I have used LFP parts department 3 times since the beginning of 2024 and have had no issues. I was impressed when I received a phone call from them in regard to a part I ordered online that did not match my truck. First I ordered an engine cover for my 2024 Ford ranger. Took a little longer than I expected to get here but everything worked out. Then a week or two later I ordered stainless steel letters for the rear tailgate that spelled out ranger. It took better than 3 weeks for me to get that order and I had to make several phone calls and emails and felt like I was getting the runaround. Then on the last phone call the man I spoke to on the phone told Me he was going to reorder and he would be getting them the next day and sending them right out to me. Well about 5 days later I received the letters and it was the first order not the second that he told me about so he lied! I took the letters and peeled off the back sticky side and installed them on the tailgate and when I peeled off the covering on the other side low and behold the letters were black and I ordered White. Unfortunately I can't get off the the lettuce that are stuck on. I contacted them by email three or four times with no response also called multiple times and just got voice recording to leave a message and no response. Needless to say I will not be ordering any more products from them. read more

you can never get anyone on the phone. I tested it. After calling for 2 days straight, I went there. I saw loads of them employees in the joint. So I tried to experiment. I called the parts and service departments numerous times and no one answered. I was looking around but no one seemed interested in manning the phones. I called 6 times. I was put off n hold by an answering service and all 6 times, I stayed on hold for exactly 5 minutes before hanging up and no one answered (that's 30 minutes, folks). I tried to engage the manager but none were available. So, I spoke with an assistant manager (Andrew) and I was told that if I wanted to complain, I should come back on Monday (this was noon on Saturday). For a services department, this aloofness, lack of empathy and disdain to the customer is unacceptable. Certainly lost my business. Well read more

The two stars that so easily could have been three with only the need to purchase a part from the parts department being my reason for stopping in, because, after all, it is the dealers that know their stuff and that's why the prices are typically higher. But this review isn't focused on the higher price, which the upper coolant tube assembly certainly was -- enough for me to inquire "am I reading that right?" Each part was sold separately and as I called out part numbers from my diagram, the replies were always three digits before the decimal. (300, 100, 200 and change, no round numbers.) Problem was, I was explaining the diagram to him as I am thinking my way through the process and flow of the coolant and it's path. The counterman was trying, but clearly didn't get it, so couldn't tell me about it and I dare say that I inadvertently taught him something this day, I dare say he didn't have the attention span as there were 20+ attachments, tubes, housings, clamps, etc. Clearly this technical discussion was not going anywhere but counterman didn't ask for help and help was heard right behind the wall but never came, choosing to scarf down bagels n coffee instead. Parts department people from my history with them, all share the same desire to probe, resolve, dig and find the answer, but not here unfortunately. read more

I ordered three items from the Levittown Ford Parts (LFP) website, totaling around $550. Prices were better than the Ford website, ordering and shipping were relatively easy and prompt,, and the products were as advertised. However, the shipping costs were $60. That seemed quite high to me, considering all of the products were lightweight, and considering the current environment of free shipping from most online stores. It left me with the sense that LFP lures in online customers with low headline prices, and then makes up the difference through high shipping costs. Be sure to check the total cost delivered relative to other Ford parts suppliers. The bigger source of discontent for me was that one of the items I received was the wrong item. LFP was good about taking the item back and promptly sending a return shipping label. So, all good there. However, LFP initially did not refund any of the shipping costs associated with their error. When I asked for an adjustment, LFP gave me a 4.77 credit for shipping costs. That seemed low. The returned item represented about one third of the order by weight and size, and about 20% of the total cost, and the cost to ship that item, if ordered separately, would be $17.58. LFP declined my request for a $17.58 credit for shipping costs. The amount I was shorted (by my calculations) was less than $13, but the principle of the matter left me quite dissatisfied. I am not happy with the shipping cost and return policies of LFP and will not be ordering from LFP again. I recommend that others consider other Ford parts suppliers. read more

Extremely disappointing experience with customer service and support. I bought a front bumper insert and a wheel arch molding for a 2017 MKX. The price was good and the shipping was free. Installed the bumper piece within 3 hours. Removed the wheel arch molding and compared it against the new part (still in the plastic bag) and noticed they were not the same. I ordered the wrong part. I emailed the parts manager (Mike D.) to return it and was told that it won't be a problem as long as I return it in the original bag and brand new condition....I took a 45 minute ride out to the parts store and was told a sticker was missing on the bag it came with and I would have to go back home and get it or they won't take it back. I informed them that I didn't take the part out of the plastic bag it came with and there was no sticker on it....it was simply packed along with the 5 foot long box that the bumper insert came with and I'm returning it in the original plastic bag.....they couldn't care less. They wouldn't take it back unless the parts sticker was on it. I get them to call Mike D. and they put him on speaker phone....he went on to say "the customer was told that it must be returned in the same package as it arrived"....The problem is that I did return it exactly as it was shipped to me. IT WAS SHIPPED TO ME WITHOUT A STICKER...he didn't care. He wouldn't even listen. I left the part on the counter for them to choke on it and took a $50 loss (along with 2 hours wasted driving there and back). Told them I would leave a Google, Yelp and BBB review....Mike didn't care.....kinda tells you everything you need to know about the place and culture at Levittown Ford. I'm never going back and will tell all my friends to avoid them as well. read more

I had purchased an explorer from an outside dealer and soon after ran into a problem with my trunk latch. I brought it into ford service where Tania helped navigate me through the whole process she's the best. The car was handed over to the technicians and soon afterwards they diagnosed it was a problem with the trunk latch. I brought my car here Jan.3. They told me I would get the car the same day. I was quoted 1,500. It then turned into 2,500 for a broken part in an area no where near the issue. I was told Ford stopped producing the piece and they didn't know when I would get my car back. I didn't receive my car until Jan. 31. And here I am back Feb 1st with the tire light on and other issues. I truly hate this place read more

It's a very rare occurrence when I've felt the need to write a negative review about a company but feel compelled to warn consumers about Levittown. There are quite a few bad reviews on here regarding their service and I'm having the same negative experience. Placed an order for floor liners about 2 weeks ago and received my shipment about 5 days later. Unfortunately, they shipped the incorrect liners so I promptly reached out to Levittown via email (they do not pick up phone calls) to notify them. I got an email back saying they apologize for the inconvenience and will be sending me the correct part and a prepaid shipping label to send back the incorrect part. After a couple of days, I hadn't received the prepaid label or information regarding when they'll be shipping the correct item. I reached out again regarding both issues and literally got a one word response "Attached" which was in regards to the prepaid label but once again, no confirmation regarding when they would be shipping the correct item. Though I wasn't informed of this, I assumed they may have a policy where they have to receive the incorrect item back before shipping the correct item. No problem, I shipped it back early the next morning and notified them via email as well as inquired again about the status of my order. After another day of not hearing back, I emailed them again asking when I'll be receiving the correct item and have now reached out multiple times but keep getting the same response "We are checking with our warehouse and will get back to you shortly" from a guy named Mike D. After a couple more days, I still have not received my order or any notification as to the status of it. It's now been 14 days since I placed my original order. I suppose it's up to me to follow up with Mike D again as he doesn't reach out until you initiate it, but I'll probably get the same answer. So, I give up! Keep the part and keep my money!! I'll take the loss and order the same item someplace else! read more
