Steve called me back in a few mins after I left a message... he was at my house within 20 mins.. He inspect the area from inside and went onto the roof.. he looked at the affected area..and also did a complete inspection of the entire roof... He spent a good 30 mins looking inspecting closely as to where the leak was coming from.. His bid wasn't the lowest but it was very reasonable and it was the second lowest bid I got.. I didnt hesitate and hired Advantage Roofing on the spot... They showed up the next day at 9am.. and was finished by 1pm.. Not only was their work excellent but they were on time and quick... now after the job was finished he told me that the damage was more then he had written in his estimate... but never added on the extra costs to the bill.. I paid the amount that was given to me in writing.. He did not chare for the extra work or material... I will highly reccomend this comapny to anyone...

With a new home purchase on the line, I was stuck between a decision to use Truview or another…read morecompetitor. From my first call to the company, staff were very professional and polite. They answered all questions I had regarding the process and the actual inspection. They were able to get me scheduled in under 24 hours, which was important because of an encroaching deadline. What ultimately swayed my decision to use Truview was the price. Other competitors, after offering a military discount - which Truview does not - still ran $100 above Truview's cost and didn't include the wind mitigation and four point inspection. The inspector (Armanni) was great - he arrived ahead of schedule and was polite and professional, and was very clear with his explanation of findings. The report was received within approximately an hour of the inspection completion, and all 97 pages detailed every possible deficiency you could imagine - from serious to ridiculously cosmetic. After receiving my report, I was unable to send the 4-point and wind mitigation reports by email for our insurance quotes. A quick call to Truview remedied that, and within 10 minutes each report was sent individually by email to permit easy transmission to the insurance company. Very happy with our choice.

The first impression was positive with Dave scheduling an initial consultation quickly with their on site Manager Angel. Their office provided the scope of work and price in a short period of time. I was out of town for work the day they called to say they'd be there but they provided excellent photographs of the work they did. My flat roof over my carport area had leaks and an insect infestation in a few areas around the edge of the roof. They replaced these areas of wood and photographed them for my peace of mind. They subsequently photographed each sequence of the roofing application and layers. They were quick to get the job approved by city permitting, quick to get it inspected by the building department and provided the photos and permit to me promptly. It was a relatively expensive home repair for my budget but their professional service really put me at ease knowing the roof is structurally sound, no longer leaking and free of the insect infestation.
