I went in on a Friday evening and they got me right in. The nail tech took nearly 3 hours to complete my SNS set. I had no tips and it was single color. He drilled my nails so thin and the product did not adhere. I was cut 6 times. When I left I already had a crack in one. 3 days later, 4 were cracked or broken. I went back in to have them fixed and they fixed them for free, but 5 days later more were broken and because my nails were filed so thin the SNS powder will not adhere. I will not be going back here. At my regular place, I can easily go 4 weeks between sets and here it was damaged day 1. read more

I tried Liberty Nails today. After living in the area for almost a year, I thought it was time to stop traveling over 20 miles to get my nails done. I do the dip so it takes some time to take off the old and put on new. So far it's gone well. I was able to call and get an appointment quickly. The shop is clean, well lit and smells fresh. The staff I interacted with were pleasant and efficient. My nails were done well and I'm happy with the outcome. I have been going to this salon since they reopened under new management, a couple of years ago. The staff are super nice and good at what they do. My usual service is acrylic fills but they also do amazing pedicures. The massaging chair and the leg/foot massage is well worth the price alone. Less than a standard massage. Plus your feet come out looking beautiful. I have old school acrylic nails, but they make them look so natural. Amy is the owner and the one who does my fills. She has now opened another salon in Austin off of Anderson Mill. It is very nice and would recommend checking out that new location if you are in that area. read more

Came here to get SNS after being referred and they did not disappoint. Great service and I was also offered a drink (mimosa, wine, soda or water) . They took their time on my service. Nails lasted about 2-2.5 weeks before I really needed a fill. Wish they would have lasted longer but they turned out really nice. read more

I'm editing my first review. Again, 5 stars in response time, which tells me they have a very strong work ethic and want you to be satisfied with their work. They are very eager to serve their clients well and I look forward to going again for my fills and another pedicure! They deserve 5 stars on response time when I scheduled my appointment online. They are very nice and attentive in the salon and I was pleased with that. I got a pedicure several weeks ago and that was lovely. Most recently I went in asking for acrylic nails with a french manicure. Because I cannot do UV light due to skin cancer, they recommended SNS powder since it does not require the light. I asked about the difference in cost and they indicated there was none so I was quite surprised when my total was $50 and not the $38 that the website stated as the price of acrylic. Had I been completely pleased with the new set, the price increase would not be that big of a deal. The length and shape are not exactly what I had wanted but I will plan on bringing in a photo of what I want next time. I'm all for giving a second chance. read more

I'm giving this place a 3 star and sharing my pros and cons: The ladies were welcoming and treated my toddler well since she came with me. She got a kids pedicure and polish on hands. Her tech was gentle with her and the polish came out pretty. I chose to get the milk and honey pedicure for $65. It's a bit pricey from what I am used to as I recently relocated here. It was not as luxurious as I thought it would be. The one thing I did enjoy was the scrub. It felt like a jelly salt scrub? and my tech massaged me with that. But that was it. No lotion massage...just the jelly salt scrub. The massage was more of a caress and I was disappointed about that. I also don't feel that my nails weren't taken care of that well when it came to cutting the cuticles/cleaning. She was cutting at places that weren't at my cuticle and I was left with some skin scratches from that. I dried my polish for 10 mins and thought I was good to go, but when I went home there was a smear (probably my fault). I will give this nail salon another chance but maybe with another tech. There is also no military discount honored here so and I will save a few $ going to another location close by that honors that. read more

The nails turned out so great! I got acrylics with gel over top and she took off my old gel extensions completely and it only took her 50 minutes or so. Super quick! It was a little rough on my hands and it made me bleed a few times but that could just be my hands issue. Other than that, I 10/10 would recommend! read more

I've been to this location twice. The second visit was a bad one. I had called the day before to set an appointment for a new acrylic set. I had spoken with two people and confirmed the request. When I showed up for my appt. I was asked to sign in on their sheet, and to also write down my request. (new full acrylic set.) Once I was seated, the tech started to file off my nails, which was totally fine. Then she refilled my nail and painted with a color that still had my previous french tips still showing! I asked what was going on and some other girl perked up and said the color I picked isn't going to be able to cover the previous nail color. I reminded her that I actually had requested a new set to begin with, and they had the audacity to double check the appointment list and the sign in sheet as if I was lying!!! Instead of offering to start over and give me what I had requested to begin with, she offered to paint with a bright red color. I was humiliated and just wanted to get out of there. I was still charged full price and was not offered a discount at all for the inconvenience or any type of recompense for THEIR mistake! Horrible service. Disappointing visit. read more

i would really love to give this place a higher rating but these ladies here are very pushy about trying to get you to spend more money than you want. i wanted the number 2 pedicure and the 4 was recommended multiple times after i declined initially. it's been 3 days since i've gotten my nails done here and spent waaaay more than i wanted to, to receive very poorly done acrylics. i paid extra for the length, shape, and gel polish. my nails are lifting on the edges to where if i were to run my fingers through my hair, my hairs get caught under my nails. it's only been 3 days. i'm very disappointed in the services ive received and i hope i can at least try to get them fixed without damaging my natural nails i will never return to this place and neither will my friends and family read more

When we got there, they took in two ppl right in front of us that were walkins and with only 4 ppl working it meant one of us had to wait. They hurried it up so that my dad barely got 15mins service. The "owners" rude response to me was the basic pedicure service is only 30mins..my dad barely got 15! And yeah he dint want color but they dint even give him the basic massage coz they were trying to rush to get to my mum who was sitting waiting. They do a wonderful pedicures and nails. They're conveniently located and it's easy to get an appointment or be taken care of as a walk-in.

Called and ask how this salon removed gel and was told by soaking and not filing. But when I sat down they filed the gel off. 1st irritation. The gal who did my pedicure was great thorough and they turned out good.. so why the 1 star? The older man was so mean to the gal that did my nails. Then the lady that was told to wax my brows wasn't happy about it and I suffered the consequences. I have microbladed brows and she went way to far into the hair. She didn't care and rushed. I had wax all over my face. She had to wax my lip twice which caused bumps because she was rushing. Not happy and won't go back. read more
