Every time I see Crystal at Wright Music it is a great experience, and reminds me that in these days of internet shopping, the human interaction in a "real music store" adds considerably to the buying experience. She is always knowledgable and helpful, and if she doesn't have what I'm looking for, she can get it quickly. With the near-evaporation of the W 48th Street (Manhattan) music strip, I've made Wright Music my go-to spot for all things relating to sax & clarinet. Highly recommended and always worth the trip!

I emailed them right after delivery about this and received no response, but on their website they updated the photo after my email. I called them and said I wanted the old barrel if you can check stock and if not available call me and set up a return. They falsely advertised the incorrect product, and blamed me for this. They deducted $9 for a cleaning fee of a barrel that was never used, and again the incorrect item. The people working the phones are morons and scammers. I utilized this place for years and referring my students to purchase equipment and instruments since 2015. And buying reeds while on broadway tours. That all ends NOW Take your business elsewhere. I might be exaggerating slightly, but it seemed as though the store had around 100 different guitar and bass pedals on display to choose from. The Music Emporium is very well staffed. There were thankfully enough employees on hand for the store manager, Jarred, to take nearly 2 hours out of his day to sit down with me and show me around 10 different guitar pedals that I was interested in. In addition, he taught me how each pedal functioned individually, and how they would all work together as a unit. He was very patient with me, offered great suggestions, and ultimately helped me understand everything that I was hoping to learn with my visit. I ended up buying a full pedal board at the end of the day, and I am incredibly satisfied with the purchase. The store is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, boasting a huge selection of guitars, amplifiers, and other varied gear and accessories. The guitar pedal display, however, really stands out as the highlight of the Music Emporium. Before you visit Guitar Center or Sam Ash for the umpteenth time, try this place out. Instrument lessons are all one on one. Music theory is group classes, but the instructor teaches each child individually in that class. They also offer dance and art classes. Missed classes/lessons are rolled over, the owners are great about helping busy parents with their schedules.

She explained 'if I wanted to sign up that would be the price' Today I get a message stating that if I don't wish to continue, the girls don't need to come in on the 2nd bc the new session starts on the 31st.
