dress that match the leggings with the same leopard style print in black! I also love all of their Nikki crop top/bra style shirts? They are so incredibly comfortable. You can wear them as a bralette or as a shirt themselves, and not have to worry about anything showing! Stopped in today with a friend and found a great shirt for $28 after tax! The store was participating in a Valentine's Day event with other nearby businesses and there was a DJ, champagne, and donuts from Yum Yum. There was also a great sale on clothing that was burgundy, pink, or red for Vday colors. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The two dressing rooms were occupied for a while but we shopped around in the courtyard while we waited. Great area to have an adventure in after shopping. read more

I am so In love with my fuzzy sweater. It just came in the mail today and I couldn't wait to put it on! Brooke recommend a medium because I'm petite but busty. It's absolutely perfect! My husband told me I looked Hot!! I live 2 hours away from Campbell but I follow their Instagram and I was able to shop and get my package in just a few days! I really want to love this place but unfortunately it's not gonna work out! I bought a adorable romper to wear to a memorial. Into a hour of wearing said romper the strap breaks and I'm stuck wearing a ripped romper with my chest hanging out the rest of the evening. This is the second thing I've bought from them that has immediately fallen to peices. I was aware that store policy is no cash refunds but I didn't know they wouldn't exchange a item of clothing that is damaged due to poor quality. So now I'm out $50.00 Unfortunately I will not be going back to this place and it's only a matter of time before it goes out of business. And when it does it will be the owners own fault. Also the employee stunk up the store with her body odor! That was also unfortunate. read more

Let's start off by saying I love this place for many reasons! Brooke, the owner herself is the most loving welcoming person. When I first started shopping I'd seen her a few times, but with Covid and online ordering I've gotten to know her much better. She goes above and beyond for customers! So much so that she has dropped off clothing to try and potentially buy during covid, which is amazing!!! The store is soooo cute, it's very clean and well organized. I can only think of maybe 2-3 times over the last few years, I went in and not found something I love. I'm not a big mall shopper I love boutique clothing stores, and bombshell is always my first stop. The customer service is always there and they always have the cutest stuff. Oh my word these clothes are cute!! Stumbled in after a mid morning brunch and boy am I glad I did. The shop is clean, welcoming, and nicely organized. AND THE CLOTHES!! I must confess that when I see boutiques I sometimes think theyll sell the same variations of cookie cutter on trend items. This was not at all the case here. The store had an excellent mix of classic, trendy, and unique items. I also appreciated that the sale rack had actually decent sale prices. When I checked out the employee was extremely friendly and not only signed me up for the rewards program, but also gave me a complimentary bag. Winning!! read more

This boutique is the CUTEST - so in love. I have been starting to go here once per week (super dangerous). They always have new stuff and the staff is friendly. Nicest ladies ever and always so helpful. The store gets new shipments every Thursday. I find something cute to wear every time I go in, the place is clean/ organized and the clothes are affordable. I like how the tags in the sales section mention if the clothes are damaged. Most of the clothes I wear to work but some can be used for going out too. Pretty colors. Nice boutique in downtown Campbell, with many pieces of great quality. I liked many items but were not my size and my friend tried also a couple of pullovers on sale but were not as nice on her as on display. The boutique is nice but is missing character in my opinion. The clothes are too color organized and too 'clean'. I like more a 'messy style' boutique where you can find treasures, I want a Marie Kondo in my closet but not in the stores I visit. I was also interested in the jewelry, but could not find anything that was really interesting in the accessories category. read more

Stumbled on this cute boutique while killing time waiting for friends. Great find! Very cute tops with frilly stuff but not too over the top. Found some jeans too at an awesome price of $40 or so. They're brand names and it's the skinny kind with a few regular cut ones. Awesome lone female staff. She leaves you alone aside from telling you the deal on some sale items. It's been a while since I've been in Bombshell. I had some time today to drop by and see whats new. I was mesmerized by the sterling silver necklaces in the window. I saw 2 stunning necklaces, and I had to buy them (well, at least one). It was about $17, and Brooke wrapped it up nice in a jewelery box and put it in a cute bag. There is something about the jewelry Brooke chooses to sell; they are unique, and they are such beautiful gifts to give out. Also, I was in love with the rockabilly wallets and bags on display (so cute). Brook is so loyal to her customers. Plus she always remembers people (she remembered me even though its been almost a year since I've been in her store). Make sure to check out downtown Campbell's events b/c Brook is always associated with them (sidewalk sales, etc.). And she offers killer deals during the sales. It's something not to miss. read more

