She brought samples and also met me several times at a local carpeting retailer to show me a new type of carpet which has low VOC's. It was easy to contact the sales advisor by phone, text or email. The owner of the company lives in a different state but is reachable by email and phone. Both ladies tried their best to accommodate me.
