I am a business owner and because this door was jammed, part of my building was shut down and I was losing income. Shelby came out and I told him I just wanted to fix the door if possible because I didn't have budget for a new door. After looking at the door and figuring replacing it was the best option, we went over numbers. I was able to get a good deal because I went ahead and replaced a 2nd door (out of the four I have) at the same time because thinking proactively, I didnt want part of my building shut down unexpectedly. Shelby sent out a crew on a Saturday to knock these out and get my entire shop back up and running again. I was afraid when he came out that I was going to get a commissioned salesman and a charge for giving an estimate. -There was no pressure to buy -I didn't get a salesman, I got someone who is a problem solver (huge difference between the two) -He delivered on time -He installed on time -He even let me postdate a check for the small remainder (I dont know if he does this for everyone, but one small business helping out another small business is the best ever!) There was an issue with a contractor, and this is where the possible 5 star review turns into a solid 5 star for me. Long story short, we were missing a piece, Shelby took full responsibility, no studdering, no finger pointing, no making up excuses, was sincerely apologetic, and went above and beyond my expectations to fix it. (maybe my expectations are lower than most, or maybe his business motto is higher than most.....I think the second one.) Any business can be great and have good service, but how a business reacts when something goes wrong or unexpected is the true way to see what their business really stands for. I will be doing business with these guys again here very soon to replace my last two doors on my building. If you need garage doors, give these guys your money. Seriously, their service can not be beat!

I called on a Friday afternoon and was told that someone could come by Saturday morning for our free quote. Lynn showed up and went over our existing doors. One had been hit by the previous owner, so I knew it needed to be replaced. The other one I figured we'd replace so the doors wouldn't be mismatched. I was also having trouble with the door sensors. Lynn immediately determined the door that had been hit needed to be replaced, not repaired (as I suspected) and recommended replacing the second door (as I figured we should). After my wife selected the color for the door, he said they might be in stock and, if they were, he could install them the same day! 6 hours later, I had two new doors and new sensors for the one that wasn't working. Lynn and I did notice that one of the door panels had some delamination. He said he could be back on Monday to replace the bad panel. It took Lynn and his wife less than 15 minutes to replace the panel. Today (just under a month later), I was having trouble with the sensor, again, so I called back. I actually got the owner of the company and he said he could be there in about 30 minutes. After looking over the sensor, he determined it was a bad connection at the opener itself and he took care of the issue. No charge. The good: FAST FAST FAST Experienced technical and NO hard sell. I told him what I wanted and he brought it over and installed it. Bad panel was replaced within 48 hours with no argument. Issue with the sensor was corrected almost as soon as I called and mentioned it. The bad: I'll let you know if I ever get a "bad". Highly recommended if you need new doors.

He was patient with us while we decided to garage door given that it is a significant house project for us. At the final hours of installation Alex noticed the gaskets were not setting right on their own and took a heat gun to help shape the gaskets, mind you it was 90 degrees outside. His team was able to take a quick look and identify fitment and provided some good recommendations on design and motors. We went with high lift + liftmaster (latest and greatest models) + insulated doors. They look fantastic and work really well. My neighbors have complimented me on them several times already. Anyway, the technician Dale really knows his stuff. You can't go wrong with this place. As far as pricing goes, it was good (seemed on par with market). Also, service was quick when I ran into a few issues with the garage door. Dale was out pretty quick to fix, within an hour. I'm over in the Round Rock area btw, but originally the work was done in the Wells Branch area.

The technician arrived a couple hours after I called in. He courtesy called me 35 min before he was scheduled to arrive, and he arrived right on time. He was very friendly and informative about my system. All it needed was a simple reset thankfully, but he stuck around to explain the root cause and what to do next time. He even gave me a rundown of the various options in the gate opener product category which I was so thankful for. I'm glad I have a reliable and local gate servicer for life.

I wasn't sure if we just needed service/repairs, or a full garage door opener replacement. He contacted me again Sunday morning, to let me know they could come that afternoon, with no trip charge. Enrique arrived promptly on time, and after discussing the situation with him, he was able to diagnose our problem within minutes. He was able to replace old, faulty wheels and lubricate the main spring, as well as check and secure all the bolts that had loosened, because of excessive vibration, over time. In my initial outreach, I explicitly stated that this was a virtual consultation and outlined the scope in detail. Ryan responded that he could handle the work and was interested. We confirmed logistics multiple times, including the evening before and again the morning of the appointment. My client rearranged her schedule, and I rearranged mine to coordinate a live virtual walkthrough at the property. Ryan did not arrive at the agreed-upon time. After the scheduled time passed, I called -- no answer. I sent a message asking him to confirm arrival -- no response. Two and a half hours later, he sent a message stating he had been "warned to stay away from these types of jobs" and apologized. There was no prior indication of hesitation, concern, or limitation in scope. If he was unwilling or uncomfortable with the nature of the job, that should have been communicated before confirming and causing both myself and my client to restructure our day. Reliability and communication are non-negotiable in client-facing industries. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated neither. They fixed the damage perfectly, and both guys that came out were very professional and courteous.
