By far the best customer service in Reno! Unfortunately, an awful driver didn't look back when she reversed out of her driveway and hit my brand new BMW!! She scraped my Bumper ugh! Anyways, I took it to 3 different Body Shops to get a quote, out of the 3, Donnie was far out the best! Donnie gave me an exceptional customer service by keeping me updated the entire time my car was in the shop. Getting into a car accident is a horrible experience and for someone to turn that around into unexpectedly easy transition from accident to being back in your car was a blessing. We took our 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman to Liberty Collision after it was in an accident. At first it didn't seem like we had much damage, but Donnie and his team stripped the front off the car and were able to find all the areas that needed repair. It was nice to understand the full impact of the accident and have Donnie explain why he was fixing the various pieces. Throughout the process Donnie did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress. When everything was said and done the car looks like new and had no problems. It has been a few months since the car was fixed and we still haven't had any problems. Just had my bumper fixed here. Great guys and really honest. A couple other shops said that the parts you could not see behind the bumper were definitely damaged and going to cost me an extra $400. These guys said they would take a look first, and then it turned out I did not need the hidden parts. They even cleaned my car when they were done. read more

He explains everything you need to know about the damage done to your vehicle and the repairs he will be doing. He's very blunt and honest which is something we all need for a situation like this. I was rear ended on December 8, 2016, 2 weeks before Christmas and 3 weeks before leaving to Hawaii for a month. Not great timing, but when is a good time for an accident! I wasn't going to be able to get my car serviced until returning to the mainland in February. Enter Donnie and Liberty Collision! My husband and I met with Donnie and he reviewed the car and let us know what he thought would have to be repaired. He was honest and forthright about the amount of time I would be without the car and also about their workload. Since it was a particularly harsh winter, they were pretty swamped with vehicles to repair. I had already waited well over a month to have the car fixed so I wasn't in a big hurry! Once they had my car in the shop, Donnie was great about contacting me with updates either via phone or text. They handled all the correspondence with the insurance company and I only had to pay what the other person's insurance sent me as payment. Although the repairs cost more than what the insurance company estimated, Donnie told me not to worry about it and that he would work with the insurance company to be compensated for the balance. What a relief for me! Overall, I was really dreading the whole process but because of Donnie and his professionalism, I walked away very happy and relieved at the outcome. You couldn't ask for a better Body Shop experience. Donnie was fabulous. He went over and beyond to acquire all new manufacturer parts, no used parts were used to repair our VW Passat. He would call weekly with updates to keep in informed about our Passat. We also received texts about the updates on our car. We were fortunate to be given a loaner car that or daughter was able to use during the time it took to repair our car...what a blessing that was! Our car looks fantastic!!! I got rear-ended in December and found Liberty Collision online. (I'm a little bit behind on getting this posted). They had the best reviews on Yelp so I went to them to get an estimate. They were very professional and saw me without an appointment. They looked at it and gave me an estimate, warning me that there may be more damage below my bumper that couldn't be seen. They got me in as soon as the at-fault-party's insurance got things set up with me. They gave me an estimate on how long it would be, but due to additional damage, they had to hold onto my car a bit longer than expected. I was worried because I was leaving town for a trip but they held onto my car until I returned a couple days after the repair was complete and didn't charge me to keep the car on lot. They even asked when I would pick it up so they could detail it right before I came so it wouldn't get dirty while it sat there. They were very thorough in explaining every single thing that needed to be done, and at the end reviewed everything done while showing me. They run checks before and after the repair to make sure everything is up to manufacturer's standards. They went above and beyond attending to every minute detail and making sure everything looked good as new. Their paint guy is amazing and matched my paint perfectly! Not only was the work on my car seriously impressive, every single person I interacted with during the process was professional, kind, informed, and personable. In addition, they provide a warranty on their repairs, so I feel confident my car is safe and taken care of. I highly recommend Liberty Collision to anybody who needs body work done.
