The customer service here is amazeballs! Came by today with my sis since she wanted to get a pair of jeans. Ended up getting 2 pairs, 1 more than planned just because their customer service is amazing! The salespeople here are pretty amazing, the type to go above and beyond to make sure you're getting what you want. There's always salespeople asking you if you need help with styles or a size. A couple different salespeople offered to help us get sizes from the racks higher up. Their service is so good, I always feel super bad if I forget a salesperson's name by the time I get to the register! My sis ended up liking this one color but she wanted the short length instead of the medium length. The guy was cool and patient enough to check the top racks for the length. He didn't end up finding it on the racks so he checked the computer system to see if it was in stock and how many pairs they had left. They had it in stock and I think he ended up finding it in the back or on another rack. Sure their jeans aren't all that cheap, $45 is still a lot for outlet pricing. But their service is attentive and amazing so definitely no complaints there! read more

My brothers have bought their jeans from here and have been very happy with them - they've said they are comfortable and very affordable. While doing some Christmas shopping, my fiance and I stopped by so he could try some on. He ended up getting 2 pairs of jeans... and so quickly and efficiently because of their awesome staff! Once we walked in the store, everyone was so friendly and offered their help, whether it was grabbing the right sizes, giving feedback on types of jeans and styles they liked, and also offering their personal opinions on types of jeans to try on. Overall, everyone was helpful. Shopping is so much more pleasant when you feel taken cared of that way. Two thumbs up on the great work ethic, guys! Keep it up! read more

This is usually my go-to Levi's outlet but not anymore. Their sale section has really gone downhill - it's extremely unorganized and there's stuff on the racks that have been there for a long time (no one wants the ugly poofy black blouses). And on top of that their service sucks, at least from the white guy who I think is a manager? I came in to return some jeans because they didn't fit and I guess the associates need a manager to override the returns which is no problem, I get it because I've worked in retail before myself. The problem was that the white guy rolled his eyes when his associate told him he had another return. He even said "more returns?" And made a "yikes" face. Freaking dick. His whole mannerism the entire time at the register was awful. I get that people have bad days but don't take it out on your customers. I'm not saying you have to put on a fake smile but at least be nice especially if I'm being nice. read more

The worst shopping experience of my life was in this store, when after looking for gifts for my family for two hours, when it was time to pay the manager Charitza I think it was her name, she was disrespectful and challenging customer service, she tells me that I can only pay 6 shirts per transaction since they are the rules of the store, theat policy is not posted anywhere where the clothes are sold. Or I did not see anywhere visible in the store. I told her we would pay separately since we were 6 members of my family and she kept telling me no. She simply did not want to provide the service and I do not understand why, it doesn't say anywhere that you could not pay in different transactions with different cards. I felt discriminated against and violated for not receiving the right to purchase. I await some response from the store. read more

as irritating as it can get.. totally frustrated with experience in here even though we spent $400+ -salesmen here are so much behind their commission. -minimum 4 will stop before you an tell you their name [as if u are gonna remember] then billing person will ask you 'did anyone help you' ... arrrghh moral dilemma.. since no one really "helped" but many asked how are we doing. -even worse [like in our case couple of times]. few of the self name tellers will hang out at billing with you till they make sure their name appears. god!!! people, stop paying them on commission.. and let us shop peacefully. read more

I got to say its only a clothing store , but their service is out of this world. There are employee trying to help you left and right. Anyone else notice the excellent customer service here? They make suggestions, point out items on sale, help you find a size, and inform you that there is indeed a fitting room in the back right corner of the store. They made me wait for half hour for an online return. They could have resolved it much faster. In the end, the guy said it was not eligible for return because it was discounted. I was waiting in the head of the line all time but they kept calling other customers who were purchasing. I'm very regrettable for wasting half hour of my weekend with this store. read more

Brandon was of great help when I needed assistance getting a pair of jeans. He also went out of his way to go in the back to grab something not on the shelf. This place is fine. I am annoyed that they don't carry sizes for women that are above a 12 and even that size is few and far between. I also don't care for the repeated offers for "help" from the staff every two minutes. Yes, I know what I am looking for. I am looking for denim. Do you carry denim, Levi's? Do you? Oh, yeah! The Levi's Staff are amazing which is why I am giving them 5 stars but Levi's system is all messed up. I bought Jeans online and I was not able to return them is there on sale for 50% discount. Since I bought them online, the staff has to go back of the store and look it up. They came back and verify them before any eligible refund or exchanges. Last time I checked, most of the semi-denim prints were gone and they now only have a table-full of 514s. I've seen both the black and brown washes at the Santana Row Urban Outfitters & another dark wash at the Valley Fair Levi store, but they'll cost you double the price (50-mid60 dollars). read more

I had bad experience here on Monday October 29th,Actually I don't want to give any star ! First thing is the fat short guy who works at fitting rooms was weird! He doesn't let me use the fitting room definitely the room was available! Because I didn't see any one come out from the fitting room when I was waiting for it!But he said no room was available ! I was waiting for 20 minutes in front of the fitting room without leaving, after 20 minutes the shorty guy just let me use! Definitely no any one comes out! No one use that room at all!He was so rude! I was not satisfied ! Second:My daughter doesn't like the clothing I bought her,so I have to go back this store to return but the operator required me details information! Why so complicated for returning?The another customer return too! But another operator didn't ask his details information at all! Took one day off from work today 5/21 and wanted to relax and do some shopping at Great Mall. Every sales at every shop I went was helpful and the experience was nice until the wrong footstep in Levi's. I walked around and grabbed a few shirts to try on at the fitting room. The short Asian guy working there just gave me a F Shit face and asked me to stay outside until he "summond" me (like I was his puppy). Anyway, right after I entered the room, he slammed the door behind me so harshly and I could feel I was deaf for 2 seconds because of the extreme noise. (Wonder if I can sue him or the store.) Afterwords, I complaint to the cashier; his attitude was better , but unfortunately, he seemed not having solution or response to my complaint. Thanks Levis for spoiling my precious PTO. Not going back to that store. I spend $$ on where I enjoy, not somewhere disgust me. read more

Every time I come in here, I have at least 3 or 4 people asking me if I need help with something. It's incredibly awesome! Their staff is friendly and are willing to assist you in any way possible. They will climb ladders to look for your size, walk clear across the store to another section to find a pair of jeans you're looking for. Just an amazing job done. I'm so happy with my grey 524s for $32 (it's a little cheaper than a JcPenneys or a Kohl's). The store is always almost recovered! Fascinating how they can provide such great customer service while keeping the store organized! read more

The employees at this store are all very helpful. When you are browsing around, they will offer suggestions and even help you look for the size you want. If something doesn't fit when you are trying it on, they'll deliver another size to your fitting room. The store was very organized, but they happened to not have any of the possible 3 sizes in stock. I'll be back soon to check again! read more

Great store! I love the immense selection there is for jeans. Quick visit last weekend to get some 501s for my husband!Also the staff was helpful especially the gentleman I think his name was Josh and the stock person with the bun was fast at bringing out the size I need.
