I had a light fixture that rusted out in our guest bathroom after an issue with the ventilation fan failing. I needed it replaced. I also had issues with 3 ceiling fans that needed replacing. One ceiling fan in the kitchen, one in a spare bedroom, and one in the master bedroom that is high up due to the vaulted ceiling. He was very communicative through text and was able to actually come out a couple days earlier than scheduled.
