She answered all my questions. Helped me navigate my son's busy schedule and the dentist available times. She was so patient. She told me Vickie would be calling to help me verify the insurance. We've been there 4 times now (kids needed some cavities filled and we spread it out for time) and each time, no one is coming until we're walking out. They have it DOWN.
