There are some great value stores in here, especially if you're shopping for shoes, sneakers, boots, etc. There are two really affordable shoe stores. GNC is in here. A video game repair place. A nail place. JC Penny's is still here. A great arcade. Miller Fitness gym and 7 Jam a really good new restaurant. The hours aren't great, and a food court would be very welcome, but they do host Santa here and have some craft fairs. It really is a solid mall.

I've always liked it's long shape, it's brightly light atrium area for dining or reading, it's overall cleanliness, and the shops who call it home: specifically Wild Oats (one of favorite eateries in the entire state of Maine), Indrani's (where the intoxicating smell I'm obsessed with originates; it's a really cool shop specializing in globally inspired/sourced/imported home goods, gifts, clothing, jewelry, etc.), and one entrance into Eveningstar Cinema (an intimate, artsy, single screen indie movie theater that is charming and unique and smells of deliriously rich popcorn). I just feel like this spot is a frozen moment in time in the best way possible. Bathrooms available immediately upon entering, and down the flight of the stairs to the cinema. Grilled one, loved and did it again! Cool. Chicken and shrimp decent (get the large). Able to find most things but not everything I was looking for. For instance, always out of Hepa filters in smaller sizes, does not carry crustacean utensils like the little forks but had a nice shell cracker to open crab legs. Not to mention you are standing close enough YOU CAN READ MY SCREEN to see that I paid for my dipping sauces and bag of chips... Your fellow employee stood there WATCHING my partner ring up the two meals he paid for... but that's not enough!! because, then you want to radio to the door greeter to check both of our receipts... where she stops us but lets the customer in front of us leave with out checking their receipts. We show her our receipts and she SEES it's all paid for. This left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I no longer wanted to eat... you made me feel like shit. So me and my partner grabbed our receipts, walked back inside to the customer service desk where we returned it all w out touching it and got our money back. I'm no longer giving my money to a company who treats their customers like shit. I know it's your job as asset protection to assure people are not steeling this is understood but there comes a point where your crossing a line. You didn't stop a thief you destroyed a relationship with a long time paying customer. I know I'm not the only customer who feels this way, Walmart do better, train better and have some respect for the customers putting money in you're pocket.

They have soft drinks in coolers near checkout for far less than other places. We called here to see if we could have a brass bell engraved. They were confident in their answer…read morein being able to engrave it so we dropped the bell off with them. We called to check on the bell and first were told the girl who could work on it didn't come in until 10 one morning and they would call us with an update. I'm sure there was some confusion with myself calling and my husband being the person they called back however, after we called to check again on the bell, we were told that they engraved it, didn't like how it came out, buffed it, and would be re-engraving it. Once again, when we called to check on it, we were told that the girl that did engraving didn't work on Mondays. Then, next thing we know, they are telling us they can no longer engrave it. I understand that unpredictable situations occur and perhaps my perception of the experience is a bit different, but we were told they could do something and then after apparently doing work, could no longer perform the service requested. It just felt a bit off... everyone was friendly when we would call so nothing against the employees, just ended up being a situation that set us back on this project (a gift) a few weeks longer than we would have liked and just seemed like we were being given false information.

Settlers Green is an outdoor shopping plaza in the beautiful town of North Conway. It is a tax free…read moreshopping plaza which consumers can benefit from. There is a coffee shop, candy shop, restaurants, and name brand stores like Columbia and Sketchers to name a couple. We went there a couple of times and enjoyed walking around and shopping. We've dined at Barley and Salt and got coffee at The Met Coffee House. Definitely worth a stop if you enjoy shopping. They also have electric vehicle chargers and plenty of free parking.
