If you're looking for a jazz bar, this is the place to check out. They have 2 levels but upper level has a jazz bar. You must make a rsvp ahead of time and there is a cost. But highly recommend a loveseat. What a great date night idea. Highly recommended their smoked old fashioned with coffee liqueur. The service was top notch with 2 waitresses and 1 bartender

Finally had a reason to enjoy a cocktail here while in LS. My daughter and SIL celebrating their engagement, she made reservations on an early Sat night. Seated quickly and got our water as we took a gander at the menu. We loved the variety and how the menu was sectioned by spirits. My first drink had a good balance of tartness and sweetness, the Greyhound. I followed it with a Pickled Sriracha. I loved the pickled green beans as a garnish. We had several people bring our drinks and one of the bartenders came to our table and provide suggestions. My SIL's Big O' Fashioned was the best I have had. The flavors were melded very well and didn't taste like just a shot of whiskey like most. Loved the atmosphere and old style bar.

If you are looking for amazing cocktails this is your place! This was my second time going to Libations and it was a hit with my friends from out of town. The service is impeccable! The cocktails were very well done down to the garnishes. Love trying new things as well because I know they will be done very well! Also I appreciated keeping the water going as well. The ambiance is so cool as well gives the vibe of speak easy but not having to find it or get a password. Highly recommend!!

I had a great time at Libations and Company. I highly recommend making reservations as there a Is not a large amount of seating and it is a popular spot. I had the Manzana Rojo and I would definitely get this drink again. This was on the regular menu but they also had a seasonal drink menu. Service was quick and we did not have any wait. I would return again!

My wife gets the most adorable look on her face whenever I do anything that utterly baffles her., like spending $30 on two cocktails. As I left to meet a couple of friends at Libations & Co I was rewarded with that very look as I kissed her goodbye. The thing is, though, the drinks and ambience were wonderful. The menu is full of classic cocktails as well as some more modern concoctions. The red-hued atmosphere is inviting, comfortable and quiet. Had I been alone, I would've set to work on my next and first great novel while sipping on a Hemingway Special. As it was, we drank our Corpse Revivers and Sazeracs and soon we all agreed that when men who are brave and true look death squarely in the face, it is because they love with sufficient compassion to push death out of their minds. The server and mixologist, both super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, tactfully hid their eye rolls, which we appreciated. The only downside to the establishment was the wall of windows at the front. It gave a view to the busy street, a grim intruder of the retro mystique. So, if you like a good cocktail in a friendly and enchanting atmosphere, then I highly recommend Libations & Co. it ain't cheap, but you may find yourself on the NY Times best seller list.

Best drinks in town. Great place to sit, chill and listen to some live music. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Our go to place for a drink on the weekends.

Stopped by libations for a drink on the way to dinner. We had reservations at 4:00 on a Friday. We didn't need them, but by the time we left, they were needed. The place is adorable! Service was good, as were drinks. My husband really enjoyed his smoked old fashioned. If you're in down town LS, check it out!

Quiet open arrival, but as it quickly gained patrons, it was difficult with hearing aids to carry on a conversation. Old building, high ceilings - - LOTS of conversations. It's busy with 30 to 50 year olds. It was an absolute JOY to witness their gatherings, hugs and smiles. Eric - - our server, was very kind, patient and helped explain several of the questions we had regarding the menu. We APPRECIATED his attention to our large water carafe, filling it frequently. THANKS ERIC (with a C!!) Our food was nicely plated, temperature perfect and portions were VERY generous. The Classic Breakfast was my choice. Eggs cooked as directed, breakfast potatoes, one smallish, breakfast sausage in natural casing. A steak knife would have been helpful. I don't know the brand of bacon they serve, but it was FABULOUS! Thick sliced, prepared beautifully and mmmm, mmmm GOOD! The plate includes a Cheddar Biscuit. It is BIG and delicious LOOKING! I had to bring it, half of my potatoes and the sausage "to go". My husband ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. He was not a fan of the less than tasty sausage. #DIL ordered a Chicken Biscuit - - she shared a bite of the chicken. Let's just say, I KNOW what I will be ordering NEXT time we go. Our grandson ordered his favorite Biscuits & Gravy. HUGE portions, suitable for a growing young man. We will be back! P.S. The Gilded Pear cocktail was delicious. The Key Lime Pie was exquisite. Lovely plating and scrumptious. I shared it with my husband PLUS we brought half of it home.

It seems to stay pretty busy, so we always make a reservation and are seated quickly when we arrive. The staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are good. This time, my son and I split a smoked BBQ burger with a side of mac and cheese. I liked that they split it for us before bringing it out. We subbed the fries for mac and cheese since we had already ordered the loaded BBQ fries appetizer, which we really liked. I do wish the fries had been fried a little harder before being loaded, but overall it was a good choice and plenty to share. A new holiday tradition in the making... we'll be back next season.

We had the caramel cream ale, which is in my top 5 beers of all time. Perfectly sweet and light. The peach tee kolsch was good too- a nice balance of peach. We also did a shot of the stonebreaker cinnamon whiskey, which was a really nice collab between fringe and another local distillery. Super smooth with an oaky flavor on the background. I tasted 10 during my visit and every single beer was worth trying. My faves were: Freshly Squeezed Blueberry Lemonade Wheat, Apple Pie Milkshake IPA and Calliope Caramel Cream Ale. Finally, the most important part of the operation is the people. Every single person that was present made me feel welcome and like I was already a part of their community. WOW, I was left feeling like I'd made new friends which I know I did. I travel to KC at least once per year and every year I will return to support this awesome brewery. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Most of my orders have been curbside pickup since it's right around the corner from my house, and the process has always been quick and seamless. Let me tell you about the Great Salmon Caper Sandwich. A soft, pillowy brioche bun, flaky grilled salmon, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, topped with a creamy, tangy aioli. It is quite literally one of the best salmon sandwiches I've ever had. When I say I'll never get sick of this sandwich, I mean it. It's a genuine 10/10 and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The Cluckers are also excellent and come with an absurd amount of food. My only complaint is that the chicken pieces can sometimes be so large that the chicken-to-breading ratio feels a little off. Other than that, they're fantastic. The breading is seasoned perfectly, the chicken is juicy, and the price is extremely affordable for the portion size. The homemade honey mustard is also some of the best I've ever had and is easily my favorite dipping sauce on the menu. Wally's is one of those places that never disappoints. Fast service, affordable prices, generous portions, and consistently great food make it an easy recommendation.
