The sauce was good however it wasn't the best I've ever had. Overall my experience was great and as you'll see on their price menu they're fairly inexpensive for a good pizza. A large three topping at Round table would cost you 40 bucks. I like the free Pizza coupon I got which gave me an opportunity to try them and I will absolutely be back to try their other things. Usually a good deal involves some sort of sacrifice when it comes to food but with Hot Stone Pizza it is an anomaly. The cashier who assisted in the ordering process was friendly, welcoming and professional. Managed to score free garlic bread and was comped rewards points towards more free grub. The pizza and wings itself were definitely tasty plus the combo that was offered more than enough. Quick preparation and finishing time. Overall a great pizza night. The store itself is immaculately clean and well maintained. Also the service from the cashier and the nonexistent wait time made for a pleasant atmosphere and a place I would frequent if I was local to the area. Overall this place is a great place to go if you're of African decent. While other places may or may not be overly enthused about your business I did not get that vibe here. There are a lot of other pizza places around however up until this point this business has gave me no reason to think this is abnormal behavior. I phoned ordered a large pizza, 6pc BBQ wings, and a 2 liter. 1st they forgot to give me the BBQ sauce for my wings (they don't sauce it for their costumes). 2nd I bit into my slice of pizza and there was BARK in my pizza. I've posted the photo of the bark, because I know it sounds ridiculous. Actually it is ridiculous. A 4 year old and 5 year old also ate a slice, thank goodness neither one of them got the bark slice of pizza. I'm 100% disappointed, I was such a fan of their pizza. I was regular customer at this pizza place for many years, but I don't think I will ever buy pizza there from now on or recommend this place to anyone after the horrible experience I had there today. First of all, the price went up to almost 25% now than it was before, which I thought is not that big of a deal. Since there is a big advertisement sign saying (M-W 8-10pm 50% off on all pizzas). When I asked for it, I was told, no it's just a sign staying there, we are not running this promotion right now (on Monday) because we have different promotion instead which can not be used with your order. Not reliable place. I made an order and told them that I will come back pick it up later. So I came before it closes waited in line, since there were customer before me picking up his order. Than was asked to wait, since for the guy was talking on his cell phone, until he will be done. At that point the time was already few minutes after 10pm. He confirmed my name and said that the order is not ready and since they about to close they not going to make it and will just cancel it instead. I was told that they called me few times which is not true and for no reason. They shut everything down and don't have any pizzas left. First they messed up the wing order and had to give me buffalo and barbecue instead of all buffalo. I used to love this place but they really changed. Their online ordering system sucks. I have ordered from them so many times and referred people to them. The last time I ordered I got the Hawaiian deluxe which says it comes on white sauce. Well I guess when you go to order you have to customize and pick the white sauce or you automatically get red sauce. That seems obsurd when it says it comes with white sauce. When I said something to them they told me that you have to choose that online or it'll come with red and the menu clearly states it comes with white sauce. I can't eat red sauce so I went where else to get my family's dinner. I will not go there again. This is not the first time the online ordering messed up. At least the first time the Manger fixed it because clearly it was an error on their online system. I won't recommend here again to my friends or neighbors. read more
