I definitely would stay clear of Levittown Dental Group on division Avenue. They are terrible! My first impression walking in was it was a dump. Then I got back to the chairs and everything was dirty and didn't even look clean. Dr. Teper went over things that I need to get done. Not only did I wait over a month when I called for really bad tooth pain and swelling in my cheek and eye and they wouldn't see me for over a month. I was in the office for an 1 hour and 48 minutes, just to tell me when I leave to make another appointment with him. That he had to go to other patients. He had no time to go over steps I needed to do or what to do next. I asked him if he's at least sending anything into my insurance for approval? He said me no not now. You gotta make another appointment with me first and then maybe I could send something into your insurance. I get to the receptionist desk to make an appointment and she tells me that he's not able to help me. He was so old that I didn't even think he knew anything updated anyway. At that point I was already debating if I wanted to make another appointment. But I figured I might as well and I could always cancel since it's always at least a month away. This is by far the worst dentist I've ever been to. Whatever you do find another one. read more

He explained everything he was doing and going to do and what feelings my teeth and gums should experience. He has gained my trust and admiration. The hygienist here are nice and work with care but unfortunately they don't have the proper staff to deal with their demand. I had a cleaning and was told I had to wait 10 months for the next appointment. I informed the receptionist that I am supposed to clean my teeth every six months. I was told that's the way it is, I have to wait or go to another dentist. Just outright arrogant and rude. I wouldn't waste your time here. read more

Everyone has different opinions about the dentist but in my experience they are caring, and patient with new patients, insurance verification, scheduling and follow ups. I have issues with getting x-rays and they were patient when taking them. Dr. Longo fixed a long time issue that other dentists refused to take care of under insurance without trying to bill me for the work as cosmetic. Toi McAree is a great addition to the practice and takes her time when doing the cleaning and helping with scheduling any issues that need to be addressed. read more

They do not have any openings for a teeth cleaning for an unusually long time. Also, as a new patient you are not made aware they charge for cancelled appointments $35. This is undisclosed while making the initial appointment and the paperwork is not signed until your appointment. They are unresponsive to questions and continue to harass mail the same bogus bill of $35 every month even after years go by and you move away??? Stay away. read more

I have not even gone to my first appointment yet, but I already have bad reservations about this place. I called with a toothache and was told I had to wait a month because I am a new patient and that was the first appt. I asked even with a toothache, and they said yes. I made the appt. The pain came intermittently, and a couple of days before my appointment, they called to cancel to say the dentist had a family problem and I had to reschedule. They are now making me wait another month with my toothache. This place is horrible customer service. I am going to try and get a different dentist for my primary. read more

Please steer clear of Levittown Dental Group on Division Avenue. It has been the most horrific experience I've ever had at a dental office. Aside from the fact that the office was dirty and unkempt; staff swindled me into letting me believe that their specialists accepted my insurance. I had a procedure done under the impression that it was covered only to then find out after the procedure that this dentist doesn't take my insurance. The office staff had my updated insurance information and told me verbatim that it was accepted by their provider. Why would I go to an out of network provider when I have coverage with plenty of providers in them? Sharon from billing is the most unprofessional person I've spoken to in my life. I am in the middle of needing work done and they told me that I'm going to have to find another dentist unless I pay a $500 bill that i am not responsible for. I called Levittown Dental Group in September to make an appointment for a cleaning. The first available appointment the had was August, 2022!!!!! Are they for real????? Today I woke up with a really bad toothache and called them again (just because they are in my dental plan) they said they can give me an appointment on November 24th. REALLY???? Why don't they hire more dentists or extend their hours if this is how long people in pain are supposed to wait..... I would never recommend them read more

By far and away the WORST dentists office I've been to. If you want your routine cleaning, it's always 6-8 months in advance regardless if you have to reschedule an existing cleaning. The older dentist also rips apart your gums and teeth during cleanings. Keep in mind he said my teeth and gums were very clean and in great shape. I have a very high pain tolerance and I will say that this man is past his prime and should not be practicing. I did hear that there was one hygienist who does a nice job but she's never available either. This place is super outdated as well and not very clean. Someone should close this dump down! read more

Now that I am finally able to go to another dentist and leave this group I needed to share my experience here. Dr. Longo was the farthest thing from professional. I went in for a filling and when he administered the nova-cane he told me he will let it numb up and be right back. I understand this takes a few minutes so I wait in the chair facing the window into the parking lot where I'm being treated. 10 minutes go by and he's still not back, I look out the window and he's in the parking lot getting his windshield replaced by the safe-lite company that comes to your car!!! I was appalled. I was sitting there waiting for at least 20 minutes for him to come back inside. Not only was this so rude, unprofessional but also unsanitary!? He was in the parking lot still in his gown and work gear. This was just one of my poor experiences with him. Anytime you ask him a question he never has an answer, he's rude and condescending until you give him the attitude he gives back to him. There's also 1 hygienist here so it's almost impossible to get an appointment within a year for a cleaning. Please steer clear, it's not worth the headache. read more
