My family has used this facility for the passing of 3 different family members in the last 10…read moreyears. Every person that we dealt with was kind and patient, offered care and direction every step of the way. From the care of the deceased, the help setting up for the viewing, moving the flowers to the burial site, the staff was wonderful and helpful and kind. The funeral home itself is a it dated, but in the way that feels like home, comfortable, cozy, like grandma's house. There were several conveniently located bathrooms near the main viewing rooms and a kitchenette/coffee & cake room up a short flight of stairs for snacks and drinks and taking a breather from the greeting of the visits. Sadly Grandpa's passing marks the last of the family that will use the services of Phillips-Robinson. But only because we don't have any more family in Nashville.
