    Filet mignon

Had a wonderful family dinner here while visiting from California. From service to food to ambience they hit on all marks. We all ordered the filet mignon which was incredible. I ordered the brussel sprouts with bacon as a side and they are the best I've ever had. I cannot rave enough about our experience, we will back when in town!

Really great steaks and nice atmosphere! I liked all the sides and the wine selection is above average. Highly recommend

The restaurant is small and tables are very close together. When you make a reservation make sure to select a booth. The server we had was nice but very slow. We had a reservation at 8pm but she didn't take our food order until almost 8:40 (brought us water and then asked for our drinks and then asked for appetizer and then our dinner) Took her 10+ mins to come get our plates after we finished eating. The food was good but nothing special. The cuts of meat were very nice but they really charred the outside of my husband's. Mine was cooked perfect. The side were ok - again nothing too special. The shrimp tempura roll was very good. The desserts were just ok as well.

We went on a Saturday night and the restaurant wasn't busy. I'd say less than half. Most people were at the bar. I hate to say that our experience was an embarrassment for their restaurant. Let's start with the few positive things. The restaurant was clean and we had a warm welcoming. Once we sat down we had a great server, Toni. She was attentive and helped us when our problems started. We were a party of four and began our night with two alcoholic beverages and two nonalcoholic drinks. Followed by the Bone Marrow appetizer. It arrived and it was spilt unevenly. It tasted great but the chef should have noticed this before sending it out. After the appetizer it took a bit to get our entree. We ordered a Caesar salad, French onion soup and the Porterhouse steak for two. This comes with no sides. We ordered two corns and one mashed potatoes. The corn was amazing. It took approximately 15-20 minutes to arrive to the table. Once it arrived the steak was very rare, see photo. We ordered it medium rare. We sent it back. It took about 10 minutes to come back in pieces, still rare. At this point we did not want a steak that would be cooked three times. The manager tries to explain what "medium rare" is. We then told him we are done with all this and just ordered three filets. Two medium rare and one medium. About 20 minutes later the steaks arrive from the manager and we cut them. The medium was rare. Two of the medium rare were rare. We returned them. At this point it was a joke. We actually thought we were on a show. I wish I had a meat thermometer. When they came back the medium was about medium well. And the medium rare was medium. They were clearly annoyed. Our sides were cold and never offered for them to change them. For the prices we payed it was absolutely ridiculous. They took off the porterhouse obviously. Other than that there was nothings helpful. This was a horrible experience. I can't believe this is something that The Okeechobee Steakhouse would be associated with.

This week, we chose Lewis Steakhouse for our ritual Friday Happy Hour, a spot highly recommended by friends. Happy Hour kicks off at 4 p.m., and to our surprise, there was already a line waiting to get in. When the doors finally opened, every seat at the bar was quickly filled, luckily, we managed to find a spot. Lewis Steakhouse is an upscale steakhouse located in Jupiter, FL, and is part of the renowned Okeechobee Steakhouse family. Known for its dry-aged prime steaks and classic American cuisine, it offers a fine-dining ambiance with elegant decor, a full bar, and a high-end variety wine selection. Our plan was to enjoy cocktails and appetizers while sitting at the bar and getting to know the bartenders, as we often do. I ordered the steak sliders and the shrimp sushi plate. They both exceeded expectations and were delicious. This place earns a spot on my regular Happy Hour list for Fridays. The combination of great food, lively atmosphere, and excellent service makes Lewis Steakhouse a perfect choice for winding down the week.

Brian at the bar was an excellent and attentive server. We ordered drinks and food for happy hour. We loved the sliders, tuna tartare, and poutine. Beautiful dark wood throughout restaurant.

Went to Lewis's steakhouse In Jupiter. Richard was our waiter. Everything was excellent. We had the steak Delmonico, Pittsburgh style. It's our favorite. We also love the Caesar salad and the cream of spinach. The bread was hot. Oh and for dessert, we had the chocolate mousse with strawberries on the side and whip cream on top. The place is very cozy and we enjoyed it very much.

It came in a new glass and I immediately thought SHRINK-FLATION. So much, that I pulled out an old Cosmo PHOTO and sure enough the new glass "looked" smaller. I immediately asked Clohie, the bartender if they reduced drink portions recently. She said no but changed glasses that look smaller but HOLD THE SAME. She said she actually measured them. Well, so DID I. Check out the pic . They hold the same amount but sure don't look like it. I mentioned that PERCEPTION is more important than reality and SUGGESTED they return to the larger looking glasses. She also mentioned other customers mentioned the same. Hope they change. Well, they drink size perception issues has over shadowed their new special . RACK OF RIBS with mashed potatoes and Cole slow. The 1/2 RACK was more than I could eat. Dante was our server again, and he was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and always on top of everything. He consistently helps make our dining experience even better. We started with the goat cheese patty appetizer, which was delicious. The jalapeño pear jam is absolutely incredible and pairs perfectly with it. I ordered the steak tacos with truffle fries, and they were outstanding. My husband had his favorite dish, the sea scallops and pork belly, and as always, he loved every bite. The watermelon margarita with the watermelon sugar rim is a must-try. It's sweet, refreshing, and tastes like candy in the best possible way. The Woods continues to be one of our favorite places for a great meal and a great evening. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, to the moment you sit down, the attention to service and details is amazing. First off, our waiter Alan immediately came to the table to introduce himself, drop off bread, and tell us about the specials of the evening. We started off with a Caesar salad which was amazing. Lightly dressed and very flavorful. We also brought our own bottle of wine ($35 corkage fee) and given the age of the bottle, he opened that wine like a true pro with an Ah-So. For entree, we decided to split a filet mignon and the lobster special for the evening. The filet was cooked to perfection! It had a beautiful crust on the outside and was cooked perfectly to temp. It was butter just cutting into the filet. Now the lobster was just divine. Served with butter and a grilled lemon, the meat of the lobster was so delicious. The combo of the steak and lobster was just classic. We also got a side of the au gratin potatoes that are cheesy and rich. The sides are huge and definitely more than enough for 2 people to share. For dessert we went with the flourless espresso cake which is a chocolate explosion! So indulgent. A great place for a romantic date night or a celebration!

My last version of this here was slighly better, but still great. I noticed a number of others at the bar also ordered this steak... it is very popular and definitely the HH food item I'd suggest. It's on the small side, but perfect if you don't want one of their regular menu steaks, which is too much for me these days. A Classic Margarita and a glass of Acquisition Cabernet Sauvignon rounded out a great visit to one of my favorite Capital Grille locations. Kenny and Fernie manned the bar, real pros! They were personable and provided excellent service. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
