I would give this place a better rating if the customer treatment was better and were a bit more organized. Their pizza tastes good, but they make mistakes on orders and out of my last eight visits, they were more than 15 minutes late at least six times. The worst experience I had with them was when they gave me the wrong pizza. I called and complained and was told to bring it back. I said that I had kids and no babysitter at the time. They offered to either give me a free pizza next time or make a new one. I said that they could do either option - whatever was more convenient. They said that it's easier for them to give me a free pizza next time rather than deliver a replacement that night. When I went to order my free pizza they said I could only get a medium (even though it was an Xl that they messed up on). They said that since we kept the other pizza they feel that we should not get an equal value pizza as replacement. The last straw that led me to give them such a poor rating is because I am sitting here 25 minutes past the the time that they promised to have the pizza ready. When I finally got my pizza - they were both made wrong. They don't make an effort to remedy their mistakes either. read more

All around best pizza place in Antelope based on taste, quality, price & customer service. Love the Super Hawaiian pizza and the jalapeno poppers. Prices are very reasonable compared to the other pizza place in the same shopping center and the quality just as good. The toppings are super fresh. The crust is a little dense but not a huge deal to me, as the whole pizza balances nicely. I've always had excellent customer service here and never had my order messed up. I usually pick up and the place is always super clean. Coupons always available & free 2-liter if you pick-up. Best part is that it's local family owned! read more

I tried to order the same pizza I had last time and the girl who answered the phone didn't understand what I wanted. I told her the toppings I preferred and she told me she will make me the Garlic Chicken from their menu. I asked why she wanted me to have a Garlic Chicken and her response was "I don't know who took your order last time, so I don't understand what you want." I hung up. Second time the girl who took my order didn't have a freaking clue about customer service and when I finally sat down to have a slice ., there was a couple slices with no cheese or toppings ..I called and explained this to the DinBat and she said she didn't know how this was possible.. I replied idk I didn't make the pizza., her reply.. What do u want me to do???... Umm your damn job!!! The place is amazing!!! Friendly staff and delicious food - that's done right the first time. I'm impressed also with the free beverage that they provide when eating in. If you spend over a certain amount you receive a free two liter. Delicious sandwiches and calzones your mouth will water. Liberty Pizzeria makes really good pizza, our whole family loves their pizza. We order their pizza at least 3 times per month, and the quality and taste never disappoint. We like getting garlic chicken and California chicken artichoke, but their Hawaii and Bianca are really good too. The only thing they could work more on, is to speed up their service. Usually when they say come in 20 min, I have to wait additional 5-10 min in the pizzeria, because it's still baking. read more

This is my first time making a yelp review, I made this account strictly for how bad of an experience I had 2 times now 2 years now. I went here giving a second chance after awhile ago having horrible service last year. Reviews seemed better and I much prefer giving local businesses in Antelope a fighting chance. To my dismay everything seemed just as bad as before. Went into the store after waiting the 20 minutes stated to me over the phone to pick up my order, Which I had to wait another 10 in store since it was not done. Get the pizza as two girls were chatting the whole time, one doing work rolling dough while the receptionist stood and did nothing but talk. I will give a thumbs up to the young man in the back earning his money washing dishes. Opened the half combo half chicken artichoke pizza and seemed pleased, but after grabbing just one slice my toppings on my pizza fell completely off including the cheese and I couldn't even try and taste it because the dough was still cold and undercooked on that side as shown in the photos. The combo side was still incredibly greasy, but at least was cooked if that is really a compliment. For basically 20 dollars of my money spent and having to throw away half of it in the bin I would say your money is better well spent else where. Next time I want an XL half and half i'll go to Costco, at least it's 10 dollars and warm. Ordered on Halloween and was spooked by my experience. read more

The garlic chicken pizza was pretty good, and the antipasto salad rocked.. there was totally a lack of dressing for the size of the salad though and they charged for an extra cup. Antelope store: Good food, but HORRIBLE service. They said they'd deliver in 30 - 45 minutes, but when we called at one hour and 15 minutes, they were just putting the order in the oven. We decided to pick it up to save time, and they were extremely rude, even accusing us about lying about when we phoned it in! We were shocked, and told them that attitude didn't make us anxious to come back, and the manager's response was "It doesn't matter to us if you come back." No exaggeration! WOW. I am appalled by the attitudes, rudeness, and complete lack of customer service. I have bern a good customer of Liberty Pizza but I sm D.O.N.E. DONE! They sent the wrong pizza and when I called to let them know, I was told "sorry, but not our fault" because apparently when you order on line, the order goes to Grub Hub. I advised the rude snot that I had never used Grub Hub and my order wad placed and PAID FOR on their web site. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was hung up on. I called back...they would not answer the phone. I called again, the phone was answered. I asked for a manager. I was told no manager was there. I was told they COULD NOT SEND ME THE CORRECT ORDER NOR PROVIDE A REFUND. I asked for the name of the owner. I was met with more resistance. I was given a bogus name that was revealed when I went to the establishment the following day. The workers that spoke to me at that time were also rude and did not know what name to provide to me to discuss the issue. The matter has NOT BEEN RESOLVED, No one has contacted me even tho calls were promised. What a rip off. My pizza had no mushrooms and may be a few veggies ..upon asking they say we are out of mushrooms. I have tried this place not once but numerous times and everytime something is wrong. first thing you will find is they charge prices whatever they feel like, seems like no fixed rates if you remind them of their last price charged then you are gettimg screwed for sure. I have made the mistake of ordering here at least 5 times, the first time it was great however each time after just got worse and worse. First of all I have never seen the owner there, he has a bunch of teens running it, the last time I went in they were fighting over something and it was really awkward I had to wait 20 minutes over the time they told me it would be ready when I called in. When I did get the pizza it was wrong but I took it anyway because my kids were hungry. What a mistake it was the most horrible pizza, dry and over cooked.! I tried finding out who the manager was or the owner but could never get that info. Do yourself a favor and spend 3 dollars more and go to the other pizza place in the same shopping center! The customer service here is always hit or miss, you never know what to expect. Sometimes you get a nice person, sometimes you get rude ones. You get different prices every time as well, I don't know how they decide what to charge their customers, maybe they have some type of a roulette strategy for this when choosing what to charge with each separate order. But I have never had any problems with the pizza - It is consistently GOOD pizza. I never had a problem with things being undercooked. I never had problems with pizza being cold, always hot. Their salads are very fresh and delicious too. I do like this place for the food, not anything else. read more
