The service was horrible. I went in and a gentleman in my nails. He didn't cut all of the cuticle. He cut my toenails crooked, and he left to go get the hot stone and never came back started working on another customer and didn't even come back to finish. After 5 to 10 minutes one of the girls asked me if I was all set I said I guess I'll cut and fix my toenails myself at home. I would never go back or recommend a place to anyone. read more

I did not care for the nail dip I received at another nail salon. I knew that Helen would redo my manicure & I would be satisfied with the quality. Helen provided a manicure that looks very natural. She asked me about the color I wanted. I told her I wanted a natural looking pink. She knew exactly the color without handing me color samples. I have been going to this Nail Salon for 6 months. I visited two Salons upon coming to Georgetown and this one was the friendliest. I stopped by and it was the first weekend of everything opening up again after the closures for Covid. They did not have an opening but was friendly and gave me a card. I called and made an appointment for a later date and time. Helen has been my manicurist since. She is super friendly and courteous. (Her little boy is the same age as our Grandson). We enjoy our visit every two weeks. Highly recommend US Nails for your salon needs. read more

There are no "extras" (like at Venice down the street), but the attention to detail is far above what I've experienced at some other places. Very friendly family owned establishment. Recommend! read more

Made my usual appointment with Quan and the salon was busy. But I noticed everyone in there wore masks. We were spaced properly to follow distancing. Quan is very professional and an expert at his job. He is precise and personable. I smudged a nail and didn't know it. He did and took the time to fix it perfect again. I went to get gel nails and get a nail fixed. After waiting a few minutes a lady comes out from the back and looks at my nails and said she can't do them because she was busy and I asked when she could do them and she told me she was busy for the next two days. This was in a room of nail techs. I was confused because the sign says walk ins welcome. read more

The tools used were not autoclaved, used a drill to take off Shellac and the nail polished applied never dried. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone else and feel like the money spend was a total waste... not to mention the lady destroyed my nails by drilling them. read more

Helen did a fantastic job on my gel nails. She is very gentle and kind. Her Dad did a wonderful job changing the polish on my gel toe nails. Together it saved me $20 from my previous place. read more

Had a 2 pm appt and by 2:25 I was still waiting for Mary. She went on to do a gel pedicure n eyebrow wax for the lady in her chair. She told me to wait 10 mins but it went on to be 25 mins. Not happy and not going back if they can't honor ones appt:! read more

If they had half star options - I would have given this salon 2.5 stars because the quality of the polish is good. I got my nails done here for the first time last week. I get my nails done for several reasons. # #1 to have pretty nails. Quality shellack polish that lasts at least 2 weeks - that is neat an well painted with trimmed cuticles. They met this requirement. #2 to enjoy the massage - quality & time matter on this one. They failed this one. The massage lasted approx 3 min and was so light I felt more like she just rubbed lotion on my hands very softly. #3 overall atmosphere / ambiance - I want to relax & "check out" with nice music / magazines etc while I enjoy the manicure & pedicure. Failed. Television on & volume up - not my idea of relaxing. All factors matter pretty equally to me. I won't be back unless I am desperate & just hve to have my done ASAP & no other place is available. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I got a dip powder manicure. It was lumpy and my nails were weirdly shaped. The manicurist put a shellac top coat (I did not ask for this) that peeled within a day. It was so bad looking, I had to go to another salon and get my manicure redone two days later. read more
