This is my first time making a yelp review, I made this account strictly for how bad of an experience I had 2 times now 2 years now. I went here giving a second chance after awhile ago having horrible service last year. Reviews seemed better and I much prefer giving local businesses in Antelope a fighting chance. To my dismay everything seemed just as bad as before. Went into the store after waiting the 20 minutes stated to me over the phone to pick up my order, Which I had to wait another 10 in store since it was not done. Get the pizza as two girls were chatting the whole time, one doing work rolling dough while the receptionist stood and did nothing but talk. I will give a thumbs up to the young man in the back earning his money washing dishes. Opened the half combo half chicken artichoke pizza and seemed pleased, but after grabbing just one slice my toppings on my pizza fell completely off including the cheese and I couldn't even try and taste it because the dough was still cold and undercooked on that side as shown in the photos. The combo side was still incredibly greasy, but at least was cooked if that is really a compliment. For basically 20 dollars of my money spent and having to throw away half of it in the bin I would say your money is better well spent else where. Next time I want an XL half and half i'll go to Costco, at least it's 10 dollars and warm. Ordered on Halloween and was spooked by my experience. read more

Liberty Pizzeria makes really good pizza, our whole family loves their pizza. We order their pizza at least 3 times per month, and the quality and taste never disappoint. We like getting garlic chicken and California chicken artichoke, but their Hawaii and Bianca are really good too. The only thing they could work more on, is to speed up their service. Usually when they say come in 20 min, I have to wait additional 5-10 min in the pizzeria, because it's still baking. read more

I tried to order the same pizza I had last time and the girl who answered the phone didn't understand what I wanted. I told her the toppings I preferred and she told me she will make me the Garlic Chicken from their menu. I asked why she wanted me to have a Garlic Chicken and her response was "I don't know who took your order last time, so I don't understand what you want." I hung up. The sad thing is the last time I had a BBQ Chicken pizza from this place it was delicious. I'll leave you with a funny side note. Who doesn't know what fresh basil is? Hahaha read more

The garlic chicken pizza was pretty good, and the antipasto salad rocked.. there was totally a lack of dressing for the size of the salad though and they charged for an extra cup. We wanted to eat there... until we got inside. The location is super small with not much of a waiting area. I felt like we were intruding on the people that were eating when we arrived. read more

I have to agree with the comment left by Jeremy ordered the pizza the first time and tasted great.. Second time the girl who took my order didn't have a freaking clue about customer service and when I finally sat down to have a slice ., there was a couple slices with no cheese or toppings ..I called and explained this to the DinBat and she said she didn't know how this was possible.. I replied idk I didn't make the pizza., her reply.. What do u want me to do???... Umm your damn job!!! Oh and FYI if u can't handle working at a pizza place I can see that this bright one will surely make a great member of society..just hope no offspring are Created or currently involved! And if so .. Good luck! Oh and a career path u might want to consider looking into , cleaning toilets cause your service stank and the pizza looked like a pile of poo!! Took an hour to get my pizza (quoted 35 minutes) otdered double pepperoni and it barely had any. The other side i ordered half white sauce and it was red sauce. It wasnt even that great. Never ordering from here again. read more

The quality of the pizza just went downhill the red sauce is just so disgusting I took a bite out of it and I had to spit it out because of how nasty it is it's very greasy And not appetizing at all they really need to start using some decent quality on there pizza or this place is going downhill like it is right now. read more

I came here one night after one of my friends was raving about how good this pizza was. It was good, reasonably priced, and the topping seemed to be good quailty. I just didnt feel like it was that great, just kind of average. I got half chicken artichoke, and half liberty combo. I would eat here again under the right circumstances, but theres several other places I would go first. read more

I decided to try this place a few months back and am very happy that I did. They are close and convenient for pickup and typically have my order ready in about 20 minutes. They have a number of other items that look good, but I haven't tried them yet; I always end up ordering an extra-large pizza (which comes with a 2 liter bottle of soda). I am appalled by the attitudes, rudeness, and complete lack of customer service. I have bern a good customer of Liberty Pizza but I sm D.O.N.E. DONE! They sent the wrong pizza and when I called to let them know, I was told "sorry, but not our fault" because apparently when you order on line, the order goes to Grub Hub. I advised the rude snot that I had never used Grub Hub and my order wad placed and PAID FOR on their web site. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was hung up on. I called back...they would not answer the phone. I called again, the phone was answered. I asked for a manager. I was told no manager was there. I was told they COULD NOT SEND ME THE CORRECT ORDER NOR PROVIDE A REFUND. I asked for the name of the owner. I was met with more resistance. I was given a bogus name that was revealed when I went to the establishment the following day. The workers that spoke to me at that time were also rude and did not know what name to provide to me to discuss the issue. The matter has NOT BEEN RESOLVED, No one has contacted me even tho calls were promised. What a rip off. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS there again, and am advising others to consider doing business ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

