Patients should be able to make informed decisions about their treatment and costs before anything is done. Unfortunately, this office failed to communicate honestly and clearly, and that eroded my trust. I won't be returning and would caution others to ask very detailed questions about pricing before agreeing to any appointment. There are so many options for dentists in the area. These are quite red flags to me. This is honestly my worst dentistry experience ever. There are some serious issues about their management.
