I bought some camera gear from a gentleman in Liberty Hill. He took it to this location for next day shipping at around 10am. In talking to him at 10:45 he realized he had a few more items I could use. We needed to add those items to the already packed shipment. I called the UPS store, got Francis, she had just placed it on the truck, she sprinted outside, retrieved the package and got the new items packed and back on the truck to meet the next day air cutoff. It's great to see rockstar employees like Francis who go the extra mile to help. read more

Terrible customer service. From the moment we walked in, the employee assisting us was unfriendly and never even smiled. We were trying to return an Amazon item, which apparently needed to be in a fully closed box. The item was already in the box, it only needed a small piece of packing tape. Instead of helping, she said she would have to charge us to use tape and pointed to a printed "policy" sign. The interaction was frustrating enough that I decided to leave. My wife stayed behind to print a photo. The employee printed it on plain paper without asking, and when my wife asked why it wasn't on photo paper, she was told they didn't have any but could print on cardstock instead. My wife agreed, but the photo came out grainy and low quality. Despite not being satisfied and never being asked what paper she wanted initially, my wife was charged for both prints. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing, and this store has lost our business. I hope corporate addresses the customer service issues at this location or that the franchise owner considers making changes. We'll be taking our business to the UPS Store in Leander, where we consistently receive friendly and helpful service. read more

Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a UPS store. A woman who claims to be the owner yet has no customer service skills whatsoever. Not a greeting or even a smile. On top of this she said I would be charged $2.50 to send the store an email with the label I need printed on top of fee for the label print. I understand the fee to print the label. I was mind blown that she'd say I need to pay $2.50 to send an email. So, I asked a clarifying question. She responded with a smug look and tone, "yeah, if you don't like that it's okay." In other words we don't need your business. Well, she is getting what she asked for. I will never patron this UPS store again. I will gladly drive to a place that doesn't nickel and dime their customers and appreciates their business. Based off of the other reviews I see here I can see I am not the only one. Sad, because all employees I've ever encountered here on previous visits have been amazing. Too bad the owner is unprofessional and her attitude needs to be checked. read more

Actually ZERO rating. Store was empty. No greeting- just an arm wave for me to go to the register. Situation change after I didn't have a prepaid mailing label and had to do more than return an item to Amazon. Then the clerk had no measuring tape and stood there motioning with her hands to another employee about her problem. Another employee came over so she could proceed. What???? After the package was measured she was using my phone for the address and got as far as the zip code and quoted me $50+. When I reacted she says d she was pricing my package for odd size package rate. It was a standard sized mailing bag that I have used many times before with UPS. I challenged the pricing and the clerk said it must be a rural area but that was false - going to one of the largest metro cities in the country. Needless to say I left. This happened to me at this store previously with a boxed package also said to be odd sized even though I had re-used an Amazon box. After taking it to a different UPS store in both cases there was no issue either time nor mention of an odd sized box or mailing bag and the price was less than half. read more

Amazing still!! I don't see how there can be so many negative reviews. I even gave it a year to see if I would have a negative interaction and I have not and I have come in multiple times to either mail something or return something from Amazon. My husband and I even decided to get a personal mailbox here!! I have never had a problem for the year I have been using this UPS store. Whether I'm returning an Amazon package (make sure you have your label ahead of time before going in because service in this area is a dead zone) mailing something out or just checking my mailbox. Always greater with a smile and every employee I have interacted with within the past year I've had a great customer service. I would definitely recommend getting a personal mailbox here. Today I went in for a return and laminating and Myles was super helpful and friendly! He did my laminating quickly and it turned out looking perfect. it's hard for me to understand that a store that is basically there to offer you customer service in shipping your package is unwilling to help with a simple label removal. I was told that if the remaining labels were not removed completely that they would not ship it. I left and went to another ups store and asked if they could help, she said yes and covered the stick (which was almost completely gone) And that was it. after reading the rest of the reviews I see I'm not the only one who has walked out! read more

I had a good experience this morning at the local UPS store. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was ready to assist with my needs. I was quoted a cost for packaging a wreath up front and the additional cost for the actual shipping. After paying I said I would wait to watch while the wreath was wrapped and boxed. I was impressed with the attention to detail to ensure wreath would be well packed and box well taped for the shipping. I had a package delivered to the store which UPS confirmed was signed by one of the associates. I went to store 30 min post delivery to pick up but the package could not be found. Instead of being helpful to resolve in a customer service manner, I was simply told to call UPS myself, which I am smart enough to figure that out however would have expected more service to resolve since both the manager and employee confirmed she signed for it. read more

I live in Liberty Hill area. I use this place almost weekly. Staff may come and go, some friendlier than others, but I've never had a problem with a return, my items have always made it to their destination. It was years ago when I learned they cannot lend folks tape. Once I had to pay for shipping and the packaging and they explained why, which made sense--depended on where I bought the item from. read more

The experience I had the first time dropping off Amazon returns at this store was absolutely and inexcusably awful. The employee demeaned and belittled me in my attempt to return my Amazon packages, telling me I was wrong about the process of returning my packages. At one point in the 30 minutes I was there, this employee who was training a new employee held the card and shook it very close to my face. What should have been a simple process was turned into a an emotionally exhausting and draining one . The situation ended in the employee being incorrect and actually what I was saying and asking him to do being the correct thing. I will NOT be going to this store again. read more

One of the guys that works here (think I saw TJ on his name tag).... First of all, he was late opening the store. There was a group of people waiting outside when I pulled up and when he arrived, it looked like he was carrying a big breakfast with him. Secondly, he is VERY patronizing. Amazon clearly states in their return section that I don't have to provide a box when dropping off at the UPS store, but I always reuse the box my returns come in. Never had an issue before. This dude, however, has the nerve to tell me that my box needs to be TAPED, as if we all just got packing tape lying around, and that I should've removed the old label from the box so he can put on the new one. I guess while I'm at it I should also just throw on a UPS shirt and do your job too, yeah? Don't think I'll be coming back here again. read more

Make sure you ask how much what you want costs before you say ok. I paid $20.00 for the small box, packing materials and packing service. $8.00 for packing service. Yikes!! Went in to drop off 12 packages and asked the female working there to put fragile stickers on our packages. Her response was I would rather not, if I drop it from 3ft will it get damaged, if so I would rather you repack it. Someone needs to train her to just do her job and not ask a customer to repack 12 packages over a fragile sticker. She proceeds to add that fragile stickers actually contribute to packages getting damaged because it attracts employees having a bad day and the conveyor belt drops packages 3 ft. Going back to the other UPS locations where I might be there longer due to the wait, but I won't have to deal with ignorance and employee trying to drive customers away. read more

I'm a frequent Amazon shopper, so I visit this store regularly for returns, etc. Today I brought a return in its original box that was damaged by UPS when delivered to me. The UPS Store was going to charge me for tape to tape the box back up. When I explained that it was actually UPS that did the damage to the box, the manager told me that UPS and the UPS Store are actually separate companies. So then I asked if, in the interest of good customer service, they could give me a few pieces of tape to get the box ready for shipping, both the person helping me and the manager said no. But I could pay $5 for a small roll of tape for my free return item. Skip this place and go to Digitex instead. Much better customer service there. read more

If I could give a no star I would. Go somewhere else! I have dropped packages off for convenience and every time get an attitude from TJ. Now I get a call saying my packages are considered abandoned and I need to come pick them up because i didn't let them know for the 100 time what's in the boxes (package say whats in the boxes), and didn't ask. Told them what's in the boxes for the 100 time and still will not take them. Never had a problem at any other ups store but this one. Terrible business, hope owners find out their employees are rude and running customers off. read more
