Sadly, we were disappointed with our experience. I decided to bring my mom here for her birthday dinner, and we came with the whole family. Making an online reservation was effortless, and we were seated promptly, so our visit started off on a positive note. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was underwhelming. Our server was friendly, but the service overall was very slow. It took quite a while for him to check back with us, and he wasn't very familiar with the menu. We had to remind him of the side options that came with our meals, which was surprising. While he was pleasant, the level of service just wasn't what we expected. The food was average and didn't really stand out. We all ordered the three-course special. We started with the tortilla soup and the chili, but both arrived only lukewarm, which was disappointing. For the entrées, my steak was tough, not very tender, and also wasn't served hot. The mashed potatoes were actually the highlight of my plate--they were flavorful and well prepared. The ribs were tender. The salmon entrée was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The restaurant wasn't busy during our visit, which made the slow service and long wait for our food even more surprising. We also noticed other tables that had been waiting even longer than we had, with meals taking an unusually long time to come out. Overall, this just wasn't the birthday dinner experience we were hoping for. While the staff was courteous, the slow service and average food make it unlikely that we'll return. Hopefully they're able to improve, because the restaurant has potential, but unfortunately this visit missed the mark for us.

As you see by my past reviews we are very good customers from Firebirds from the time they open at Dania Points it is on our list of must go for out few times a weeks lunch outing , But today we should had went to McDonald the food would had been better , and be able to eat without a serveur in training watching for taking away one of our plates as soon as we took the last piece of food from it. It was very uncomfortable to have that man coming back after every moves we done with our food Now getting to the smashburger that I had order, from the first bite I took from it , it did not feel you want a second bite ,so I open it to look at the meat, and the other side, was cook so much it was why it fell hard like a hockey puck. What we had today was really not the class of the Firebird that we were use to. If we had been there for the first time ,we would has say " no thank you" we put that place as ,we are not going back there . As you see, we were very disappointed in every way

We were here for Mother's Day dinner yesterday. It was a hot bright Florida day and so it was a pleasure to enter a cool, low light restaurant with a high ceiling and nice dark woods decor. It was a very relaxing entry. Their stylish bar is immediately on the left side with counter seating and tables. The dining area is straight ahead with check-in as you enter. The staff are friendly and welcoming here. Our server was Kevin, who was very attentive and at our table within a minute with helpful recommendations and brought us nice cold water right away, which was appreciated. We ordered their white Sangria, which was really good! They know how to make them! Very refreshing! My daughter ordered the Prime Rib with Parmesan mashed potatoes for her main meal. I ordered the RibEye steak with Parmesan mashed potatoes. Here is where Superior Service comes in! Kevin and John, the manager, came to the rescue immediately. It was not Kevin or John's fault whatsoever but the mashed potatoes were over-salted and inedible. Both my daughter's and mine. My ribeye was tough, not tender, and had a very strange bitter taste to it that I couldn't handle. Kevin was on it right away and asked what I would like to substitute with. I picked the Prime Rib because my daughter said hers was delicious. She switched to the Loaded Baked Potato and so did I. My Prime Rib was excellent. The problem was solved quickly and the replacements were delicious. Our Mother's Day dinner was a success after all. Then, on top of everything, John presented us with a VIP Mother's Day $10 gift card for our next visit. We topped it all off by ordering the Chocolate Brownie with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. It was outstanding!! The Brownie was chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. Firebird has a great menu with lots of delicious looking items on it. We will be back soon to try other things that caught our eyes. And ask for Kevin's area! Parking is on the street. We found a spot easily even though Dania Pointe mall was very busy.

