My car had to be towed in for the estimate. This was arranged quickly even though my insurance informed me there were delays with auto body work. Everyone from the phone calls to the reception area were extremely friendly. The tow driver gave me updates so that I didn't have to stay home for most of the day awaiting his arrival. They answered my questions without showing annoyance. Let me tell you, I can speak a bit too much at times so that's not an easy fete. I highly recommend Rays if you ever need body work done to your car. Or if your are in a car accident and need repairs.

The parts were promptly ordered, painted, assembled and in a short time I had a text stating our car will be ready. They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. When Ed (Gerry's brother) arrived, he examined it and told me he could fix it in five minutes. I think it took him three. And he did a beautiful job - scratch disappeared, looks like new again. The price? Well, I think it comes out to a lunch for Ed. Now, ours was really a minor job, but the professionalism of Gerry and Ed was so evident. First off everyone there is rude and the owner Bernie is a prick…read more I was in a car accident and Bernie was the one to respond to the police and come tow my truck. He got there and winched my truck on the tow and drove it about 15 mins to his shop. I went to go pay for the tow the next day and he showed me a bill for $500 dollars! He added a bunch of extra bs like clean up fee even though he didn't clean anything up it was the firemen! Anyways I live out of town so I couldn't bring it to my house right away so he let me know it was 30 dollars a day for indoor storage. Two weeks go by and I'm ready to get the truck picked up he wants to charge another 510 dollars and didn't even store my truck inside! Not to mention the first time I went to go look at the truck he was trying to get me to sign the title over for 300 dollars after basically saying I wouldn't sell it for under 2,000 he went to the back and he came back out with white powder on his nose saying he'd do 500 dollars. It was at that moment I knew I was dealing with a straight up junkie. Long story short. If you use this shop in the future or for your towing needs, prepare for the worst.
