This place is a sh!t show on weekends loaded with people from other countries pushing and shoving to buy products with popular logos regardless of quality. So it's easier to buy during the week. That being said, you're on your own about product information. When I asked how much shrinkage, the girl said "they'll shrink and then laughed at me when I told her I need numbers. She found someone else to ask and held up a completely different item and was asking the other person if it would shrink. I asked this "expert" how much shrinkage I could expect on the pair in my hands and was told to wash cold and not use the dryer. Wrong answer. When I insisted about the original question the answer changed to "not as much as the 501 but like THIS MUCH n the waist" as she held up her thumb and index finger representing the amount. Seriously? What kind of answer is that? They don't know anything so you'll need to do research. They're a bunch of useless order takers. If Levi's is going too use ignorant clerks, how about documentation in the store?

Good products but bad customer service. It was a bunch of teenagers having a social gathering and not offering any service.

Also got my dude a pair of 501 jeans; they had a wide selection of sizes and colors in that line.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time because honestly, this was one of the best…read moreexperiences I've ever had shopping for clothes anywhere. I went into this location in late October 2025 because I was trying to completely rethink the way I dress. Up until then, I mostly dressed like your average Bay Area person. A lot of graphic tees, sneakers, streetwear, hype brands, athleisure, puff jackets, all that kind of stuff. I wanted to move toward looking more put together and mature, but I honestly didn't really know where to start. I originally planned to stop in for maybe 20 or 30 minutes just to browse around and get ideas. Instead, I ended up spending over an hour there because Carlos, who I believe manages the store, was genuinely incredible. From the beginning, he actually listened to me. Not in a "retail employee trying to make a sale" kind of way either. He asked me questions about what I was trying to change, where I go, how I wanted to dress, what kind of look I was aiming for, and what I wanted to feel confident in. Then he started helping me put outfits together piece by piece. At one point it almost felt like I was getting a personal styling session. He was pulling jackets, shirts, pants, different combinations, explaining how things should fit, why certain pieces worked together, and even teaching me little things I honestly had never thought about before. He also re-measured me and double checked measurements I already had because he wanted to make sure everything fit correctly. He explained how clothes are supposed to sit on your body, how certain cuts should look, and what worked best for me specifically. That part really stood out to me because it felt like he genuinely cared about helping me improve my style instead of just selling me stuff. I also appreciated how patient and kind everyone was the whole time. They kept bringing pieces in for me to try, helping clean up the fitting room, giving opinions on outfits, and making the whole experience feel comfortable and collaborative. I even felt bad leaving clothes around and they kept telling me not to worry about it. Many months later, I still think about a lot of the advice and tips he gave me. I really have changed the way I dress since then. I've moved away from a lot of the graphic tee and athleisure-heavy stuff and toward a cleaner, more classic look. I still remember some of the outfit combinations he put together for me and I still use a lot of those ideas now. The way I put myself together now (much shaped by this experience) genuinely made me feel more confident in myself both just in clothes, as well as how I carry myself overall. That sounds dramatic for a shopping trip, but it's honestly true. Carlos gave me a level of attention, care, and sincerity that people rarely get. The whole experience felt personal in the best way possible, and I'm genuinely really grateful for it.

But, instead of being treated and asked if I was looking for something in specific, I was greeted with a smudge, harsh stare, hazy, uninteresting look on Sabrina's face. As soon as I saw this, I swiftly turned back to the entrance and exited. Instead, I sped over to the nearest Ulta beauty and was met with real professionals that know how to cater their customers and atleast look somewhat pleasant. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor recommending this Kohls or Sephora to any friends, family, or even strangers, thanks to Sabrina.

When I tried to redeem the Kohls cash (that expired the previous day) at time of purchase, I was met with hostility. After the associates clarified the new policy, the associate snatched the coupon from my hand and stated per "policy" they HAD to dispose of it. I did not appreciate this response, so I asked for it back but they were adamant about tossing it out. I asked why it mattered whether they or I threw it out and was met with silence and handed back the coupon. This experience was so ridiculous that I had to call customer service and report (which is something I NEVER do). Hopefully this odd behavior isn't a usual occurrence for others.

Prices seem a bit steep, but hey, you get what you pay for--and the quality of the items in stock seems decently appropriate. For as large as this place is , however, I highly doubt that they get nearly the amount of foot traffic they need in order to provide the appropriate amount of expected customer service. That is to say that I walked into a very large, completely empty store, and yet still struggled to get some help finding what I needed. After a few moments of milling about the back area where there was an open door, a female associate finally walked out and asked if I had any questions. I replied yes, and told her I needed work boots to fit a specific work uniform. I asked for a certain size and she simply replied, "what we have is on the shelves and that's it." When I asked about the potential of ordering the size/style I was looking for and I got a "No." and that was it. As she disappeared into the abyss of the back stock room. Overall, this place may have what you need but don't expect much by the means of customer service from their staff. I was sincerely disappointed. Bought a pair of boots of my own accord... but ended up not liking them and returning them a few days later. Better luck next time, I suppose!