We recently dined at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill and had a mixed experience. We were greeted when we entered and didn't have to wait long to be seated, which was a great start. Unfortunately, my BLT salad was served with lettuce that was already starting to change color. I let a staff member know and the salad was taken back to the kitchen. After waiting about 15 minutes with no update, I asked our waitress to just cancel it. We also waited almost an hour for our main course. Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive. At one point she refilled only one drink at the table and didn't notice that my sister and I also needed refills, so we had to ask. On a positive note, when our main course finally arrived, the food itself was good. The desserts, however, were unbelievably delicious--especially the crème brûlée cheesecake, which was absolutely amazing and easily the highlight of the meal. However, the long wait, lack of attentiveness, and being served a salad that clearly wasn't fresh made the overall experience disappointing. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously so future guests receive the level of service and food quality that this restaurant is known for. This is my reason for a 3 star review.

We arrived on a Sunday around 8:50 PM and were seated pretty quickly by a warm and welcoming hostess. The restaurant had a dark, moody ambiance that I loved. It doesn't necessarily give "casual," yet many guests were dressed that way, which made it feel comfortable and relaxed. Kevin was our server and he was friendly, attentive, and consistently responded with "my pleasure," which I appreciated. They had run out of their complimentary bread but offered an alternative. It was just okay. We ordered drinks thr lemon drop and old fashion. While the lemon drop wasnt bad, it wasn't something that id order again. Ive had better. The old fashion was not weak. Lol! We decided on the $40 three course meal, which is a great price for the portion sizes. For my appetizer, I had the chicken tortilla soup. Unfortunately, it didn't have any chunks of chicken and tasted like it had been fully blended. It wasn't my favorite. I tried my husband's chili, though, and it was much better. For my entrée, I ordered the sirloin with mashed potatoes. It was cooked perfectly medium well and tasted good, no complaints at all. My husband had the ribs with fruit and fries. He loved them! The rack was a generous size. The fries were thicker than usual, so they only gave a few, and I do think the portion of fries could've been a little larger. We also asked for ketchup and were told they had run out, which honestly surprised me. I've never heard of a restaurant running out of ketchup! Lol! For dessert, we ordered the bread pudding and crème brûlée cheesecake. The bread pudding did not disappoint. I love bread pudding, and this one was flavorful and satisfying. The flavors rotate weekly, which is a nice touch. The portion was huge, I couldn't even finish half. The crème brûlée cheesecake was also very good. Overall, it was a good experience. The $40 threecourse meal is definitely worth it, especially considering the portion sizes. I would go back, I just hope next time they don't run out of simple staples like bread and ketchup. I'd give it a 3.5 Plenty of parking outside. I doubt its like that all day though. There are plenty of stores there. So if u go when the stores are open, it'll be challenging to get a spot in front of the actual restaurant.

My family visited this location on 07/05/2026 for a birthday celebration. My wife has been to this franchise but at another location so she was excited for us to visit. We all ordered the 3 course special. The tortilla soup was at room temperature (no picture). The ribs were good. My wife's steak had good flavor but a bit dry. All of our sides were on point. The desserts were really good and probably the best part of the meal. Our server seemed to be a new employee. He had several mishaps but we understood and ultimately he was a nice guy. We asked for a little Happy Birthday song for my mother-in-law at the the table but they forgot. She was cool about it so no biggie. Attention to detail was not there hence the score but the food was okay.

We went there for happy hour on a Saturday but we got disappointed since they no longer have HH every day only Mon-Thur from 11am - 6 pm. For food we got the wings; which are worth for almost $19. They are tasty and wood grilled that gives them a smokey flavor. We also order the steak tacos from the bar bites menu. They are good and filling for almost $14. For drinks; i got a "perfect margarita" very average nothing out ordinary, and a beer, they have a couple of IPA's for $7.50. The place is nice, open and warming vibe. The service is good. We sat in the bar and the servers are always attentive. I would back in a HH time o take advantage of their specials.

The atmosphere was very nice, very upscale looking. The drinks were good. Fresh bread with butter are served. The food was good. My husband had salmon salad and the piece of salmon was very small. The BLT salad was DELISH!I had the salmon and shrimp and I was given ONE SHRIMP. Had to ask for a few mores-they brought me two. Dessert were good. Typical brown sundae and lemon cake was very moist. All in all a nice place to go. Service was ok but could have been a bit better. It was a Friday night so busy. Close to hotel we were staying at.

