I'm not very girly, I don't really get my nails done or anything like that but I do love to have my eyebrows looking good at all times. So I decided to check this place out a couple months ago. I was so nervous because I don't do things like, I'm usually simple, plain and cheap when it comes to self care stuff. I got the courage to finally check it out and give it a try. Now I am addicted! I'm a busy mom of 4 and it's hard for me to make it to a eye brow appointment every 2-3 weeks. Before I was going to a regular nail salon, my face would always break out and burn after my appointment so I was over it. I was told that the services here at this studio last longer which is why I became interested. I go to Danielle who is AMAZING! I always leave happy, looking fabulous. My eyebrows last long, look full, thick and clean. My new obsession! It's my treat to myself every 5-6 weeks. read more

Pretty sad about this review but I called in to make an appointment for an 18month touch up for micro blading and was advised that since it was 6 months out of the that window I no longer qualified and would need to pay $500 more than the touch up price. I've been coming here for 6 years and have raved to everyone about services here. Due to Covid and having small toddlers, I have not been able to get in within the the 18 month time frame. I would have thought that I would have been shown more grace but was not. Very disappointing since my artist is amazing. read more

It is amazing how beautiful brows can transform your whole face. You wouldn't think it would make that much of a difference, but it does. I have been going to the other Arch location (Spa and Salon) for over a year and I love it there. I came to Arch Brow Studio recently as the other location did not have appointments that worked for me. Just like the other location, I was extremely impressed with the brow studio. The gals are super friendly and Teyah did a perfect job on my brows. I am so ridiculously pleased with how the look!!! The ambiance of the studio is energetic and fun. I have gotten my brows done here three times. The first two experiences were super great and I absolutely loved my brows! Today (due to some financial hardships) I had booked with a newer brow girl and I haven't been able to stop crying since getting them done because they are so bad. They are totally uneven and completely different shapes and the left side no longer has an arch or my thick shape I am used too. read more

I cannot recommend Arch enough! I've been going to Stormy for my eyebrows for few years now and she is the bomb dot com. Not only is she highly professional but is also friendly and highly talented. The attention to detail that she has always has me leaving feeling confident and refreshed. Recently I've added on bikini waxing and Alyssa is a GOD. She is extremely professional, gentle and keeps the conversation going to maintain a distraction from the normal discomfort of waxing down there. The first time I went to her solidified I'd be a repeat client. She is so kind, so talented and has me feeling extremely confident before and after my appointment. On top of the fact Arch will book my appointments back to back so it's a full self care day with my girls! The energy is always positive, it's very clean and the aesthetic is very appealing. It makes me sad to feel I need to share my experience from today about Arch Brow. I received the worst customer service from Eunice and Thomas that I have received in years if ever!! I love this place, and Heidi who normally does my brows. This one experience has placed a bad taste in my mouth. I have been coming here for almost a year! I always go to the same girl however she was out sick and they schedule me with another lady. My regular girl always does an amazing job! Traces my brows to ensure that they are symmetrical and fills them in nicely after the appointment. However yesterday I was beyond disappointed, an eyebrow wax and lip wax took 20 minutes and that's not how long it takes my usual girl to do my brows only! They were filled in poorly and I also got a burn/ lifted skin! It's painful and I have an important event Friday! The girl just gave me an ointment to go and said put this on I can't tell if the skin lifted but it's obvious. Very disappointed. My eyebrows are also not identical, she trimmed too much on the end of my right brow. read more

She's extremely detailed and a perfectionist! She gives my aging lashes loads of volume which makes me feel more confident! She also specializes in brows. My eyelashes were literally "fried". They admitted to "over processing" my lash lift and refunded my money but the damage is done and visible. They didn't tell me anything about how to care for my lashes or how to help the lashes heal and recover, which I think they should have tried to help since they made such a huge mistake read more

Great place, friendly employees and awesome work for eyebrows. I'd honestly say however it's a bit overpriced. I used to get my eyebrows done for $15-$20 and I ended up paying $40 here because of the persons "Level" of training. I won't be visiting again, especially for something that requires little to no hair to be removed in the first place. Price inflation in Olympia vs elsewhere is ridiculous. Every salon or studio up in this area seems to believe their work is the best. read more

My partner and I came here for eyebrow lamination and henna brows. The laminated brows were amazing! It's been about a month and they still look great. She will definitely be back to maintain those... the henna not so great. After finishing chemo, many of my brows were gone and I was told the henna should hold for about 3 weeks on my skin. I was told the henna would help hair growth as well! The henna fell off about 2 days later... completely gone! BUT, I like to believe it actually helped with the hair growth because again, it's been a month and my brows are completely back. Maybe it was natural growth but I wanna say the henna helped at least a little. So if you're looking for something during or after chemo, I do not recommend doing henna on your brows because it will not hold. I'll give it another try now, hopefully this time it stays on a while longer read more

I made an appointment on a recommendation from a former colleague. Wound up having my appointment changed from who I originally was recommended to. The scheduler assured me all estheticians are great. I saw Heather and she was excellent!! I got a Lash lift/tint and my brows done. Love love love them. I have especially sensitive skin that always effects my brows (serious issues in the past) and was worried about similar reaction. I chatted with her about how I react with red skin, bumps, itchy patches, the works. She used products and techniques she considered better for sensitive skin and spent a thorough time tweezing to shape and NO bleeding red terribly itchy skin!! Not to mention they are beautiful. Lovely studio, opened in mid 2016. Had my first appointment last week. They are pretty busy but you can schedule online. Rebecca waxed my brows and upper lip. No pain! She spent a lot of time shaping my brows with measurements and trimming before waxing. My brows are beautiful. My upper lip is so,so BUT this is my fault as I waxed just a week ago so I really needed a bit more growth. I would highly recommend. A bit pricey but so truly spent the whole 30 minute appointment on my brows. The studio does offer some makeup and skin products. I know they offer Microblading, and facials and tinting.
