Scope of work: remove all the carpeting in the house and install laminate plank flooring in those areas. The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. I also had a complete bathroom remodel which included removing a huge jacuzzi tub and installing an elegant and safe walk in shower. For the bathroom Nir listened to my concerns and needs and then gave me two 3-D renderings of my options. Elba was fabulous and fast with permits, a purchase list and provided weekly job schedules and updates. I have now completed this remodel and I can't be happier. The new stairs also came out beautiful and solid. Benny used quality paint that exceeded the one that I specified as a minimum standard. Along the entire process Benny was on top of communicating the status and responding to my questions. There were a couple of issues that came up and Benny took care of them promptly and to my satisfaction. I enjoyed working with BK and would use him again.
