*This review is for online pickup orders*…read more If you happen to not know, you can purchase Nordstrom department store items online for pick up at any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack location. This is such a convenience! And you can also return Nordstrom department store items at a Nordstrom Rack location. However, this does not work the other way around; i.e. items purchased at Nordstrom Rack have to be picked up, and returned, at a Nordstrom rack location. So as of now-this is my go to store location for Nordstrom online purchase pickups! Parking is plentiful, but the lot stays packed with moderate to heavy traffic flow. Walking into the store, there is a huge sign on the back right wall that states "Men's fitting room/Alterations/Online Pick up". I also noticed stickers on the floor pointing in the same direction. However, since I wasn't at all familiar with this location, I walked passed a very small empty counter space and headed towards the wall sign, where another customer and I stood at the entrance of the men's fitting room for 10 mins. There was no one there and no one at the counter. It wasn't until the other customer walked away, and then finally flagged me down to join the line that was now forming at the small empty counter, that I knew where to pick up my orders. Point: it is not an obvious pick up counter, especially if no one is standing there. Also, I had two orders to pick up, but only one was confirmed ready for pickup, so I asked the customer service person about checking on the other order to see if it was also ready. They kindly stated that they would check, but wanted to take care of the other customers first (with confirmed ready for pickup orders). I complied, and started to browse the shoe department for about 20 mins. btw- the women's shoe dept didn't have a lot of options-perhaps already picked over from the holiday season. Finally, I found the same customer service person later on sorting through 'put back' items (from the dressing room, and returns from the registers), and asked again about my order, and they immediately said that nothing else was found for me, and my order may not have come in yet. I showed them my email that stated that my order was supposed to be ready for pick up today, and at the current time, it was four hours until store closing time. The customer service person then said that they will check again in the back. And To my surprise, they found my order, and they found another order that was supposed to be ready for a tomorrow pick up. So that was a very pleasant surprise. For the size and traffic through this store location, it is overall clean and neat. But the selection is overall lacking compared to other locations. However, it's a busy area, so great finds likely go fast. Highly recommend this location; just look for the small counter by the men's fitting room-and even press the service button (if it works) if there is no customer service person seen.

This Burlington is the last man standing in this property. If you want to call it that. They are wobbling. My god why did I even come here? Oh, that's right, I needed an item and I though this might be a great place to try to find that item. I was wrong. Why did I get so irritated by just walking into this store? Why is it that every Burlington you go to they intentionally shrink the store footprint and have so much empty space to go through. But not only is the footprint shrunk, the stock is shrunk as well. That shrunken stock is basically thrown about. I think there was more stock on the floor than on the racks. The customers in here really didn't care that they were just not putting it back and then stepping on it. I just couldn't focus on shopping in here. I was overstimulated by the stock all over the place and then the sensors on the shoes kept going off. With the noise and my OCD kicking into high gear, I had to leave. Good thing I did too, because their stock was very limited. Not to mention that I was too afraid to even venture up to the second floor. If this main floor was like this, I didn't even want to see the mess upstairs. This store is disgusting in every matter of the word. It's dirty. It's not organized in the least. It's sketchy. The food section has an abundance of choices, but they usually only stock one or two different brands. They have a nice selection of clothing and a cute Sefora on the first floor, as well. They do need to hire some more people. Finding an employee to answer a question is a challenge. Truthfully, my secret reason for going to Target is the snacks. Yes, they always have my Baked Cheeto's and pineapple upside down cake LaraBars. I also really like their book section and I can always get my book club books here. I find Target to be a good value on some items and a little high on others. So, know, before you go! I will always be a Target shopper and I really like browsing through the store. I just came into this Kohl's to make an Amazon return. They were friendly and helpful and told me exactly where to go, and told me that when they just came back down from upstairs, there was no line at the Amazon return "counter". I went up, made my return, and they actually apparently give you a 20% Kohl's coupon when you make Amazon returns there. Not sure if that happens every time or at every location, but it did in my case. The downside is that I don't visit Kohl's often, so it expired before I could use it :( womp womppppp I will say that the check out line was long when I came in and was actually longer when I left (it took me about 10 minutes to make the return as the employee was working through a couple of previous returns they had already accepted - just processing those). Either way, I mean I would probably go back if I was in the mood to shop at Kohl's, but this particular location felt a little cluttered and closed in to me for some reason. Why bother having a designated lane if you let anybody use it? I could be in and out in so little time if I didn't run into this problem. I've mentioned it to the staff and they don't seem to know how to change it (or care). The other issue is that the staff who are collecting items for online orders are having full-on loud conversations with someone on their phone by way of earbuds. Often times it's in a different language so I don't know what they're saying, but it is obvious they are speaking with a friend or family member! One time it went on for over 10 minutes and I know that because I wound up following behind her with my shopping. I did let management know but obviously that was ignored. Last time I was there someone stood in front of the juice refrigerator and didn't move. She turned and looked at me as I waited for her to make a selection, but she still stood there looking and looking. I finally said excuse me before grabbing something quickly, but she didn't say a word or move out of the way! That tells me that there isn't much oversight regarding these people who are shopping in the store for other customers.
