They not only did not inspect the attic, they told my tenant the rats were not in the attic (despite her hearing noises in her ceilings). I called the manager who said they would send somebody else out to inspect the attic. That person told my tenant it's better not to open the attic door or the rodents may escape into her living area. Not only is this blatantly false, they sent me a contract for abatement. Seriously?? How do they know what animal they are abating?? Are they going to set a mouse trap for a raccoon?? How can they identify access points?? They had the audacity to send me a contract for mediation of their non-investigative unfindings. **But, I should have known better*** We used this company a couple of years ago for rodent abatement and to seal access points. I walked the property, checking the schematic they gave me for access point remedies they claimed to have finished. I found several items on their schematic which were not completed on the property. They did send somebody out to address the issues.. sevetal times because the workers kept mIssing the same spots. On a positive note, everybody is polite on the phone.