Antelope store: Good food, but HORRIBLE service. They said they'd deliver in 30 - 45 minutes, but when we called at one hour and 15 minutes, they were just putting the order in the oven. We decided to pick it up to save time, and they were extremely rude, even accusing us about lying about when we phoned it in! We were shocked, and told them that attitude didn't make us anxious to come back, and the manager's response was "It doesn't matter to us if you come back." No exaggeration! WOW. Welcome to liberty Pizza, here they feel they have liberty of making your pizza whatever way they like I should say some days when they feel like otherwise its your luck. My pizza had no mushrooms and may be a few veggies ..upon asking they say we are out of mushrooms. I have tried this place not once but numerous times and everytime something is wrong. first thing you will find is they charge prices whatever they feel like, seems like no fixed rates if you remind them of their last price charged then you are gettimg screwed for sure. Looks like the owner is too busy to give a damn about all the customer experiences. Never again iam going to waste my money with this place. Terrible. The crust is kind of like little caesars but just slightly better. Super greasy. If you have only had little caesars before you might love this place, but i've had good pizza before and this is not even close to my pizza standards. Very disappointing. On the plus side they delivered my pizza fast and the service was friendly. read more

The customer service here is always hit or miss, you never know what to expect. Sometimes you get a nice person, sometimes you get rude ones. You get different prices every time as well, I don't know how they decide what to charge their customers, maybe they have some type of a roulette strategy for this when choosing what to charge with each separate order. But I have never had any problems with the pizza - It is consistently GOOD pizza. I never had a problem with things being undercooked. I never had problems with pizza being cold, always hot. Their salads are very fresh and delicious too. I do like this place for the food, not anything else. read more

I have made the mistake of ordering here at least 5 times, the first time it was great however each time after just got worse and worse. First of all I have never seen the owner there, he has a bunch of teens running it, the last time I went in they were fighting over something and it was really awkward I had to wait 20 minutes over the time they told me it would be ready when I called in. When I did get the pizza it was wrong but I took it anyway because my kids were hungry. What a mistake it was the most horrible pizza, dry and over cooked.! I tried finding out who the manager was or the owner but could never get that info. Do yourself a favor and spend 3 dollars more and go to the other pizza place in the same shopping center! First off the customer service is not so great! For me this usually doesn't matter if the food is great. We have now ordered 4 Fridays in a row and the first night both pizzas were amazing. 2nd night our calzone was just shy of ash! Last friday, the beef we ordered turned out to be sausage and my husband is deathly allergic to pork! Tonight, OUR LAST TIME WE WILL GIVE THESE PEOPLE OUR MONEY, we ordered a calzone, gyro and a pizza. The gyro had only 3 paper thin (I mean read a book through the meat)pieces of meat, about 1/3 CUP OF tizikki sauce. I mean I took about 4 tablespoons off of my gyro! I even ordered an extra side of sauce. It's like they this was a prank, you wanted extra sauce so there you go! And last the calzone; first off the top was burnt AGAIN!..and we ordered sundried tomato in it but we got regular tomato which in turn caused the entire bottom to be soggy. So we had a soggy burnt calzone with the wrong "topping"! My husband and I always order pizza Friday night's. Just moved to the neighborhood. That means minimum we spend about $25 each week. I mean minimum because often times we have friends over and order 5 or more large pies. Your loss liberty! Oh and by the way, when you mess up someone's order comp someone out or at least apologize! Your girl last week asked me over the phone, "so what, do you want us to remake your pizza". Lose the attitude little girl, you guys messed up my pizza! You're lucky my husband didn't put it in his mouth! Tonight, a girl asked will that complete your order, will that complete your order, will that complete your order after everything I kept adding. Even the extra sauce I requested. Maybe ask, can I get you anything else or would you like to add anything else. Make people feel like you are there to serve them not like they're annoying you. If you heard her tone you'd understand this statement! Nonetheless, don't waste your time. bad customer service had us on hold two times had to call back a third time and finally listened to me when I told them I been on hold 2 times already messed up on one of my pizzas asked for half Hawaiian with red sauce they did garlic sauce and asked for other side to be just artichoke mushroom and Canadian bacon with garlic sauce and added pineapple on top of that side like seriously ? won't be back to this one again. they need serious customer service training! read more

I would give a 0 if possible. Walked in on Sunday evening with 2 other people, right away I wasn't impressed. About half of the few lights they did have were burnt out, tables and floor didn't appear to be very clean. We ordered our large pepperoni and sausage pizza, they gave us 3 drinks which was nice but about half way through the root beer that my girlfriend was drinking she got 3 fairly large pieces of black stuff (looked like maybe mold) in her mouth which she then spit onto our table, when we went to get napkins to clean up we had to wait for a couple minutes for an employee to acknowledge us. We told the employees about the stuff in her drink and they gave us a 2 liter of root beer which again was nice but there's no coming back from that. Our pizza finally came and we were asked if we would like plates, we did so we waited for a couple minutes still no plates we then approached the counter and were told that they were out of plates, they also didn't have any red peppers out and they're container of Parmesan was a pinch away from being empty. We left and decided to eat at home. The pizza was nothing special and even had some fairly uncooked spots. All in all save your money plenty of other good food spots around here read more
