Yes we have hard water. Add chems to reduce that affect. That calcium line should've been greatly reduced with the correct balance of chems that would've stopped the calcium from binding to the wall. It makes not sense to me that as the pool owner I would have to point this out or alert Glenn about this. Something is wrong with this service.
