    Excellent service from Porsche Riverside! New customer and based on my experience today will definitely be a repeat customer. John Beech was phenomenal in getting me approved and driving off the lot with a great deal on a Taycan Turbo. The 1.5 hour drive was well worth it. Andy Bartoli was also great in getting my paperwork/financing done...even received credits for awesome Porsche gear at their boutique. Thank you John and Andy!

    Wrecked car and new car in 6 days

    I was in an accident that totaled my auto.....I only had it for a few months and loved it......Rob our salesman was super helpful in finding me a replacement in just a few days and drove it to my house! I also feel the car did its job in keeping me safe.... I was hit by a DUI driver.... Highly recommend Porsche of Riverside and Rob our amazing salesman

    If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Carlos helped me purchase my new Porsche and made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly joyful. He was incredibly professional, kind, and sweet, and he really matched my vibe as a busy person, quick, efficient, and no games. I felt heard and taken care of from the moment we spoke. He got the deal done quickly and made sure it was exactly what I needed. But what truly blew me away?     My recent CPO purchase of a 2021 718 GT4 at Porsche of Riverside has left me with weeks of headaches and frustration. I purchased the vehicle in late Feb and immediately before purchasing the car threw an error code due to failed engine mounts and was making loud suspension noises, both of which the dealer said they would address when I brought the car back. The dealership replaced the engine mounts under warranty and pinpointed the suspension failure to a leaking right strut which was something that should have been caught during the so-called CPO inspection. Here I was purchasing a CPO vehicle for peace of mind, yet here I am, having driven the car only a few days and less than couple hundred miles before it had to be brought back in and had been sitting for nearly a month before they told me they wouldn't cover the part. Initially, the dealership assured me that they would cover the strut replacement. Now, after four weeks of my car sitting at the dealership, they have suddenly reversed course and expect me to pay out of pocket for the part, a problem that should never have existed in the first place. At this point, I am beyond frustrated with the quality control of the CPO program AND also with the lack of accountability from Porsche and the dealership. I purchased this car under the assumption that it had been thoroughly inspected. Instead, I am dealing with an expensive repair out of pocket on an otherwise great car with less than 6000 miles. The strut is currently still leaking and making loud pop/banging noises every time you drive the car. Ridiculous.

    From Jon, the General Manager, to Carlos, my Sales Ambassador, and Christopher, the Finance Manager, my experience at Porsche Riverside was truly exceptional. I bought my last Porsche in Newport Beach where I only received was attitude. Whether you live in the city or the countryside, it's worth making a trip to Walter's Porsche (Porsche Riverside). They truly make the car-buying experience enjoyable.

    Dealer claimed it was a "blowout" deal - a textbook bait and switch tactic, that is an illegal business practice.

    ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. My recent experience on August 23 was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On that date, I was offered and confirmed in writing by sales representative Tony an $8,500 discount on a Porsche Macan T (MSRP $83,245). Based on Tony's confirmation, I signed a credit application to move the process forward. At no point did anyone mention this was a "one-day only" offer or that it would expire. The very next day, I received a voicemail and a text message from General Manager Eric LaFever stating that the deal would not be honored, and that it had supposedly been a "one-day blowout." This was never disclosed when the discount was offered or when I signed the credit application. In other words, they secured my commitment and ran my credit under terms they had no intention of honoring. This is a textbook example of a bait-and-switch sales tactic, which is not only unethical, but an illegal business practice under California consumer protection laws. It wastes the customer's time, negatively impacts their credit, and erodes trust. I have documented written proof of the promised discount, the credit application, and the dealership's subsequent refusal. Because of this conduct, I have filed formal complaints with the California DMV Investigations Division, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Attorney General's office, and Porsche Cars North America. I will also be sharing this experience with Porsche owner communities and forums so others can avoid the same situation. Luxury car buyers expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism -- none of which I experienced here. I will be purchasing my Porsche from another dealership that respects its customers and honors its word.

    I had such a great experience at Porsche Riverside! It was my first time buying a car on my own and John Breech, Charlie Nguyen, & Chris in the finance department took very good care of me throughout the entire process. On top of this, I had a work meeting to get back to, so they quickly arranged a ride home. I forgot the name of the gentleman who drove me home, but he was very professional and nice to make small talk with. The work was done above and beyond what was needed based on the warranty and ready by noon for pick up. My vehicle is driving great. Dealerships can get a bad rep when it comes to servicing your car, but after my experience at this location, I am very pleased.

