Shoes are everywhere, on the floor thrown everywhere. Disorganized, Adidas shoes will be mixed with other brands for example. There's rarely anyone working in this department, and the ones that you seen, hide in the stock room, no urgency to help or flat out tell you, something is out of stock without checking the stockroom or their computer etc. Checking out is a burden: lines remind me of the MVA and the cashiers aren't that friendly unless they are trying to pester you in signingup for their store credit card that has a high interest rate.. Unless Im in a hurry, Ill stick to Bowie location. They closed off the entrance near the shoe department, another bummer.

I saw some cute casual shoes on clearance. Came up to $20! Not bad at all. The original price was like $50! The guy who rang me up was very nice and professional. I took the shoes home and decided to try them on. Although it was my size (7), they were really big - like they were falling off my feet big. I decided to return them next time I came to the mall or at least exchange them. Last week I came to return these big shoes! The woman at the counter was busy cleaning up and ignored me for a bit. I let her do her thing. She finally addressed me and I explained that I wanted to do a return. She looked at the shoes and immediately said, "sorry...final sale." I stated that I was not told that upon purchasing nor did the receipt list that. She just said sorry again and that was it. I was not going to "fight" over $20, but it was the principle of it! I couldn't find anything that fit the criteria, and was about to give up and head home when I spotted something out of the corner of my eye. In the store's display window was a black tank with the word "SLAY" scrawled across the front in red ink and adorned with silver studs. Perfect! It was almost closing time (and folks are tired and ready to go home), so I was pleasantly surprised to be so cheerfully greeted by the cashier. I found another sales associate (young, Latina woman with brown hair) who was folding and restocking items and asked her about the shirt. She happily paused what she was doing, found the shirt in my size (winning!!) and snagged me a dressing room. The shirt fit perfectly and my quest had (thankfully!) come to a fruitful and pleasant end. I expected the shirt to cost an arm and a leg (because even good fortune has its cost), but it was only $22 bucks... score! The same cheerful cashier (tall, black woman with very low cut hair) thanked me for waiting, made sure I found everything I needed, and checked me out quickly. I suppose I could've order them online, but for whatever reason I didn't. Anywho, fast fwd to today and we stopped by this Vans Outlet at Arundel Mills, and they actually had my size! Salesman was friendly and helpful, as he brought out a plethora of size 15s in different styles, but I stuck with the OGs. 4/22/21 This little store could not have been open for to…read morelong. The name of this business hasn't on the directory for Westfield Wheaton Mall.  Nevertheless,  when I visited this store back in March, I liked some of the leggings, but knew my wife would never wear them. There were other clothing too, but nothing she would have liked.  Nevertheless,  I looked around to see if there was anything else that would have be a great present. I did not find anything.  The employee in the store was pleasant enough, but not overly helpful.  She was mostly staring at me like praying mantis looks at its food. I will be sure to check out this store again and see if there are any new updates.  I hope this place stays in business, but I won't  be surprised if it doesn't.