Met on a Wednesday night for a double date and I enjoyed the ambiance, we were seared at a big round comfortable table, the lighting was great, our server Cheyenne was very funny and sweet and interacted with us throughout. I absolutely loved the double diamond martini that has infused pineapple flavor, so much so that I ordered two. I decided on getting the three course meal (just be aware of that some of the selections on that meal may be charged extra) and chose the Caesar salad, the sirloin, but upgraded to a fillet, and the bread pudding. I really enjoyed the Caesar salad, the mashed potatoes in my main meal were good and seasoned, and the bread pudding was delicious. I will say, I wasn't that fond of the steak..it was really lacking seasoning. One of my friends I was seated with did not enjoy his chicken sandwich and left most of it and then the two other people I was seated with ordered baby back ribs and they said they were OK but they weren't the best they've ever had. Overall, it was a decent experience, I wouldn't really be so intrigued to come back besides maybe for drinks.

We chose this restaurant to meet family visiting from Seattle before a week-long cruise. We traveled over an hour to get here and had a reservation for six, so we were hoping for a smooth, relaxed evening. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways. Service issues started early. Our server, Nathaniel, seemed disengaged, and it took a long time to get water and drinks. About 20 minutes passed before we were able to order. Two people ordered the three-course meal with baby back ribs, only to be told 15 minutes later that ribs were no longer available, requiring them to reorder. As the night went on, several problems came up: One Caesar salad requested with anchovies arrived without them and had to be sent back. A garlic sirloin arrived not hot. The ahi tuna superfoods salad tasted overly salty. It also included quinoa, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. Bread arrived very late and was not enough for the table. Nearly an hour passed with little communication, and I eventually had to find a manager, John to ask what was going on. There was also a nearby table that remained dirty the entire time, which was disappointing to see. Later, the general manager, James apologized and explained they had been slammed. He comped the meal, which was appreciated and handled professionally. I reordered a filet mignon with vegetables, though the vegetables were heavier and more buttery than expected. Desserts, including crème brûlée, eventually came out, but by then the evening felt rushed and disjointed. This was meant to be a chance to relax and catch up with family we don't see often, and that part was missed. The food overall was average, and while management did step in, the combination of service issues, long waits, and lack of communication made this a disappointing visit. I appreciate the manager's effort, but I wouldn't rush back. Dania Pointe parking can be tricky--using one of the garages will save time.

We normally come to Firebirds for the happy hour bites, but this time we sat for dinner. It was okay - I had the $39 three-course meal deal, which was decent. The best part was the bread pudding dessert but I can't say that the meal blew us away. My chicken dish wasn't great and the salad seemed like it has been sitting around for a while. One of our friends got food poisoning from her shrimp, which wasn't cooked fully - she had to send it back of course. Our server seemed super nervous and jittery, but he was sweet. The place was packed as usual - it was Friday around 5 and we ended up with a table near the kitchen. It was very busy which was also expected. I would go again for the bar bites because when we've been there before at the bar, it wasn't bad at all and a far better experience than a full dinner.

First time here - my friend and I came because we were catching a late movie. We sat at the bar, it was pretty empty then after a while filled up a bit. Offered our drinks and some bar apps (steak tacos, garlic parm fries, and fired up shrimp) . The drinks were good, my friend got a sangria and I got an espresso martini. The food came out quickly and we just pigged out lol. Everything tasted good and the service was good also. Love a good seat at the bar for quick service. It's nice inside and located right next to a parking garage! Would come back for dinner next time.