So when my transmission issue came up it should have been covered but it was JUST out of warranty and no one would talk to me. They all said I was S.O.L. And I mean EVERYBODY!!!! With 1 exception, a service guy named Craig Davis listened and made sure I was taken care of and he communicated well with me and my brother. I want NOTHING to do with Chevy! Ever again!! But I would love for Craig to get a better job at another car dealer. He needs to abandon ship with Chevy and join a real company who helps their customers and not knowingly screw them over! Save yourself a lot of heartache and money and go somewhere else!!! Edit to respond to Tony: That is not the truth! They DID change out issues with the transmission prior to selling it to me at 5,000 miles. At 5k miles it shouldn't have transmission issues! Don't lie to make yourself look good. At 50k miles it shouldn't have transmission issues. Especially with how nice I drive and take care of my cars!

I specifically asked the salesperson through text messages if the warranty was through the dealership or a third-party company, and I was told in writing that it was through the dealership and "not to worry about it." Looking back now, that was completely deceptive and I would strongly advise anyone buying a car here to be very careful with what they sign and not rely on statements made during the sales process. The vehicle started having problems almost immediately after purchase and was repeatedly back at the dealership for repairs. What makes this even more frustrating is that these issues occurred within the initial 30 days after purchase, where the repairs should have been handled completely at no charge. Instead, they are using my third-party warranty and only covering the deductible. That honestly feels very deceptive to me because now my warranty is being used up for problems that started right after buying the car. I bought this vehicle because I needed something reliable for my family and within my budget. I work hard for my money like most people do, and I do not have unlimited disposable income like big dealerships and corporations. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealership than with me since purchasing it. To their credit, they did provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but I am limited on mileage, which defeats the purpose of even buying my own car in the first place. I bought a vehicle so I could drive freely without restrictions. The communication has also been terrible. Before the sale, they constantly contacted me and treated me very friendly just to make the sale. But once the problems started, it became extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. It should not take negative reviews just to receive updates or responses about a vehicle that I am paying for but barely able to drive. I am not writing this review because I am angry. I am writing this because I am disappointed. I genuinely tried being patient and understanding throughout this process, but honesty, communication, and accountability matter. I will be attaching screenshots and service records for transparency so people can make informed decisions before purchasing from this dealership. From the date of purchase on September 19, 2025, up until today, May 7, 2026, the vehicle is still being worked on.

There are three different sign dates January 2 contractor signature when I bought the car January 3 when everything was acknowledged January 5 and the warranty was signed for the oil changes. Well, I wasn't there on the January 3 and I wasn't there in January 5 only January 2 . First, I was told that an email was sent to me with a pin to dock sign on my phone on 3 January. Then I was told I signed in person on the iPad at the dealership on January 3. I was misled about the oil changes. I've been trying to deal with them. I'm not sure how everything was signed without me being there or acknowledged.. When I first bought my car, the tires were bald. They had replace them. My cylinder head went out in 23,000 miles.. It's been ongoing problems and nobody there seems to care at all or will not help me. They treat me horribly. I've asked to talk to the owner over and over and their response to me is we will be handling this matter the owner will not talk to you. At first, it was hard for me to believe that the owner will be OK with any of the situation, but I guess he is and he doesn't really care from what I've been told. STAY CLEAR OF THE DEALERSHIP,!!!! Michael and Raf were the one that my family went thru to purchase a NX350h.They were able to match another dealer price, saves me a drive. Michael was nice, tried to make it quick and easy as possible. Raf was quicky and fun, got thru fiance with no trouble at all. After all that, the problem started. We noticed various stickers around the car that should have been removed thru detail, tells me that they did not spend as much time of the vehicle. We also noticed that there were white specks on the good, most likely from the delivery film for transport. They offered to detail again the next day. No big deal right? I bought the vehicle back the next day after nearly 2 hours of traffic, all just for them spend 1hr and a half to clean only the hood, even though I was promised verbally a total re-detail. Whatever, did not want to deal with it any longer, so I went home. The vehicle was parked in the garage for 2 days, tonight I opened the garage to get something, then I noticed that there were scratches on the Hood, in the area the white specks were. I only saw it because the light from the garage opener hit it just right. Really really frustrating.
