Being that the wife and I had to run errands today we figured we would grab some food while we were…read moreout. Well in driving to Carmichael we actually passed by this place and thought, maybe if we drive back home the same way we came in, we could possible eat here. Which is what actually ended up happening. So we pulled into the parking lot and my wife said "Look, they are really busy" Which to us is obviously a good sign that the food is great. We parked the car, walked in and we saw that this place had a Salad Bar. To our surprise, everything looked fresh. At most Pizza joints that have Salad Bars, they take care of it but not to keep things fresh like what we saw. Well we ordered 2 Salad bars and BBQ Chicken Pizza. What was kind of interesting is that on the Menu it said the ingredients were some kind of White Sauce. I thought White Sauce on a BBQ Chicken Pizza? Well it has to work then since they put it on the menu, so we ordered that. We walked to the Salad Bar started making our salads and then as we walked to our seat, we realized that they have a band with their Instruments on stage, but they weren't playing. Which is kind of cool, if you like Live Music while you're eating Pizza. Not really my thing, but they had several Tv's playing the Olympics. As we started eating our Salads, again Fresh ingredients, we started enjoying what we were eating we barely spoke to each other. We waited probably 5 - 10 minutes for our Pizza which came out piping Hot. As we began to eat our Pizza, to my surprise it was very delicious. The thing that was told to us by the waitress who was very friendly said that the Sald Bar was all you can eat. We at several slices of our pizza and let me tell you. 2 Salad Bars, 2 Drinks and a Medium Pizza for $40 was not a bad price. Thank you Dells Pizza for 2 people who wanted great Pizza and you delivered. We will most certainly be back again. As a matter of fact this is going to become our Staple Pizza joint from now on.

Great pizza, but no delivery service and limited hours of operation compared to competitors. Also,…read morethey either don't have a website, or it just doesn't come up on a Google search. Which is odd, in this day and age. Couldn't see a menu online anywhere. If they **do** have a website, then I take it back, but it's still not easy to find. As I said, good pizza, and good employees. Weird customer service.

I ordered the Rosa New York style with gluten free cauliflower crust and it has delicious toppings, but the gluten free cauliflower crust is not the best I've had. It is on a more dense side, I wish it was just a bit more crispy on the bottom. The crust is definitely crispy. My boyfriend loves his NY American Combo, especially the fresh grape tomatoes/ the different colored kind! Pies were piping hot and still hot after a 15 minute drive home. Perfect amount of toppings, they did not skimp on the cheese or sauce either. Cauliflower crust was an additional $5. Pizzas came out to a total of $65 or so, quite expensive. They have options to buy by the slice, so you can try all their different options and see what is your favorite! They have New York style, Chicago style and Detroit style. Service was great from the gentleman than helped at the counter. Lots of seating inside and out for a quick eat.

If you don't eat pork don't expect any speciality ready made slices besides cheese. They have so many options, and so many customizations, but if you want any that don't have bacon, pepperoni, or pork sausage , you won't be able to unless you order a whole pizza ahead. The cheese pizza was okay at best, not good enough to go back to. The ambiance is beautiful, with incredible seating, and a clean friendly parking lot is great

I love the wood fire pizza oven taste and aroma of the semi burnt crust. That's how I love my crust. It's got to have that crunch when biting down the burnt part. It's a thin crust style. Small but perfect for one person. Good amount of pepperoni. The jalapeños added a kick of pickling spiciness to it. Yum. I was provided with a side of their homemade ranch sauce. Perfect for dipping. Silky creamy. Friendly owners. Service was great. I'll be back for more!!

My goodness. The only thing good about this pizza was the crust. I am a huge pizza lover and I love all kinds of flavor combos including peanut butter..... flavors are life. This pizza was anything but that. I should have taken a picture to show what we received but other people were hungry and ate before I could. What a disappointment. There was supposed to be hot honey on it, there wasn't. There were a few dribbles of some sauce that was okay. A light layer of cheese and maybe 28 little tiny bites of "brisket." I'm not sure if this was an off day, but it was the 4th of July. Pretty disappointing and if I see this food truck amongst others, I'll go somewhere else. Their crust is good so it gets 2 stars but this wasn't worth $26 for 6 small slices of an "eh" pizza.
