I've been shopping at Bombshell Boutique for about 15 years and always make a point to stop in when I'm in Downtown Campbell. I love that it offers a true boutique shopping experience without the boutique price tag, and I can usually count on finding something I love. Unfortunately, my experience today (3/18) fell short of what I've come to expect over the years. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which is something I've always appreciated in the past--it really sets a welcoming tone. Jocelyn eventually helped me into a dressing room, but along the way there were several missed opportunities for basic customer service. I was browsing with my arms full, and at no point was I offered help holding items or starting a fitting room, which would have made shopping easier. When I was ready to try things on, I was asked to sort and count my items due to the 6-garment limit. I completely understand and respect that policy as a way to manage inventory in a small business. However, during that process, a few items fell behind the counter and weren't addressed at the time. Once in the dressing room, there was no check-in to see how things were fitting or if I needed different sizes or colors--something I've consistently experienced and appreciated during past visits. I did ask to swap out items, and Jocelyn was helpful and pleasant in doing so. At checkout, the items that had fallen behind the counter were brought up again, and I was asked if I wanted to try them on. Since I was already dressed, I declined, but it would have been helpful if those had been handled earlier. There was only one other customer in the store, who had already checked out by the time I was in the fitting room, so it didn't seem particularly busy. I've always associated Bombshell Boutique with attentive, thoughtful service--being greeted, having items held, and receiving support in the dressing room. That level of care makes a big difference and is part of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. This visit just felt a bit lackluster in comparison. This is such a fun place to shop! Brooke and Taylor were a huge help while shopping. They gave super helpful and honest opinions and had me trying on (and loving) things I would have never picked out myself. I added so many new pieces to my closet and every outfit I bought makes me feel super stylish and confident! There are so many options to choose from for any body type. I've been here a number of times, and I'm not too sure why I've never written a review but oops! I honestly love all their bright colors, textures, and styles at this particular boutique! They always have a great sales rack out in front and their prices aren't too extreme even though inflation has been ridiculous Some of the styles fit differently, so sometimes I need a small, and sometimes I need a large, but that doesn't really matter as long as it's cute, right? This particular day I got a great deal on some high waisted leggings, I take it they were from winter, but they were on the sales rack for $12!! The lady at the register was incredibly helpful and friendly and told me she also has to dress that match the leggings with the same leopard style print in black! I am updating my review just because it's been a few years. This is still my and my best friend's favorite boutique (even though we both live in/near downtown LG ). The thing I love about shopping here is they seem to always have exactly what I'm looking for. I went in recently hoping to find a blouse for my 70 y/o mom as a gift and found two equally perfect, trendy yet tasteful options. And they both look great on her. They always have my last-minute amazing date night outfit or summer dress. I am pretty much guaranteed to find my next favorite pair of jeans for a steal any given day. A lot of my work wardrobe is from Bombshell. The only "cons" would be maybe the parking (during peak downtown busy hours or farmer's mkt), and I wish they were open earlier and/or later, but it's not unusual for a small business. read more

Stopped in today with a friend and found a great shirt for $28 after tax! The store was participating in a Valentine's Day event with other nearby businesses and there was a DJ, champagne, and donuts from Yum Yum. There was also a great sale on clothing that was burgundy, pink, or red for Vday colors. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The two dressing rooms were occupied for a while but we shopped around in the courtyard while we waited. Great area to have an adventure in after shopping. read more

Let's start off by saying I love this place for many reasons! Brooke, the owner herself is the most loving welcoming person. When I first started shopping I'd seen her a few times, but with Covid and online ordering I've gotten to know her much better. She goes above and beyond for customers! So much so that she has dropped off clothing to try and potentially buy during covid, which is amazing!!! The store is soooo cute, it's very clean and well organized. I really want to love this place but unfortunately it's not gonna work out! I bought a adorable romper to wear to a memorial. Into a hour of wearing said romper the strap breaks and I'm stuck wearing a ripped romper with my chest hanging out the rest of the evening. This is the second thing I've bought from them that has immediately fallen to peices. I was aware that store policy is no cash refunds but I didn't know they wouldn't exchange a item of clothing that is damaged due to poor quality. So now I'm out $50.00 Unfortunately I will not be going back to this place and it's only a matter of time before it goes out of business. And when it does it will be the owners own fault. I must confess that when I see boutiques I sometimes think theyll sell the same variations of cookie cutter on trend items. This was not at all the case here. This boutique is the CUTEST - so in love. I have been starting to go here once per week (super dangerous). They always have new stuff and the staff is friendly. Nicest ladies ever and always so helpful. The store gets new shipments every Thursday. I find something cute to wear every time I go in, the place is clean/ organized and the clothes are affordable. I like how the tags in the sales section mention if the clothes are damaged. Most of the clothes I wear to work but some can be used for going out too. Pretty colors. I usually find boutique stores overly priced and stuffy. I liked that they didn't push me to purchase an item I was on the fence about. I came across this boutique because they strategically placed a sale rack full of beautiful clothing right outside their shop. I was doomed the moment I walked up to the rack and saw the clothing was 50% off and full of beautiful pieces. The shop has colorful and one of kind clothes. From lingerie to camis to tops to dresses. I wish I could buy them all! In the end, I controlled myself and only walked with a summer dress for $19.50. Thank you 50% off rack! The two young ladies at the shop made my shopping experience even better. They were both super polite and charismatic. A cute little trendy clothing store in Campbell! It's in the little square with other boutiques as well. Free street parking is your best bet to get right in front of the store, otherwise there are parking garages that aren't too far at all. They offer 15% off if you use Apple Pay, which is pretty easy to add to your phone! The worker was super nice and easy going when my friend and I came in for a visit Saturday morning. All the clothes are pretty up to date and trendy and the prices are reasonable. The only downside would be that there are no returns!!!! Only store credit or exchange, but hey it's a local store, I understand. Will definitely come back to help out a small business! read more

I told my hubs he could buy me anything in here and I would love it. I try to get more but never open when I'm downtown.
