Our technician Jessica was wonderful!! We'd been battling lice with our three year old for five weeks!! Had a good experience with this lice removal service that comes to your home. It was so convenient that they could come to our residence in the evening. The female individual who treated my family was extremely nice an professional. She was thorough. I do wish that the process didn't involve shampooing and drying our hair and therefore being charged for that as part of time.
