Day of visitation, the floor was dirty and I asked the receptionist for a broom so that I could sweep it. She didn't know where the broom was, so I picked up as much trash as I could with my hands. Every time you asked her a question, she didn't have an answer. The day of the funeral a video of my nephew's life kept freezing and stopping. I asked if they checked it that morning and they claimed they did. The day before the viewing, the owner comes up with problems. He is a fast/want to be slick talker. There will never be another relative of mine serviced by this poor excuse of a funeral home!

They helped guide me through the whole process of getting the death certificate and having my father's remains interned at the VA cemetery. They took great care and respect from receiving the body, setting up a small viewing, and getting the cremated remains to me. My family has used this facility for the passing of 3 different family members in the last 10…read moreyears. Every person that we dealt with was kind and patient, offered care and direction every step of the way. From the care of the deceased, the help setting up for the viewing, moving the flowers to the burial site, the staff was wonderful and helpful and kind. The funeral home itself is a it dated, but in the way that feels like home, comfortable, cozy, like grandma's house. There were several conveniently located bathrooms near the main viewing rooms and a kitchenette/coffee & cake room up a short flight of stairs for snacks and drinks and taking a breather from the greeting of the visits. Sadly Grandpa's passing marks the last of the family that will use the services of Phillips-Robinson. But only because we don't have any more family in Nashville. Thank You for all your help during our difficult times.