I absolutely LOVE this shop and also love that it enables me to support a local small business at the same time. I particularly love visiting on Sundays when I'm in downtown Campbell for the farmers market -- I can never say no to the sale rack when I see it outside the door! I've found so many pieces here that have since become staples in my closet and I absolutely encourage everyone to support them now especially during quarantine since their online shop is up! read more

Darling boutique in a really nice location. The ladies were welcoming and sweet! The store is very well organized and clean. Great prices, too. I usually find boutique stores overly priced and stuffy. I liked that they didn't push me to purchase an item I was on the fence about. In fact the owner said if I didn't feel comfortable in it then I shouldn't get it. That was very unusual and I really like that, it shows they want their customers to feel comfortable in their clothing. I LOVE this place! A few weeks ago, I bought few shirts and I was so impressed with the quality, color, and price of everything that I recently placed another order online. One of the sales girls called me before shipping my order to let me know that a top I had ordered typically runs very small and they wanted to know if I wanted to size up. As someone who is in between medium and larges, I totally appreciated the extra thought and care. I ended up sizing up in the top per her suggestion and it fits perfectly. Cute little boutique in Downtown Campbell. The store is small and the selection is somewhat limited but they do have cute items ranging from clothes to jewelry and even adorable handmade cards. The owner is super nice and friendly without being overbearing which I really appreciate. I came across this boutique because they strategically placed a sale rack full of beautiful clothing right outside their shop. I was doomed the moment I walked up to the rack and saw the clothing was 50% off and full of beautiful pieces. The shop has colorful and one of kind clothes. From lingerie to camis to tops to dresses. I wish I could buy them all! In the end, I controlled myself and only walked with a summer dress for $19.50. Thank you 50% off rack! The two young ladies at the shop made my shopping experience even better. They were both super polite and charismatic. They greeted me right away and when it was time for me to check out they made small talk. Overall, it was a great shopping experience! read more

A cute little trendy clothing store in Campbell! It's in the little square with other boutiques as well. Free street parking is your best bet to get right in front of the store, otherwise there are parking garages that aren't too far at all. They offer 15% off if you use Apple Pay, which is pretty easy to add to your phone! The worker was super nice and easy going when my friend and I came in for a visit Saturday morning. All the clothes are pretty up to date and trendy and the prices are reasonable. The only downside would be that there are no returns!!!! Only store credit or exchange, but hey it's a local store, I understand. Will definitely come back to help out a small business! read more

Love this store. I always find so much I love. Just did a spree on new sweaters, great selection. Love the owner's taste. Everything very affordable. I told my hubs he could buy me anything in here and I would love it. I try to get more but never open when I'm downtown. My only suggestion would be to be open later at least Friday or Saturday nights to get the downtown dinner crowd. read more

I will not be going back to this store in Campbell. I was waiting for my appointment at Couture Tan next door (wonderful place) and happened to walk in. I did purchase a dress for myself for an upcoming vacation. Before leaving I noticed a dress for a friend who was going away with me. I purchased it for her not thinking if it didn't fit we were gone a week and they have a 10 day return policy. Well the dress didn't fit her and I came back exactly as 10 days had passed between the day of purchase and day for return but they wouldn't take the dress back. I realized I wouldn't get the money back but at least they could have honored the credit. Now I am stuck with a dress I paid for to donate. Quite terrible customer service. And would never purchase a gift there! For the prices and a more reasonable return policy I much prefer Ibiss in Willow Glen. read more

I found this place walking around downtown Campbell one day and I'm so glad that I did. When I loved in New Orleans I loved shopping at little local boutiques and I've had issues finding that in the Bay Area. They have really cute stuff and the prices are very reasonable. I can usually find some one of a kind pieces that I get complimented on constantly. The one complaint that I have is the hours can be a little hard to work with and the people working can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are super friendly and helpful and other times they don't even acknowledge you. I have had great and not so great experiences with them. Overall it's a cute boutique and their Instagram shows off what they have in stock at the time and is updated pretty often. read more
