I was looking for a company to patch the walls and finish the ceilings. After getting quotes from multiple companies, not only was Cesar's the most reasonable, his reaction to the amount of work was very positive. Some companies didn't want to take the job because it was too big. I've included some before/after photos of just a few of the areas he worked on, but he basically patched/finished every room in the house. He also built a wall to create a room and built a wall to help convert a wetbar into a pantry. His work is amazing, and afterwards the house started feeling like a home. Cesar is studying to be a general contractor, so he also keeps an eye out for other issues that aren't just dry-wall related and will mention it. For example, he mentioned that the deck built to raise the sunken floor was not completely flat, and that the contractor would have to use a physical level to verify rather than rely on laser level (the contractor verified this to be true and came back to fix it). He also pointed out that with steady use and traffic, some screws were poking out of the transitions my floor company installed. Due to his honesty I ended up hiring Cesar for multiple other jobs other than drywall - he replaced an old pocket door and hardware, fixing the wall after he cut into it and pointing out old water damage in that location. He replaced and painted all the doors, door casings, and baseboards, changed a door to swing outwards instead of in. He reinstalled all the sliding mirror closet doors that were removed because of the abatement. He painted the walls, ceilings, and stair rails. He built and installed IKEA closets behind the sliding mirror doors. Finally, he built the pantry shelves. This man takes pride in his craft. After working with so many other contractors that will do the bare minimum, Cesar goes the extra mile to add the extra touch that makes his projects look great, built-in, and finished. I trust this man completely and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future jobs.

I do remember you and your white pickup truck coming to my house and telling me all work that will be done is professional and all I need to do afterwords is paint. The "professionals" you got coming to the house were careless. Their texturing left a mess in the living room because they didn't seal the area properly. They did not tape off the wall that didn't need texturing. Their response was for me to wash the wall because the texture will come right off. The cracked areas of the drywall ONLY occurred on the areas that you worked on. NO OTHER AREA IN MY HOME HAS THIS. and this home was built over 20yrs ago. your work only lasted about a year. There was no illusion on the work of the raised drywall. I felt it and YOUR response when you felt it was that it was an illusion. A person with some sort of experience would know that there is an issue with the work if they felt it, but you just wanted to get your money and leave. You can change the format of your invoice after you see it was your job but it does no not change the fact that it was your work. I'm sure you don't like the review, but the work is sloppy. If you want to lie about it, it's fine, but people should know on who to bring in before they spend their hard-earned money to fix their homes.

Our house is over 70 years old, and the bathroom looked like it was at least half that age, so we suspected there might be some surprises lurking in the walls and/or under the floor. We trusted Lev's engineering background to be able to solve any problems we encountered along the way. Sure enough, when issues popped up, Lev was able to to handle them all to our great satisfaction. He repaired the ceiling and floorboards; reconfigured and retiled the shower; installed a new toilet, vanity, tile floor, shower threshold, medicine cabinet, fan, and lights; and repainted the walls. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.

I reached out on yelp and he promptly provided a quote and day he could arrive at my house. Ideally this job should have been fairly easy, however I also have a heavy duty metal outside door that covers the sliding glass door which he also had to take off in order to get the sliding glass door panels off. Let me tell you this was a struggle as the wheels on the sliding glass door were old, rusted, and contained a ton of debris inside them that made it difficult to take off. It took him alot longer than anticipated due to these issues but he kept his calm and resolve and continued to dredge through. After he got done cleaning, greasing, and putting the door back on he was not happy with the results. I told him it was better than it was but he was still not content. He instead decided to also change out the wheels which made all the difference. This thing glides so smoothly and I could not be happier. I have nothing but good things to say as this potential 2 hour job turned into about 4 hours and he didn't even attempt to try and upcharge. I gave him the extra on my accord as he had been awesome to work with and was determined to make it great not just good enough. Will definitely hire him in the future when there is a project a need assistance with.

**** WARNING **** ** FRAUD ALERT **…read moreDo not use All Handyman Service! Let me say upfront that Dennis, the handyman that showed up to complete several small house projects, was very good. He contacted me before he showed up, understood what I wanted done, completed the projects to my complete satisfaction (and delight), and was very friendly. The back office operations and employees are a nightmare. And, I might suggest, are borderline fraudsters. They attempted to fraudulently bill me for material that they did not use on any of my projects. And they attempted to way overcharge me for materials they did use. They refused over and over to provide an itemized list of materials that they were billing me for. Then they told me their Accounting department would only provide detail if I paid an "admin" fee, and that they would charge me a late payment fee if I didn't pay before they left the office for the day. After I threaten legal action, their system was miraculously able to produce a material list. More than 2/3 of the listed materials were not needed or used on my projects. Then when I asked what hardware store was used where they purchased the over priced materials, they said they had those materials in their inventory. For "privacy and business purposes" they would not disclose any detail or pricing information on the material in their inventory. Employees Stacy and Ana lied to me over and over. They attempted to commit fraud and when they were caught and questioned about it, they continued to "double down" on the fraud. I happily had already paid for all labor and was just requesting a list of the items used on my project. Ultimately, they removed all material charges from my bill although I was more than happy to pay any and all real material costs. This business is not legitimate. In my case, they attempted to commit fraud multiple times. I have documentation of all correspondence between myself and All Handyman Service should anyone want to verify the substance of this Yelp review. Patrick Carberry Claremont CA *** Update *** I have rock solid documentation and proof that All Handyman Service, out of San Dimas CA, DID attempt to bill for materials not used, needed or purchased and were not honest on MANY occasions throughout this dispute. I would be more than happy to share the documentation with their management. I am not sure it would help resolve anything because it was their management that was dishonest, refused to show an itemized material list, and then, when forced, produced a list that contained materials that were not used or needed or purchased. They also threatened me with late payment charges if I did not pay immediately. I feel sorry for Dennis, their fantastic handyman!
