I came here after Christmas, and was able to find a pair of Levis jeans for $4.99. It was already discounted from about $40.00 to $15.00, and there was an additional savings that made it appetizing. I originally thought it was some mistake. I asked the cashier twice if she was serious or if there was a miscalculation somewhere. She acknowledged and said "Yes" it's $4.99. Cool... It is an outlet store located in the Citadel. The store is quite large with an abundant amount of clothing to pick from. The sales lured a huge crowd of customers and it was quite chaotic when I was there. The staff was very courteous and professional. The gal helped me find the pair that fits me the best. Even when I was using dressing room, she let me keep my spot (room) regardless of the long lines. But, I still offered my room to others who was in line just so it won't stay empty when I realize how frustrating it may be waiting out there. I was ecstatic that I didn't have to wait in that long line again while a staff went to look for my size. Thank goodness for the good service regardless of the crowd. I had a pleasant experience, and I will be back for more jeans! read more

I am being very very fair with this review, being that I came in on Black Friday at 3am. Again, I am aware of the time and day I was here. So I haven't purchased Levi's in ages, I decided to drop by and purchase some since I was already here, Big mistake! I was not upset about the traffic in the store, nor the long wait. All this was planned and expected. What was expected or planned was I wana say the manager running the floor, he was so rude I'm sure he didn't even notice it. Not only was he rude the way he was directing the sales Flor but the way he was treating the staff and the security staff. I could hear everything clearly, he was explaining his sales floor process which is fine- whats not time is how you relate the message. He was moving the line with customers in a rude manner " keep it moving people" " move, move" And then he addressed the security guard (which I'm sure isn't not trained because they are a private company) and says that's how you're supposed to do it pay attention. That was so rude and DISGUSTING! All this happened while I was waiting in line for maybe 10 min, he continued to address his front line employees. I'm telling you I heard everything. Saying that when the next person came in at 7 he would relied the next person, etc etc. save it for the back office! Finally, I got to the cashier and I said hi! Good morning she said "buenos dias" at this time it was 3/4 am. I didn't take offense that she was talking to me in Spanish as I embrace my culture and nationality. What I did take offense to was that I was responding in English and she kept going in Spanish. At what point do you stop and have a conversation with me in English? Other than that everyone else on the floor was really really nice and offered to help each time, they can definitely help their manager with some training or get someone else because the staff is pretty good. read more

Bad management! We went to this store today for our holiday shopping. The staff were helpful in finding the colors and sizes that we were looking for. But after two hours, the manager approached us and said we can't do large purchases. He said we can only purchase 10 items maximum for every family, because of the pandemic. Really? The staff saw our bags full of stuff and no one said anything. If this is the store policy shouldn't everyone that works there must be aware of this? They should at least stop us when they saw we already had more than 10 items in our bag, but no, they were even helping us getting the items. The manager was loud when he spoke to us, his approach was as if we are stealing from the store! We just left and didn't buy a single item. So, we just wasted our time and energy for nothing! read more

An employee in the dressing room had horrible customer service skills. He knocked on my dressing room door (which I barely heard because it was so loud) and opened it and I let him know it was occupied. He closed it then came back to my door and rudely said "when I knock, it means I'm trying to see if anyone is in the dressing room." I then looked out and saw he was clearly talking about the situation with a co worker and he seemed to be laughing about it. That is when I asked if it was him who opened the door and he said yes and gave the same explanation. He continued to make me feel like it was my fault he opened the door on me. He was rude with an attitude problem. No apology. The store had decent sales, but they should really work on training their employees to not argue with customers and make them feel uncomfortable while shopping. read more

