Been here several times, always greeted with a smile and prompt service. I bent one of my fingernails all the way back to the cuticle. As a guy I was going to rip the bent nail off. Went in to Lexy Nails for a mani-pedi with my dad when our usual place was closed. The wait wasn't too bad for walk-ins (5-minutes) and we were seated in the typical pedicure seats. These look like they've been well used with some damage to the vinyl. They were mostly comfortable for the bottom, but I don't like the massage features on my back. The massage machine in the chair seemed to be in the place of my back that doesn't allow for comfort. I tried to move the massage feature and it didn't help at all. So a bit uncomfortable during the pedicure and manicure. The workers were nice, not overly friendly but the gentleman who worked on our feet had a good sense of humor. Overall very good mani-pedi and a really great price. I'd definitely go back. Tip: They take credit cards! read more

I would love to give a "no star" but Yelp won't let me, I came in because their sign said $15 for a gel manicure, got in and their price board said $12. When I asked the nail tech said $25. So I set down and ask for clarification, she then said $24. So I sit and wait,pick a color and then say "so, its $12 for a regular manicure and $10 more for gel?" She then says "you ask too many questions in front of my customers, we don't want to do, you leave!" Shocked I say "are you serious? I am asking to verify the price and you're asking me to leave?" She then tells her coworker something in their language and then takes the bowl my hands are in and pulls it out from under my hands and the lady then again says "you can leave!" Mind you I am in front of my child and literally was not asking rudely or yelling, I was simply verifying the price. as one does before they spend money. I will NEVER recommend this place and will be telling whoever I know stay as far away from this place as you can! read more

Like said before, it's a pretty small shop so there can be a wait. That being said Tina is amazing !! She is so quick while shaping to perfection. I've gotten a full set and several fills from her and have not been disappointed yet. Today I broke a nail after very recently getting a fill, she told me to come in after closing to fix it. This salon is wonderful, I was a walk in at 3:45 (closed at 5:00), my nails were a mess & needed a full set acrylic & they fit me right in. Tina & her mother did such a great job. Really took the time to repair & make my nails beautiful again. I'm from the other side of the state & wish I could get such amazing service like this at home! This place is terrible!!! I have tried going there 4 times in the last 3 weeks and every time they are closed!! My boyfriend got me a gift certificate that I can even use.. I want a refund but that's not gonna happen.. And The one time somebody answered the phone I said I would be there on Monday at 3 and they said ok and guess what .. I got there and They were closed!!! There hours say they are open normal business hours but they think they can jus do whatever they want and throw business out the door .. I love this place. Tina does a damned good gel manicure, and she's nice to talk to. Sometimes she closes at odd hours or takes a walk in when you have an appointment, which is annoying but understandable. It's a small business and I get needing to take the money when it comes. I love this place! When my daughter's friends bailed on her last minute on her birthday I decided to treat us both to mani-pedis to lift her spirits. I called several nail salons, including two that we usually go to. None of them were willing to fit us both in. I called Lexy Nails and they told me to come right on in. We did and had a wonderful time! They made my daughter and I feel very welcome and made a big fuss over my kiddo's purple hair and the tiara she was sporting for the occasion. Since then, I've decided to go nowhere else. I go in every few weeks now for a fill, I've had my brows done here and they do a beautiful job. They do sometimes have odd hours, but I find that if I call before I go I don't have any problems. A little pricey for some of their services but I don't mind that if the service is good. read more

Tina is a gel nail genius. Just go. $15 for a gel mani is the best deal I've seen in years of getting gel. They are thorough, talented and fast. Amazing gel color section, like six rings and some of the new mood changing colors; amazing acrylic glitter tip sections. Regular nail polish colors are ok, a little sparse. read more

Don't waste your time going here. The hours of business on the door says they are open until 7:00. I got there at 5:30 and asked for a pedicure. She said they were done for the day. The customer service here is horrible. My sister and I came in for a mani and pedi. We were told to pick our color and have a seat so they could get started on our pedicure. As soon as we placed our feet in the water we were told that they were only accepting cash, which is no problem but the way we were told was extremely rude. It seemed as if the guy that did my pedicure was in a rush because it took less than five minutes to receive a pedicure. Also, while I walked next door to the atm, someone removed my polish that I chose. Once it was found, instead of politely handing it to the guy, she placed it on the cart very aggressively. I walked out with only a pedicure. I will not be back to this place. read more