It was the sign underneath that read, "Too tired to cook today?" that made us take notice. Looking at the online menu we found that it was not only a who's who of Latin dishes of different nationalities, but they also served bar fare - chicken wings, burgers, quesadillas, etc. Not knowing what their specialty was, we never committed to it. But today was one of those days where we felt like something different and we took a chance. The gamble paid off big. The menu was all over the place, so not knowing what direction to go in, I addressed the waiter who was all too ready to help. He pointed me to some of his faves: the Bandeja Paisa, Lomo Saltado, and Ropa Vieja. I'd had my eye on the Lomo Saltado, a popular Peruvian stir fry dish. The Bandeja Paisa is Colombian, and the Ropa Vieja - Cuban. I asked him what the nationality of the ownership was, when he revealed it was Colombian. I was immediately skeptical of ordering the ropa vieja - being half Cuban, I could not fathom the idea of a Colombian-owned restaurant pulling this off. So Joe took one for the team there. The waiter assured me that everything he has tried has in fact been delectable. But hey, what else is he supposed to say? But no, he assured me these were not marketing words, but words of experience. So I went for the Lomo Saltado which was served with black beans and rice, and french fries. He didn't hesitate to vouch for the black beans... I think he sensed my Colombian skepticism. Joe had replaced his fries for sweet plantains, so I took his cue and substituted my fries for tostones. But, not before warning the waiter that I would be particularly particular about the quality of my favorite plantain dish. He gave me a confident nod - so I played along. Joe's dish came out a few seconds before mine, and being the impatient carnivore that I am, I (let's say borrowed) his ropa vieja before he had a chance to pick up his fork. I was very pleasantly surprised. On par with any old clothes I have tried at any Cuban restaurant... and even better than some, albeit in longer strands than I've experienced. However, extremely juicy, full of flavor and tender. Then came my Lomo. I'm a first-timer, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was fan-tastic. A bit charred outside with a juicy medium innard that cuts like butter, and to my relief, deceivingly tender. The lomo napped on a bed of sautée-charred veggies whose sweetness was a nicely balanced contrast to the savory meat. The black beans were definitely on point and seasoned with Colombian love. And those ten-ton-tostones!!! By far the thickest fried medallions I've had, but with a brutally loud crunch and still a real easy chew. And unlike John Travolta in a black T-Bird jacket, totally Greaseless. Often times, tostones of this variety are tough and as chewable as week-old yellow paper mache. Nope, these are some of the best tostones I've had in a couple of years. But by far the best of their kind. I also borrowed one of Joe's sweet plantations which once again left no trace of greased lightning and were rendered a perfect dark brown with a nice and plush sunshine yellow inside. The portions were more than generous and the price was comfortably modest. I expressed my deepest gratitude to our waiter for his patience and his spot on recommendations. He also swore by their burger which he had just sampled for the first time and which is made partly with Colombian chorizo and served with a side of chimichurri. Chorizo and chimichurri for little cha-ching.... I'm sure I'll be chowing on that real soon. Food Corner is a cornucopia of Latin influences, and so far, it's also a master of two of them. (We were too excited to take photos)

When we first got off the boat yesterday, we asked the waiter that was working , north side of…read morewater if we could sit at the table in front and he said No. then we ask about another table he said NO, he snapped at us. instead of saying, you need to go to the front to see the hostess . He was so rude. Put my friend in a bad mood. My friend actually wanted to leave, but I told her no it's not that way all the time there are nice people here. Kash and Kendra, they are so nice and so attentive that made up for the whole situation. They are excellent servers. I will always ask for them when I come.

There are burgers... and then there are Le Tub burgers. After multiple visits, I can confidently…read moresay they serve the best burgers I've ever had. The burgers are massive!!!! VERY shareable and every time I've ordered one, it's been cooked exactly the way I asked. They're fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. Yes, the food can take a little while to come out, but that's because they're making everything fresh. Once that burger hits the table, you'll understand why no one complains about the wait. The fries are great too! As for drinks, I never skip the watermelon mojito (I get these virgin as a mocktail sometimes). It's light, refreshing, and the perfect complement to a juicy burger. And if there's still room afterward, I always finish the meal with a perfectly blended piña colada. The atmosphere is another reason I keep coming back. Le Tub has that quirky, laid-back tiki vibe that feels authentically Old Florida. Sitting right on the Intracoastal, it's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the breeze, watch the boats go by, and forget about the clock for a while. I always go back

Le burger the original. Giant but unfortunately wasn't seasoned well and was extremely overcooked despite ordering medium.