Worst shopping experience ever! Went in yesterday to exchange some jeans for a smaller size, was immediately asked what size I was looking for by an employee at the entrance (woman wearing yellow top and glasses) . I responded I was looking for 32/29 and she responded " we don't have that size" I assured her I've purchased that same size for that style before, she then said "well I know for sure we don't". The sales lady was very helpful but when I got to thrle cashier that was a disaster. I was waiting for him to call another store to see if they have the size that I needed for the style that I desired he actually said to me give me a minute let me kill a line meaning he needed to make the lunch shorter even though there were two other cashiers I agreed well killing the line it took him 10 minutes at this point the store was almost closing and when he called one of the stores they actually didn't have in then he had the nerve to say to me he can't call or to other stores due to the fact that they'll be closing in a couple of minutes after my complaint he did agree to call one of the stores which did have it. he's customer service was terrible other than that I had an okay experience read more

Yesterday, Sunday Nov28,2021. I went to the Levi's outlet store at 6pm, and the dressing rooms were closed! They said that due to having to disinfect them they have been closed for every black Friday according to the manager on duty.I attempted to try on my pants on top of my shorts, and he said, I could not do it either. I asked but I can try a jacket or a blouse on top of my clothes so what is the difference? He said, tops are allowed to be try on top of clothes but not the pants, because pants have to be disifeced because of the pandemic!!!! People are losing their minds, and using the pandemic as an excuse not to work. The rational that the supposed manager used makes no sense. Women now are walking with bras on (to each its own), not wearing blouses and it is okay for them to try tops on but I am fully clothed and I can't try my pants on top of my shorts. The manager said, I have 30 days to return them. I did not buy anything, I did not want to support the store, not that they care but it is the principle. If I really want to buy it and not return in 30 days, I could have purchased it and go to the Citadel restroom to try them on and if not a good fit return it. Which I think it defits the purpose of being "careful" because of the pandemic when the clothes goes out of the store and it is exposed to people's environment. The manager did not even had presentation, it was a man with a big black button in his ear that makes such ugly hole in his earlobe! The sale signs don't make sense and the staff will be more then happy to "look in the back" which is their private joke for not ever having what you need. The store itself is well stocked, well organized, and the displays are really well put together - they make me want to buy everything! The staff is extremely helpful, so so nice and they seem like they actully want to be there. I've never been sized for jeans before but oh my goodness, after they measured me and told me I should be wearing a certain cut, I don't think I will ever find jeans that can fit me as well as these. Located near the main road entrance and near Ruby's Diner, you'll find Levi's Outlet Store. If you haven't heard of Levi's, where have you been?! I had lost a lot of weight and I have some legs/thighs to show from the muscle underneath from all the fat that disappeared. Right away, I found some perfect 505 British Khaki Pants ($49.99). I was looking for jeans at first, but when I went into the dressing room. I thought I was wearing my birthday suit. When I checked in on Yelp, my fellow Yelp Friend, Orsolya D. said, "Women love tight pants." Hey, I love myself! There are ton of other Levi Originals, but it was just that one pants that caught my attention...and the girls that work there. Yeah, my eyes wander a lot. I've been here a couple times to buy some jeans and I've always had a good experience. They have a ton of selection and everything is organized really well. The jeans are cheaper (about $20 less) than getting Levi's at a department store. The staff is always super nice and helpful, always offering to help you look for a size. (Though they can be a little too helpful. Sometimes I just want to shop in peace.) Also the fitting rooms have an attendant so finds a room for you so you don't have to walk around and check which room is vacant like a creeper. It can get a little crowded at this store during sales and weekends but it's never too bad. This Levi's Outlet store is part of the Citadel Outlets so there's plenty of parking. read more

This place is my usual go to for Levi's jeans. The place has a very large selection for a good price. The Clearance section is a little on and off. Sometimes it contains stack upon stack of good quality and well priced jeans yet at other times, it slacks and there's only a couple jeans marked down. Worst, there's also days where's there's no clearance at all for the jeans. On the other hand, the staff aren't too kind but they're helpful nonetheless. The place is a bit messy though. Went in a few months ago to purchase some jeans with my wife. As fate would have it she was in the fitting trying on jeans while I sat in the little bench holding the bags. A worker comes in with a hanger he picked up from the floor in his hand and hangs it, next thing you know, supervisor or manager, storms in threatening to send him home.
